You will see all the information of real people like you who are purchasing the services of The Plains of Abraham Museum (Tourist Attraction) in the territory of Quebec (Canada).
Now the firm receives a score of 4.3 stars out of 5 and that rating has been based on 127 reviews.
You may have noticed that it reaches an opinions average is really good, and it is based on a high number of scores, so we may say that the assessment is quite reliable. If people have bothered to value when they are pleased, it works.
You know that we do not usually bother to place reviews when they are good and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...
This Tourist Attraction corresponds to the category of Museum.
The right place to learn about the history of Quebec and Canada. We entered through Battlefields Park, discovered the Art Museum, then continued to the Plains of Abrahams museum.... …
Very informative interactive exposition of the 7 Years War period of New France history
Museum is probably pretty good. But what is it good for if there is a strike and shut down right in the middle of busy summer season for entire month! Really shame on you, after visiting Montreal and learning about the history of Olympic games and how the famous stadium broke Montreal for 30 years. Didn't you really already learn your lesson. So very French, viva la grève!
It's small but nice
Nice bus tour
a little pricey for what it is. Very interesting history. not that much to see in the museum.
For the size of the building, I felt overall a little underwhelmed by the what was available to be seen. If your legs allow, just take the stairs between the levels - the elevator seemed incredibly slow. The display of arts and crafts done by children, located on the entry level, showed an impressive level of skill. The included bus tour of the Plains of Abraham itself was quite enjoyable, with the guide dressed up in period costume and playing the role of a historical figure while delivering the commentary. This was probably the highlight of the museum visit for me.
Great uniforms Loved the movie Parking was expensive
A nice museum with A lot of history.
The guy at the front desk was very informative and seemed to enjoy answering all of questions about the Quebec City.
(Translated) Very interesting and educational exhibition, even when we already know the history of the battle of the Plains of Abraham! Interactions with characters who answer all our questions. Nice activity! :)
This is a must see museum to understand the history of Quebec and the rest of the historic sites. Just go for the movie which is in English and French in rotation. Whatever the price the movie is worth it. It gave the rest of our trip a context.
Wonderful
Lots of interactive exhibits good for kids.
This is a great experience. The military simulation is a perfect way for students/and kids to learn.
Cute, interactive for children, i would have liked a few more artefact
Well done. We had the extended family of six, from grands to age 8, and everyone was fascinated. We love learning history. I felt this was a balanced presentation, including indigenous perspectives which weren't there last time I went many years ago. Overall - great.
Nice museum
It was highly informative. I wish it had been a bit bigger, given the price of admission.
The place is rather small, but there is a lot of content regardless. The price is good, and the staff is very enthusiastic about the history and explaining everything. There is a video you can watch, and a demonstration of how cannons worked back then. It's also a good place for children since a lot of it is interactive, and they can play around with it.

History
Beautiful and historic, this piece of land has great views of the St. Lawrence.
(Translated) It's a good historical museum The staff are very hospitable, offering excellent knowledge and advice. There is a parking spot beside the museum. The place is well maintained The bathroom is very clean.
Wonderfully preserved historic are with open expansive areas.
Best poutine in Ottawa!
Visit if you like walking. This is a lovely place to walk around and read about the history of it. I would recommend this activity on a warmer day. Beautiful views : Specially - A fabulous open parkland with lovely trees & gardens. Lovely views across the river. Plenty of places to sit & contemplate.
(Translated) Plains of Abraham Museum, Very beautiful building which houses a museum. Bonne balade
An informative and interactive exhibit but largely aimed toward children. For the cost, the 30-minute video and the museum felt lacklustre.
(Translated) The museum is good, but you can quickly walk around for the price. Nice welcome by the employees and still various interesting things to see.
Museum is small, but interesting with historical articles preserved. Some of the most interesting things are the uniforms of the French and British soldiers, punishments filled out for pretty crimes etc. However, I liked most the 30 minute movie show about the 7 year war, including the place of the Plains of Abraham in that war. With a visit.
