Nice lighthouse, great ocean views. Unfortunately the lighthouse is surrounded by ugly metal fence, so it is impossible to take a good photo. The center is nice and has bathrooms. It is located next to the wind farm which is also interesting.

I loved so much! We saw some people made inuksuks on the beach. I made one too. It was cool because we saw the inside of a windmill and all of the windmills!

Breathe taking ocean scenery. I was in amateur picture wonderland here. Great shots of birds,tides,cliffs and seals playing. There is a cute lighthouse and lots of electric wind turbine's. You can walk close to the water or stay on top overlooking the ocean from the Cliff. There is a lot of miniture inuksuks made by visitors heck make your own I did. Definitely I very pleasant place for a walk and just relax. Will be visiting again this week.

Worth visiting once. Its a very beautiful place. Lighthouse by the bay, wonderfully installed wind turbines and of course, water till infinity! Cafe and restaurants are limited.

The drive was beautiful. How ever I would recommend breaking the journey instead of doing it in one day to enjoy the points of interest.. other wise it can get tiring.. long drive specially when added to an east coast road trip itinerary..

Gorgeous scenery around here. You can see the lighthouse on the point (active, so no touring inside) and they have a sizeable gift shop, seafood restaurant and Aquarium onsite. Taking photos is a little challenging as there are a lot of windmills onsite. But I'm glad they're taking advantage of such a gusty area!

This is a great place to take pictures and also just to sit and enjoy the scenery. You can go in the water as well. Nearby there is a gift shop.

Photography op review. Unfortunately, there is a not-so-esthetic fence around the lighthouse that makes taking great photos difficult. There is also a very tall communications tower making this lighthouse hard to isolate in your photos. A worthy mention is that there are multiple wind turbines that may end up making better photography subjects if you decide to drive up to North Point.

Not much there. Just enjoy the scenic view. Small gift shop there and a restaurant. Neat to see the 2 tides collide.

STUNNING area to see the red sands of PEI. There was a large area for free parking, a gift shop (which was lacklustre but there), washrooms, and a restaurant (which we didn't eat at). Walking along the beaches gives you beautiful views of the ocean, washed up lobster legs and shells, and shaped red sand cliffs! Although the lighthouse is fenced off, you still have access to walk close and get good photos.

Unforgettable location. Sort of forgettable food. Mussels were puny & shrivelled up. Small lobster was tasty. Scallops were okay. Bland shrimps are out of place. Haddock is the best item. They really ought to stick to fresh local meats and focus on the quality of their preparation. There are better restaurants in the area.

The air, the tide, the vista, nice people and a lighthouse -- simple, rustic, genuine. And the water appeared to have 2 tides- crashing against the rocks from different directions-- ah, the amazing sea.

The drive to an from the lighthouse was fun. The lighthouse itself was OK. The beach is good for walking an skipping stones.

I went with my mother, kids, including a teen, and we all loved this place. The rocky edge was very interesting to walk along, and the atmosphere was so relaxing. Washrooms, gift shop and restaurant on site.

Cool place to visit. The wind farm is amazing. When tide is out you can go down a path and enjoy the beach area. Gift shop & restaurant. Because we travel with our dog we have never tried the restaurant but hear it's not bad

Great place. The view from there is very worthwhile. You get to see a wonderful ocean view and just behind it is spinning wind turbines! Be warned though in the summer if you are weary of bugs this may not be where you want to visit. When we went there had to be some hundreds or thousands of ladybugs doing their thing. I frankly loved it. My wife less so.
