Kids had great experience. Definitely going back for myself :)

This was so fun, there are 4 levels but the main difference between them was the hight

Such a great afternoon! Incredibly difficult to find a ropes and zipline course for young children. My 4 year old was eager to try so we came here to try the Junior Children's Course. It's a full on ropes course that starts low to the ground and increases in incline after each section, building to the zip line at the end. He also had an opportunity to ride the junior zip line! In the hour time slot he completed the course 4 times and loved every minute! Being able to go on the junior zipline was his favourite! Riley was our guide and she was very personable and encouraging to my little guy.

Rocky

Great outdoor adventure treetop park. They have few courses from beginner to advanced. The courses are in the woods and that is great when you get on the top of the tree and walking between them.

So much fun even for little kids!

We had a group of 11 from a jiu-jitsu family day. Ages 5-29 and theyloved every second of it. We went when it rained a little but it made it even nicer. Bring snacks for after I was so hungry after 3 hours up a tree.

Mekki MacAulay

Really enjoyable! Very good value. Expect to spend 2 and 1/2 to 3 hours if you do the full course. The staff are very friendly and the safety is impeccable. It is physically impossible to be at risk of falling anywhere. Very smart design. If you want to do the rock climbing grip portions, bring smaller shoes. Probably don't go in the middle of summer as it is quite a workout and you will overheat. Bring a water bottle on a carabiner. Spring and fall are the best times because the cooler weather is ideal. I will totally go again!

We had an incredible experience here!!! I booked a reservation for my daughter to do the children's course and she had a blast!!! Not to mention that the staff here are all amazing at what they do. So happy that we found this gem!! I posted some pictures of our experience and several friends have expressed interest in going. We will be back soon!!! We would highly reccomend!!

Greg Roosenboom

Our kids are 3,4,5,6 years old. They all had a great time doing this course! It was cool how you could book the space for your group for an hour. Very reasonable prices.

My family had a great time here! They loved all of the courses/obstacles. Great way to spend the afternoon. They staff were friendly, helpful and very patient. They were also very honest about each course and the level of difficulty.

Maxim Khasiev

We had so much fun with my family there! The tracks are not very difficult, and even my 55yo dad has enjoyed it. It was his first experience, and he loved it. Also, quite a few long zip lines with great views!

Grace Ashlynn

Great experience. I went just last week but got very scared so the staff got me down from the middle of the course. They were very nice about it. Overall extremely kind staff.

Camille DUROYON

This is the worst and most ridiculous treetop adventure I’ve ever took my children to. They did the children course in less than 10min and had to stay there for 1 hour???? Do not go there if you don’t want to be disappointed. I tried to talk to them but pretending security issues they did not save our day. Will never go back again!!!

Naomi Kankonde-Tchimanga

I had a great experience here! I came here with a group of friends for my birthday. I was scared to start off but the staff were really friendly and patient with me. Would definitely recommend!

Prashant Thankappan

Amazing experience. When my daughter and I visited this place, I felt overwhelmed and self doubted. But that's the beauty of this place. When you start and complete each obstacle, you will look back and feel proud of yourself. Very good place to bond with kids. The zipline is breath taking and the staff is polite and very helpful.

Duncan Viragos

We had a blast. Very challenging! Not for anyone who is unfit or afraid of heights though. Heck of a workout

Hamid Alam

Kids had a great time. Just the right amount of challenging obstacles.

Dee L.

Great experience for my 4 year old. Not pricey and got my child outside and doing exercise

Clement The

This was a huge amount of fun! There were five courses with differing levels of challenge and we had a blasy ???? Be aware this isn't just a walk in the park - the obstacles are varied and exciting. With their click-it system there's really no chance of falling, so try not to tense up as you go through the course. ????

Lisa Bee

My husband and I were invited to go along with friends and I will admit I was hesitant (because I’m not on board with heights). We had a fantastic time. It was amazing to be in the woods while also getting a workout. The only hazard that gave me pause was on the advance course after the canyon zip line - that ladder walk was a feat of bravery (unlike all the other obstacles, this one is over an open area with large striding steps). I would absolutely do this again. I recommend some comfortable clothes and running shoes (not skate shoes). If it’s hot, you’re definitely going to want a water bottle and a carabiner clip to stay hydrated!