It was very historical
Wonderful world
The Plains of Abraham Museum is not so huge, but there is an interesting film screening and a room with old uniforms, models, and a cannon. Also after the visit you have a room to eat your lunch.
I enjoyed putting my partner and the stocks and letting everyone know that he's a drunkard.
????????
Excellent bus tour around the battle site, fantastic lady tour guide, who really included all visitors, really good fun!
one of the most beautiful places I have ever been.
Nice food
Our first and last thought was , “You’ve got to be kidding.” We sat down for the introductory movie and there was a large ceiling support post blocking the view the the screen. It did not just block the view for some of the seats but for every seat. And speaking of the seats, the 1/2 hour film will seem much longer with the hard flat plastic benches provided. The script for the film seemed to be written by a 10th grader obsessed with rattling off the largest list of incremental facts and dates they could muster. It had no larger narrative arc, it had no context, it had no larger meaning, and no inspirational messages. Imagine Jackson Pollock using historic factoids instead of paint flecks, and you have a pretty good idea of the coherency of the script. The potential for using four voices to tell the story was wasted by using voice actors for three of them show sounded like they had been recruited from the same Walmart in Columbus, Ohio. Even the “English” character had a bland American accent, and could not be distinguished from the others. Only the Indian character voice was distinguishable, and made your cringe to hear such a stereotype that seemed like they were mocking him. The illustrations and “animation” were even worse. Perhaps they recruited the younger 6th grade sister of the 10th grade screen writer for the illustrations: See soldier standing; now see same soldier die by tilting the vertical soldier to a horizontal position. To save money, it looks like they checked off the box that said, all faces drawn in profile, with no 3/4 views. The rest of the museum with series of illuminated shadow boxes with artifact fragments did not help tell the story any better. The uniforms on display looked like they were carried by the voice actors form the same Walmart where they had been standing in line when they were hired. When we left, we again thought, “You’ve got to be kidding, $13 per person.” Save your money.
Like to know learn about history. This would be the places to visite. ????
A small museum, but so well organized. The documentary they show as part of the ticket price is also great. The story of the loss of the city by the French Canadians to the British is very sad.
(Translated) I went on a trip to Quebec with my class this museum explains a lot of things …
We left this museum with more understanding of Canadian History.
The facility is clean organized and easy to access as there is lots of paid parking. The museum is set up in levels with 3 floors starting at the third level. The first room to visit is a room with a tent, cannons and other interesting artifacts and maps. The next section which is on the same level is a 15 minute movie set up in a theatre style room with benches that I thought really needed to be updated in terms of technology. It looked like it was produced in the 80's. The next 2 levels are statues of what the early colonial characters wore including the natives in their beautiful outfits. There is some interactive games set up to challenge with history questions. I would put aside about 1 1/2 hours to visit the entire museum unless you are the type that needs to read everything you see then I would put aside 2 hours.
A very interactive museum. You were allowed to touch and try things. You could for example guess which punishment a soldier gets when he falls asleep while at guard by inserting a key in different locks. There was also a very visual and clear presentation about the 7 years war.
A good place
An amazing piece of history right here
Great museum.
(Translated) The museum presents the battles that took place in Quebec in 1759 and 1760. There are also many artefacts discovered during archaeological excavations on the Plains of Abraham. Suitable for the whole family.
Good account of how the British beat France in the war
Great little museum full of history. The presentation of the war between the French and the English were very informative. It's an interesting museum that you can touch most of the stuff on display which is really cool! We enjoyed visiting this museum.
Very nice
worth seeing.
The british ruin everything, even a 5 star review of a museum.
(Translated) Well liked the museum but maybe a little expensive as entered vs what it contains. He should leave all the narration of the Battle of the Plains to a visual audio presentation.
(Translated) Great place to visit. Plenty of space, walk around and discover the remains of Quebec. It's cold because of the wind and the river so cover up!
(Translated) Very nice little museum presenting in a neutral way the various participants of the battle of the Plains of Abraham. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly.
