Really nice park! Gives you an amazing view of the Old City and the river. Whether it is just to stroll through the park, have a picnic or sunbathe, it is worth seeing. There is also an observatory platform on top of the neighboring parking lot.

This urban park exists since this summer. The location is great and the paid wood structure parking too. This is a great place to bring kids to play on the water fountain. The design is marvelous and it's the best location to look at the fireworks during summer.

Enjoyed our day while we were there, so much to see while you walk around, to see the life like mural on the buildings is astonishing. Would highly recommend when in the area.

I had a very good visit here because i had great views of the cities of Quebec and Levis,the oil refinery and the wonderful Frontenac castle. I went here, this place has lots of people. My dislikes is firstly, the fountains of water doesn't work and secondly, toilets are closed at this time.

Art...they really did good with this place...place is a small portion in front of big cruise vessels but you will have nice photos of Frontenac and your cruise ship

It's very nice.The cruiseship sightseeing is very fun.Employees do a great job and the tour guides catch you up doing a phenomenal job.I recommend this event 100 % if you are in Quebec.

Our ship was docked outside this park. Beautiful to see from the ship. Only difficulty was the ramps to embark the ship made it impossible for me to want to get off to see this area.

Very very nice place. You can find interesting stuff for a reasonable price. If you go there you will not be disapointed. It is a cozy, good looking place full of very nice, good looking people. Just remember, it is an awwwwwwssssssooooommmmeeeeeee place.

A wonderful promenade in Quebec. It overlooks the St. Lawrence Seaway, and is close to the delights of the quaint and beautiful Old City.

Nice place to see the cruise ship relaxing with beautiful water park for adults and kids to enjoy it in a hot day good for picnic or tanning or just hang out and have a nice view on the river and Levis city don't forget an ice cream yummmy

Beautiful place to start your Old-Quebec tour. A brand new parking structure with very clean restrooms. The place with water fountains and an awesome view down the river and up to Old Quebec.
