We absolutely love the timber park. This time of year is beautiful with all the fallen leaves. Makes for awesome family pictures at the park. Lawn bowling, pickle ball and volleyball happening at the park tonight, me and my kids had ???? and watched the sun go down.

Awesome Park for kids of all ages. Places for adults to sit and clear views from toddler area to big kid area. We love the old train car at the entrance.

This is a beautiful park with play area for children , outdoor gym, tennis courts, field for soccer and football , a pond and even hiking trails.

Walking trails, new playground area for children, workout area, baseball/softball diamonds, and a pond. People often take their children and catch tadpoles in the pond and look at the ducks, geese, and loons.

We've always loved this place. We used to hold our fitness Bootcamps here and it was the best place in town. Our favorite place is the Heritage Garden, remembering our Mum's role in the original development of this amazing space.

Beauitful park, my kids absolutely loved it.. they have re-done the park in the pass couple of years and made it more accommodating for young toodlers but still amazing for young kids. Ball diamonds are well maintained, and the pond is a hidden gem .

Great play area for children and lots of great activity space in this park. Ball diamonds, tennis courts, lawn bowling, and fitness area. The addition of pond makes this a completely beautiful area. A definite must to visit if you have children.

Great place to bring children for fun, excersise and a bit of learning. There is a play ground, washrooms and a lovely trail through the surrounding marsh and woodland. Leashed dogs welcome.

Love this spot. There is a bunch of trails in the surrounding bush area, there is a beautiful trail through the park and into the wetlands area. It features a peaceful manmade pond where you can see Canadian Geese and other birds at certain times of the year. There is also a creek that runs along the side of the park and can be quite serene when the water is high. This park is also home to a large children’s playground as well as public bathrooms open most of the year. There is of course the baseball diamonds. And one of my favourite features growing up that is still running is the Nature Centre Program, it was super fun and educational as I proudly remember.