Fun interactive exhibits.
If you’re Canadian then you might enjoy this. It is limited and the 30 min educational film is lacking.
(Translated) It is interesting for children, an interesting film for 30 minutes - see for sure. For adults, the exposure is not quite diverse.
What a waste of money. Very Expensive with limited artifacts of historical significance. Not to mention to start off the experience you are herded into a tiny room with really nothing to learn about other than a variety of old whiskey barrels and grade school level material and explanations. All the while you’re waiting to get into a low budget level film/cartoon with a gigantic wooden beam in front of the screen. This “film” which is narrated by stereotypical figures with no real storyline or indication of which figure is speaking leaves you confused and underwhelmed. If you are expecting an authentic experience book yourself a private walking tour of the grounds. The museum is a waste of time.
Birth place of Abraham Lincoln.????????????????
Lovely museum and very helpful staff, even my 9 year old daughter had a great time.
As an adult.... Kinda boring. Not sure if it was worth $15, for 20min walkthrough
Very interesting Museum
(Translated) I really enjoyed my visit! I appreciated the fact that the presentation was shown from several perspectives with different narrators: French, Canadian, English, Native American. In addition, I found the rest of the exhibit to be very interactive. It's much more interesting than just looking at objects.
(Translated) Congratulations to the team of cultural mediators: both educator and actor, we came out less ignorant about the lives of the inhabitants of the fortified city, of the two armies and of a battle that capsized the fate of French Canada. (Translated) Really enjoyed our experience on the plains. The guided bus tour was really interesting, we learn a lot. …
Very nice place to visit and learn some history. ????
Wide open spaces - great for kids!
Good museum to learn about the Quebec war history. The video did a good job explaining the war and the exhibits contains war uniforms and items. Just wish there are more contents in the exhibits as it only takes an hour to go through the video and exhibitions.
Nice park for a walk.
Excellent tours and super duper kid-friendly!!
No RV parking in the car lot. No RV parking in the bus lot. This is a national historic site where people bring their families on vacation - why go out of your way to make families feel unwelcome? Also, despite being a Parks Canada site, they don't accept your Parks pass. Beyond that, the museum is poorly curated and just jammed with walls of text and artifact fragments. Pass on this one. Edit: answering your questions, it was the second floor that was a letdown. I didn't mins the video as much as the guy who expertly tore it apart (great review though). If it were my museum to run, I'd benchmark the National Museum of History in Ottawa. Money aside, each section told a story, with 100 or so words on an exhibit, and images to support the story. The walls of text and piles of artifacts just gave the impression of disorganization and didn't invite me to stay or keep my interest.
The video (30mins) explaining the battle was very good. The museum was interactive so good for good and quite small so you can do in less rhan an hour. Very informative but not boring
Amazing place with great tour
(Translated) Thank you Plains of Abraham for the great treasure hunt activity to discover the park and its history!
(Translated) It is an interactive museum where you can learn how the English came to Canada and you can even touch objects from that time like the costumes worn by soldiers. …
Great museum with interactive exhibits to increase student interest and understanding. Plan for at least an hour and a half. We were only there an hour and that wasn't enough (but our schedule of activities didn't allow for us to stay longer). Highly recommend this museum and I'd return!!
They really had it all. It was surprisingly excellent. Located right by the Plains, where the British won the Battle of Quebec in 1759, its interpreters are great. You also get entrance to the Martelo tower which is a short walk away and every bit as worth it.
Not worth a visit, musee de beaux art or musee de civilization are much better and cheaper .
Amazing
Nice place
See the movie exhibit. Gives a nice concise history of the Conquest.
It's good to know and see history
Historic
Great to learn about important times in Canadian history. Museum is not large but good for a couple hours. Not to miss is the bus tour of the park, the woman who toured us (in character of Abraham's wife) was excellent.
Educational museum
Great place to walk around
Never come in winter. It is nothing except an exhibition!
