No excess to tourists. Someone built a private property here , and we were told to park our van by the mailbox then walk to see the bluff. I had a disabled person so we couldn't go. It's a pity that Powell River was only a one time visit and their city allowed someone to build a private property on s tourist attraction. It should be zero star since we drove by and couldn't see.

Loved it. Didn't jump off any rocks but good trail to the bluffs and some nice entry spots to ocean and good spots to lie down and warm up
