I'd say this is one of the best hidden gems in the gaspe. We went mid day and there was next to no one here. The trek is a good one. You have to be in decent shape and have good balance especially right at the end when you have to tight rope walk a log to actually get down to the sand bar. The colors are out of this world. Water was chilly 1st week of July. But we went anyway . Too nice not to go. You literally drive down a dirt road and park in a gravel pit. So don't be alarmed.

Il y a constamment un drone ou deux dans les airs. Ça fume (pas que des cigarettes) et ça botch dans la rivière. Des gens arrachent des branches d’arbres pour se faire des coussins pour que leurs fesses ne soient pas directement en contact avec les roches. Et des colons jugent bon d’apporter des hauts-parleurs pour imposer leur musique qui assourdit le bruit de la chute. TRÈS TRISTE d’avoir perdu un si joli joyau… Mais Percé continueras probablement encore bien longtemps d’encaisser ses 8$ d’entrées par personne.

Lovely place. I went with my toddler, and it turned out to be very difficult getting to and from the falls. Unless your toddler is a good walker and can climb many stairs on his own, I wouldn't recommend bring him/her. I wanted to walk in the water, but the rocks were too slippery????. This is a great place to go to just sit and be one with nature. I would do it again, but alone.