Important place and the museum is a missed opportunity for Government to showcase an important piece of national history. $17 for the museum + $9 for parking to see the smallest exhibition of materials. So much more could have been done AND needs to be done. The student witks displays (half if the lower kevel) was ALL in French!! This is a tourist destination, an opportunity to educate everyone not to hold on to local need to defend language rights (federal funding is to support bilingualism not one language). Washroom was clean.
(Translated) Very nice museum to learn more about this period in our history.
A great place to see how the French lost their wars.
Such a rich history to Quebec and getting a chance to do a bus tour with the admission to the museum was well worth the money spent. I am so glad that we have had a chance to check out so many parts of the Plains of Abraham while we have been staying in Quebec City. Definitely want to come back again and again.
Very informative.
A very small museum
(Translated) Very interesting. Meeting with characters, animation to watch for about twenty minutes. Object to see and try. Museum like other museums in Canada: interactive, educational, and above all impeccable.
Must visit place in this historical with.
Small, but well informed guides.
Its a good place for a slow ride in car or for a bike ride
Great place. Love how all the pieces have been painstakingly restored. Can fell and see history.
i peed on the artifacts
(Translated) It was an outdoor activity, a kind of outdoor race with video clues (QR codes). We were 3 adults and 4 children. Duck cold but what a great way to get some fresh air on the plains! We all enjoyed it very much!
(Translated) Interactive museum highlighting the history of the war of 7 years between British and French in a way accessible to all, the staff is very friendly and open to questions, in addition several elements of the museum are accessible to the touch (eg weapons, uniforms eras ...). I urge you to go if you go through Quebec.
Interesting, but small, museum, connecting to some important parts of Canadian history. Some great interactive pieces for kids (and adults) to help bring it to life. It's a little on the small side, so it doesn't take a long time to visit. However, I think it's important, especially in learning and understanding Canadian history better.
Effective exhibits. The historical interpreter was engaging. I loved the hands-on exhibits. The "smell the cork" and pillory drew me in. I want to learn more about the 7 years war. Good stuff!
Very informative both in English and French
It was a short visit with some written information about some facts on 18 and 19th century, the video in French was complicated and not really clear to follow and to understand.
Quite a small museum to cover such a large chunk of history but well presented. Learnt a lot we didn't know and connected historical events effectively.
There is a short movie about the battles that happened in the area. Then, one can walk to a tower (about 10 min) to do a self gided tour with the aid of an ipad. (That they provide) make sure you keep your recipt from the museum do that you can Enter the tower. Also, there is a bus tour included in the price. We came later in the day (around 2 on a Sunday) and all the seats on the bus were taken for that day. We were given the option to come back the next day, but we were leaving the city. My advice is that even if you are not seeing the museum early in the day, plan to buy your tickets early to reserve your seat on the bus tour.
Very windy in the winter. Beautiful views
(Translated) An exciting and very well designed museum!
It was great fun
Good for kids.. projection is also nice and an interactive museum. You get a brief idea of the place, would suggest as one of the first stops. Also the parking is very convenient and no since it's 24hrs 365 days we used it as our main parking for the whole 2 days trip
The museum was very informative and engaging. The price is reasonable. They have a small gift shop area, where they sell books on the history there both in French and English. After the museum, one can take a walk along the paths were much of the battle was. There is still lots of restoration work happening, repairing the barricade walls, but much of the Fort is still intact, with cannons.
Enjoyed the experience and loved the detailed information throughout the museum.
(Translated) Multimedia part telling the story of the war seen from both sides. Very good to give an overview.
A perfect place to learn about the Canadian history. Walk in the park and take advantage of the great views if you have time.
(Translated) Great visit! A real journey through time and what to say about the exemplary actors;) It's worth the detour. (Original) Super visite !
Many museums present history in a pretty dry and flat way. Not this one! There were some nice interactive displays, a movie, and some before and after pictures, which I always find interesting. The museum took a couple of hours to go through and then we walked around the Plains of Abraham to see its gardens and views over the St. Laurence river.