Octavia Chambers

Incredibly fun! I loved pushing myself to these limits and the sense of accomplishment made for a great weekend experience. I definitely recommend it!

Kelly Schembri

Second time I have been here with my kids and we have all had a great time. Beautiful scenery and great equipment.

Aleem Kassam

Great staff, very friendly and courteous. We had an amazing time. Great activity for the family and to connect with the outdoors.

Tara Blundon

So much fun. They have amazing courses. Please buy gloves lol save yourself from being pinched

We went there for 3 pm booking. My sister was part of our group, and she was breast feeding my niece. It was around 2.53 or 2.54 by that time. We asked for 10 min, and we were told it is the last batch we cannot wait or accomodate, we asked for a refund in that case, and we were told someone else can go instead of her. And by the time we were at the demo part, 3 min into demo she was ready to get the harness on. She had travelled from.windsor and was very excited about this, but it ruined everybody's excitement. The customer service i would rate zero Update : We were right there, since 2.30 for sure. You could not accept the digital copy of costco cards so one of our familyember drove 30 min each way to get it. You should have fine not accomodated that. When we were harnessing, a breast feeding mother should have accomodated. Since this was her first outing after having a baby.

Fish Whistle Lures and Tackle L Bendandi

Fairly difficult 'trek' ... should be more advertised as a treetop obstacle course... should have more 'opt' latters... boy was waiting quite some time to be lowered down by attendant with climbing ropes.... need a decent level of fitness and comfort with heights.

This place was crummy from the start. We entered and no one told us what to do or where to go. Very little signage. We found our way only to run through the children's course two times (that does not take long) and have two zips on the junior zip-line. Then we were rushed out (if not kicked out) of the premise. An employee (middle aged blonde white lady) yelled at my kids. One positive note - Travis in the kids course was friendly and helpful.

Shawn Pegg

Very fun place. Obsticle climbs through the trees. You are always attached to something by a harness so you are always safe from falling. They have a big zip line through the trees. Very very fun. Friendly staff and owners. Great place to bring kids or to go out on a date. It can be a very physical challenging. Depending on what course you pick.

Blue Sky

THIS WAS SO COOL I love coming here. I can’t wait to go back again. I did have a slight issue but it was only because I’m vertically challenged. At one of the last obstacles, I was in the middle of a wooden slat bridge over the canyon and it dipped a bit. I couldn’t reach the top wire anymore so I was kinda stuck but the girl behind me came up and held the rope down so I could reach it the rest of the way across The staff are friendly. This is my second time here and I am excited for my third in the spring

Riz

HOLY WOW! My first suggestion for this place, invest some money in a videographer or social media marketing. This place is actually amazing. 1) The staff is super friendly. 2) They let you stay extra if possible. 3) They actually give a cr*p about your experience. 4) Incredible value for the money. 5) Stop reading and book your spot. This place is friendly for couples, families, friends. I will absolutely revisit here again. Thank you for the wonderful time.

I would recommend. Tons of fun and nice staffs. This 3 hours went fast

Ashli Schell

Great course for the kids, my 7 year old loved it.

Bernard King

Fantastic gem in the woods. Went for a birthday celebration and it was a rewarding if physically demanding afternoon. The courses are well thought out, the safety clips system easy to use once taught. If you love zip lines there a ton of good ones. We did not end up doing the advanced course as we were starting to tire out with the intermediate one. But there is lots of choice and definitely enough to come back again

Kathy Roach

Took a group of 6 - 11 year olds on a Saturday afternoon in September. The ropes course(s) were amazing. The instruction, assitance, and customer service was diplorable. It seemed that every employee hated their job, and were not freindly or overly helpful when the kids required assistance. The kids were rushed to the intermediate course, without going on the begginer course (maybe due to scheduling?), and because of this 2 of the kids were uncomforable and didn't end up participating. We were disappointed with the overall experience due to the employees and the way we were treated from start to finish, however we were extreamly impressed with the facility itself.

David Arppe

It was great! The staff were great. Don't forget to bring water, also gloves are a must in my opinion!

Rong Xu

It's a fun place for children and family. We enjoyed our day there. The staffs are nice and friendly too. We will go back to visit again.

Adam Marshall

It's always a fun time whenever I go here. Everyone is nice and the courses are fun.

