Exit is an awesome puzzle solving experience, as I have enjoyed it at other locations. Unfortunately this wasn’t the case over the weekend at the Exit Prince George location. We were a group of 6, and paid to play the Resident Evil room. We started out, and after struggling to understand why some of the locks were unlocked - we called for help as the flashlight we found turned out to be broken. After they attendant came in and left for several minutes, we were told that our room hadn't be set up properly and we had missed some key information and steps. They didn’t stop the timer at all while they were figuring that out, and then told us to continue on anyways. After the game was done, we did make a comment at the front counter that we didn’t get the experience we paid for. The rep told us sorry, and continued to help a different group. I didn’t expect that we would get our money back. But for a business to not make sure the product they are selling ( the room and game experience) is set up properly and then to not offer anything to make up for the fact we had booked a week in advance and spent quite a bit of $$$$ to play a broken room just isn’t good customer service.

Had have had a couple of good experiences. The last three trips have been absolutely atrocious. They put minimal effort on their rooms and it takes away from the trip too much. Will not return, other cities are upping the standard for excape rooms. Prince george is falling far behind.

Finally some great entertainment in this small city. The staff was super easy to talk to and friendly and explained the rules very well. Lockers for possessions are provided and the experience is priced well. Go on a weekend for a fun time with your friends. I'm so glad Prince George finally got one.

Probably the only thing in town for teens to do other the golf and bowling. Very entertaining and always fun but doesn’t last long as your there for 45 minutes. Great staff, Colin is the best for sure! My two oldest enjoy going often.

Had a great time at the Prince George Exit. My friends and I did the Enchanted Forest room and we had a blast! No going to give anything away but there were some really cool mechanisms and fun puzzles in the rooms. Covid protocols and staff were top notch so a fantastic activity to do an stay safe during this time. Only reason this isn't 5/5 is that I have done well over 20 escape rooms with some of them being incredibly elaborate. Secret passages, tunnels to crawl through, completely realistic and perfect sets. Still this one was a great way to spend am hour. Also the ranking system was totally accurate so pay attention to how many stars a room is when you book. Hope this helps and I'll for sure be going again!

I tried to enter the building through the front doors, but then a shady bunch of dudes who looked liked they worked there pulled my through a trapdoor in the ground. I was then dumped in a large pool of glue for 30 seconds every 15 minutes for 4 hours. Then 7 rolls of barbed wire were wrapped around my body, and a rope was tied to my feet. I couldn't see anything and I was gasping for breath. I didn't even know what day it was. After what felt like 2 seconds, I was dragged to a very dark room and concrete walls were closed behind me. I heard a very small noise say "ESCÁÁPPÍÉRE...". I assumed he was trying to say "Escape" so I sat there because I wanted to see what would happen if I did not. After 2 minutes I was untied, untied, and unglued and then stapled in the eyes and ushered out the door. The escape might have been hard if I tried, but I haven't even tried the place again.

Great fun if you’re looking for an out of the ordinary activity. Visited twice and both times were challenging and fun. One of the visits was with a large group from work. The staff did a great job on short notice splitting us up into smaller teams and getting us started in various rooms. Great for all ages.

Celebrated my son's 13th birthday in here with his friend. It's very expensive though, 25$ per game. The staff's were amazing, they let my son played half an hr for free because it was his birthday which was really nice of them. He loved it and that's what matters.

Did such a fun room! Great puzzles but got literally trapped in the last room for about 15min. The clue button was in the first room and we were locked in the last room. Banged on the door for about 15min before someone came and helped us. Told us sorry times up and explained the puzzles and that was it. Will def come back but be more careful with closing doors :( So closee!!!

I enjoy doing exit rooms but I do find it needs better quality props. I have done a few rooms where we are stuck on a question and find out after using a clue that it is impossible to answer as the props that guide you weren't working. Most recently happened with the candles in Enchanted Forest.

Tried the Behind Enemy Lines. Was really hard but very fun. Would have given a 5-star but the staff that was working really gave the impression that she did not want to be there. Been to the one in Kelowna many times and they've always been really friendly and nice to talk to. Hope this is an anomaly

Just did the Chamber of Serpents room online with my friend. It was really fun! Being online is quite different from doing escape rooms in real life of course, but the staff had a clever method to allow us to play. The props were all very cool and I found the name changes really funny haha. As someone who loves escape rooms, this online room was a great opportunity to enjoy the experience once again, despite the ongoing pandemic. Would recommend!

It would have been a lot of fun if everything worked. Sadly, almost everything in the Behind Enemy Lines room was broken, including the first door. The second time we went, my friends and I tried the Resident Evil room. Near the end, there is a very simple, but difficult to complete puzzle. There was no signage on the piece that was supposed to open. I was accidently leaning on the door, so it locked immediately after opening. My friends and myself searched aimlessly for ten minutes trying to figure out what was supposed to open. When we were leaving, the staff member seemed very rude both times we went (it was the same woman). TL;DR: Please fix your puzzles, it ruins the experience. And make sure you arent touching ANYTHING when completing a puzzle.

Interesting puzzles, good variety of rooms. I would recommend that the owners add some kind of prize for completing the rooms, such as a coupon for 1/2 price or 2 for 1.

This was my 7th or so escape to give background info. The experience was ruined on this occasion by a miscommunication at the start, where we believed we had to avoid and area. Due to this, we lost a full 30 minutes making no progress, the staff couldn't have cared less about the mix up so we were left scrambling to finish an entire room in about 12 minutes. We'd have expected a resort or extension but got nothing. Might've been a really good experience otherwise as the room and puzzled seemed fun.

We have completed several escape rooms at the Prince George Exit, and there is always at least one prop or puzzle that does not work. It's very frustrating for the equipment to be such incredibly poor quality. The staff try their best to help, but often they aren't able to make the equipment work either. Exit PG needs to upgrade their props or provide refunds when they don't work. For anyone considering doing an escape room I would recommend going to a different company if possible. We haven't run into this issue of bad quality equipment at other escape room companies.