(Translated) Exceptional place to learn more about the birth of Canada, how the French and the English killed each other to have this territory. The actors on site give us a brief glimpse of life in the past.
(Translated) Very nice museum, with a lot of explanations and details. The film is also very well done for getting a glimpse of the battles.
Small museum, but the van tour was the highlight of the visit.
Best school outing in Old Quebec. The kids loved it.
(Translated) Very interesting and interactive museum which relates both the facts that took place on this river and the history of its development. We discover everything there is to know about this magnificent place full of history (and stories).
Nice museum giving a detailed history of Les Plaines and therefore, of Quebec.
(Translated) Slightly fast but interesting for visitors (Original) Un peu rapide mais intéressant pour les visiteurs
The interactive exhibit was fun, with lots of things to pick up and touch. The video was well done and enjoyable to watch. Thorough and factual, but not boring.
Great view and history
Came there at 3:15 and was refused the ticket even though the closing time 4pm
Very small, not worth the time.
The history is nicely presented through presentations and interactive exhibits. What's unfortunate is that the English translations aren't always accurate or spell-checked. We found quite a few obvious grammatical errors (lenght instead of length, for example) and we even found a passage that only had a couple words translated with the rest in French. Unless you're French, you can't fully (or efficiently) absorb everything.
(Translated) Beautiful museum, the tour is done in about 1h30. Several activities are done during the course including an explanatory video of the history of the plains.
During our Quebec City Trip with the Grade 7/8 students back in 2014 we’ve been there to look at the soldiers and how they do during the war.
Definitely go on the tour. The tour guide we had was awesome. She really seemed to enjoy her job, and it was definitely worth it to go on the tour. The museum was good too.
Historic
Intimate. Good for over all understanding of the history of the area and battles.
Small, but Interesting. No cafe.
(Translated) In a battle to change the pattern of the entire world, the tour guide's commentary is also very interesting. (Original)
Historic place to learn and explore.
Very informative and some interactive things for kids. It's not boring; it's entertaining.
Great museum if you want to brush up on your Canadian history you forgot from school or never knew
Not too much things to see!
Québec history with focus on the big battle
(Translated) Very nice presentation. But a little too conventional. Too many reproduced clothes that fill the space and are really the same. A poster would have been sufficient.
The film that was the centerpiece of the attraction was very difficult to follow. The other exhibits with the live actors were great though
A place where you can find interesting things about the history of Quebec.
(Translated) The staff are very involved, and enthusiastic. I learned some interesting anecdotes there. …
A fun look back at history. Loved the uniforms and artifacts!
Very informative and the tour was worth the money. This is a must see if you are in Quebec.
It was small. I enjoyed the student exhibition
Great scenery
Not a large museum has some interesting archeological pieces from around the area.
This small museum offers 3 linked tours. The museum itself is relatively small; the highlight is a 30 minute film about the battle. The second tour is a 45 minute bus trip around the park; this is a complete waste of time. The final part is a look inside an old stone tower where you can use a provided iPad to view details about the artifacts. On the whole, the package focuses more on entertainment rather than on a more traditional museum experience.
A few interesting things there but seems like a bit of a waste of space for that nice new building that they built after the other one burnt down.
Great place to walk, we came through the main pomenade and took the 300 stairs to get here. Great views.
(Translated) Great to discover with children. Far from being boring as well for adults and we learn a lot about the battles of Quebec. …
Very little content is English and not much available to peruse
Lots of walking beautiful spot
Very informative. Worth the time. Very helpful staff!
Very beautiful landscape
An amazing window into Canada's history, perched on one of the most important battlefields of Canada's history. Recommended
Great historical movie about the war for New France.
Great to learn about our heritage.
Interesting artifacts!
Really love this part of old Québec, really beautiful and the people are inviting! :)
I discovered the Museum on my way to Wolfe's monument and was pleasantly surprised by the very helpful staff. There is an exhibition of items found of the plains, dioramas of battles, replica uniforms, crime and punishment, then a scheduled 30min presentation which I found to be a little biased (which was to be expected really). In all, if you have an interest in the history go with an open mind.
