I was indirectly struck by a tractor-trailer at 114 km/h, thus, sustained complex catastrophic injuries and requiring the use of mobility aids such powered wheelchair for various demanding situations. The staffs at Red Arrow are highly professional and understanding. I am grateful to be able to take my powered wheelchair along to different destinations. Thank you Red Arrow.

I was there on February 28 to get a bus ticket for future travel and Johanna was went above and beyond for customer service. She explained the luggage policy the schedule and the routes for both bus services. My only complaint is that more staff should be there. Three people were waiting to get a bus ticket (me being one). I felt so bad for her. She had to help unload the bus all by herself and had to attend the counter after it was done. She was very apologetic about the wait.

they almost didn't let me on the bus because i called and got a ticket like, an hour before i got there and i was very scared and very tired and going to play a show in calgary but, we figured it out. also the bathroom played what sounded like computer generated 2000's rock songs and it made me thoroughly uncomfortable.

I cant give a real review. I had my medical prescription of marijuana with me and was denied service. I guess there was a smell. I wasnt hi or intoxicated

I was supposed to arrive at 9:50 AM in Red deer from Edmonton. It was for my job interview at 11 and the bus arrived in Red Deer at like 10:45. They didn't even apologize or give some words for being late.

Red Arrow is my favourite option for regional trips within the province. It's a little or a lot more expensive than some competitors depending on the date booked but it is worth it. Even if Greyhound came back to Alberta there is no way I'd go back to them after trying Red Arrow