(Translated) Very interesting. An important page of our history is explained here. A bit old-fashioned video (Original) Très intéressant.
Very interesting museum
Visit the museum, then enjoy a nice walk through the park.
A very fun and interactive Museum. We loved the staff who wondered around in character and the activities.
(Translated) I participated in a school trip. We had two animators who represented historical characters, beautiful performance. They described the unfolding of the Battle of the Plains. Subsequently, they brought us to the full for military maneuvers. Thank you for this historic experience.
Interesting facts about Canadian history, we were looking forward to watch the movie but it was disappointing, difficult to follow and confusing. What was great was talking to staff members who are there to show different items and answer any questions ....
Very informative and fun museum. Beautiful display of uniforms. Incredible artifacts. Some very cool hands-on learning activities. A small museum which we thoroughly enjoyed. Well done QC.
Take the lively bus tour ... Loads of fun
Very fun and interactive museum. Great for kids or couples visiting
A small museum, but well worth the time and effort if you're interested in the history surrounding the Seven Years War in North America.
A very nice museum. Especially if you like Uniforms. easy to navigate. Highly recommend the film and a shuttle tour of the Plains after.
A very interesting museum!
Nice little museum with a few issues. A little bit child oriented (great if taking kids, a bit basic if not). Displays lacked explanation of the wider context and importance of the battle. Lots of poor English language in the displays which was surprising. Highlights were the display of the British and French regimental uniforms and history, and the excellent audio visual tour of Martello Tower 1.
Great for first time visitors. A lot to learn about Canada's history, a lot to honor.
An immersive experience that has no equivalent anywhere else. The museum is filled with artifacts and accurate reproductions of the French and Indian War (Guerre de la Conquête) depicting the lives of French and English soldiers, Canadian milicians, and Indian warriors between 1754 and 1763. Pictures speak for themselves. As a history buff (particularly the seven years war), I was delighted by this museum and highly impressed. If there is one museum you should visit in Québec, that's the one. The staff is very nice and helpful.
There is a sad history from the past , but is incredible the great way how they grow up. Now is the most beautiful place that i never been ????????
We took a bus tour and decided to get off and take this tour, so glad we did. After paying for the tour in the basement, we made our way up to the top floor. We were met by the most amazing guide. She was dressed in period clothing and treated like were we’re in the same era as her. Since our son, who was with us, is in the Canadian Military, she thanked him for his service (very sweet). She then shook her head at my exposed ankles, since I was married she said it was scandalous. LOL The tour and video were a great (albeit short) way to depict the Battle. You should go here when you visit Quebec City.
Good French Canadian history
Very enthusiastic group of employees! Definitely a must see if you're in town.
(Translated) Interesting experience on the site. We are entitled to interactive exploration. Moreover, the visit lasts quite a long time even though the building seems small.
The good: the 30 minute video is high quality, the exhibition of uniforms, the small display of 'law and order', the map of skirmishes/battles to give perspective on the region. Needs improvement: the exhibits lack depth and there are many opportunities to enrich the content. For example, there's a reference to rationing food - why not show approx what/how little that food was?
Incredible place to visit and relax
(Translated) Very good museum to visit to learn and know in more detail the ins and outs of the battle of the Plains of Abraham in the Seven Years' War. Interactive exhibitions, projection of testimonies from actors of the battle, video on the history of the construction and development of the Plains of Abraham Park. Smiling, patient and courteous staff. Anyone visiting the park should visit the museum. I recommand it. We learn things while having fun.
Not worth the money you pay! It's nice but too expensive for what's there to see.
The tour was really entertaining
Important historical place. A must go to place.
Learn about the history of Quebec here.
(Translated) It seems to be a very interesting museum, I just didn't get in because I thought the price was a little expensive. It would be nice if Canadian museums were free just like the museums in New York city and Washington D.C.
A very interesting museum with some interesting exhibits. The staff were very good.
Excellent activity for large groups of teens. They love it! Very interactive and engaging.
Why not stop by when you are visiting the Plains of Abrahams for an animated history lesson on the significance of the battles and the horrors visited on combatants and civilians.
Fun experience getting to interact with the exhibit! The staff was really helpful and friendly too.
Wonderful place
Loved this place
The only redeeming feature of the museum was seeing the tower (which I believe is closed after labor day). The museum exhibit itself was lacking substance. Further, the documentary video was of low production quality and lacked a narrative.
Love the historical elements.
(Translated) Thank you for the great activity of the treasure hunt (Original) Merci pour la belle activité de la chasse au trésor
We saw The Who in concert at night. The history is very i teresting

Nice museum explains the events very well with interactive things to help you learn and understand how it was during the war.
One of the best place to see during your visit to Quebec city. Well put together presentation of struggle of early settlers and hardship of aboriginal people and their families helps one understand history.

(Translated) A fun and well thought out museum for children. A serious subject that captivated our 4 year old thanks to an interactive and interesting projection. The subject of the museum is a little limited and deserves an "anchoring" in the Quebec of today (Original) Un musée ludique et bien pensé pour les enfants. Right place to start the plains of abraham
Very interesting
(Translated) Very welcome to start. Then showrooms with a fun approach that makes the visit very pleasant and very informative, you can, for example, touch objects such as muskets, cannon balls etc and try the drum trying to reproduce the classical orders (lift, retreat, dinner ....). The English characters speak French with their characteristic accent .... and the French speak French, just back from the baton. ... everything is full of comical details and well thought out. A short film explains very simply the battles that led to the loss of Quebec to France. The visit ends with an exhibition of well-developed artifacts that perfectly illustrate what life could be like at that time by telling us this page in the history of Quebec. Do not miss.
Great history
Movie theater that presents film of overview of the battle of Abraham Plains. Static displays of uniforms and equipment.
Bring blankets and chairs and have a rest while leaving history.

(Translated) Visibly very beautiful place from the outside, as for the inside I don't know because I haven't been there.

Merci.
Hard to follow the English film as all the voices had a French accent. Too many artifacts. Interesting presentation by the musket gal.
It tells you how the warriors play in history and a good place for students to learn the history.
(Translated) History is preserved thanks to the artifacts preserved and presented in this museum. Nice museum
Great ???? place to go there !!! Love it ????.
Note: the museum is closed due to a strike through July 25.
Great
Beautiful, historically significant park. On this site a crucial battle occurred that affected the future of Quebec / Canada. Be sure to take time to visit the museum and take a guided bus tour of the park which was both entertaining and informative.
I love history and if you do too you'll love this place.
Not everything is translated..not great for English only speakers
Plan great outdoor adventures
Not a big place. Good to go if you want to know history.
I thought there would have been a bit more for the price. Cute and interesting tho
The top floor is full of interactive displays. The bus tour is fabulous! If you stop at the tower, it is a long walk back to the museum

Really interesting museum. Perhaps struggling with the confines of its building... but I quibble.
Great interactive exhibits. Good video presentation of the history of the place. Tip: check out the Facebook page of the museum before your visit and be sure to mention that when buying your tickets. You will get one free entry. ????
Awesome
Amazing place to learn. Wish we could have stayed longer
Woo. Impressed
(Translated) Informative about the different times of the wars in which Canada was involved.
Excellent exhibit as well as a 30 minute video about the various wars from 1756-1760. Time well-spent!
The guy explained a lot about the tools that the people used during the battles , and there was a very interesting documentary for about 25 min!
Okay but give this one a pass; there are a lot better and more interesting things to see and do in Qubec city.
very interesting
Its really but some upgrade would be goo
Interesting, basic history of battles
Site of one of the most significant battles of that era. Very nice small museum that can be gone through in an hour or longer if you choose. The plains provide a nice view. Worth seeing if you have any interest in history.