Kobie M-C (Kobie M-C Photography)

Great for challenging yourself and having the kids do something physical and different! A good test of balance, problem solving and all around great fun! Don't forget to bring water!

Eric Davison

The experience was awesome the staff is amazing family and I had a great time we are all going back definitely

Sam Kelly

Went today with my niece. Was fun and the employees were great. I had no idea when booking the adult courses you automatically do a beginner's, intermediate and advance course. If I had of known I wouldn't have booked at all. My niece and I stopped after the beginner's course and went to the big zip. I was under the impression we were able to choose the 3 courses we wanted to do. I think this should be clearer on the website. Overall a good time.

Victoria F

Excellent staff, love how easy the process was. Training was precise and the instructor was so patient. Would love to have had merch from the experience.

Salomé Chemla

Would not recommend at all unfortuantely... The team is absolutely terrible - not welcoming, not nice, clearly annoyed to have clients. ZERO customer service. It killed the experience. There are a few other other tree climbing / treetop within 2 hours of Toronto (Stouffville, Brampton) and they are AMAZING with super positive staff - go there instead! We arrived the 30 min early as requested, but we were rushed in to do our course straight away. They stressed us out all throughout the booking. On the last course, my shoulders were touching the ones of the staff ON THE OBSTACLE (talk about covid safety!) because they were rushing to finish their day (we were not late btw - we even finished everything 8 min early). They were even joking about how excited they were that we were the last ones. We had a child with us - 3 yo - she finished her course in 10 minutes and was bored. We wanted to switch parents (paid of everybody and everybody would have attended initiation) within the 3 hours so everybody can have a good experience but we were told no (and not politely like the rest of the experience). It is mandatory to do Course 1-3 in that order, not allowed to re-do the easy one if you are beginner which was horrible since we had different levels within our group. You are not allowed to focus on the more difficult ones (only can be done once) if you are advanced so really not convenient for ANYONE.

Janice McG

The park is amazing...definitely a must-do. I have done the courses 4 times and still love every moment of it. The only frustrating thing is when staff guides you on which path you can go on....some or much shorter than others...you don't get a choice. I understand it is to prevent delays from large groups but there should be a choice. It is cheaper to buy passes from Costco...I bought online....not sure if that changed but made it very convenient. Also, bring a water bottle that has a clip on it....otherwise you go 3hrs without water or have to buy their tiny bottle. There are water stations throughout the park to refill. Also bring gloves with grip....lots of grip work.

ATTENTION: First timers/Novice/Beginners Went with a bunch of friends for a fun birthday activity. They have some discriminatory policies. They told me I couldn't continue because I struggled with one obstacle half way through the course. This was totally fine with me as I did respect their instructions, and I let me freinds go on. However, I told them that either they give me half my money back or let me go on to the easier courses since I was only half way done and I paid for more courses. This way I can still have fun and meet my friends at the end for the long final zip line. They refused to! The front office people were so rude especially the heavier set man, who was lazy enough not to ride on his ATV to meet me at the obstacle to further discuss the matter. Instead he made me walk for 20 mintues to the office to talk about it. Afterwards when I asked him, what if someone can't do even the first course, do they lose all their money and the man said yes. So basically even if they decid at the first course that you are not capable to do it, you lose all your money. After arguing with the front office, they finally allowed me to go and try another easier course however they told me that I couldn't do the final long zip line which I paid for and it is easy to get to. Absolutley no reasoning behind this! After when I went to the easier route, the guide was so rude and unfriendly and without even asking me, after I was done, laid her hands on me and took my harness gear off. I was so shocked! Imagine someone just all of a sudden coming really close and starts unbuckling things. Furtheremore, she didn't even have her mask on! Usually people remove their equipment in the main office area but she without warning in the middle of the woods put her hands on me! I had no idea what was happening at first and then quickly realized what she was doing! I felt violated! At the beginning they told us that if you quit, then you are done, but I didn't quit and I only was trying to learn a technique so I struggled a little as this is my first time. At the end of the day I still did not go on the long zip line even though I paid for it. So my advice is that if this is your first time and you are not as athletic or unsure of how to navigate through the obstacles (which at times are hard), then please go somehere else because if you are only done quarter of the way and THEY decide you can't continue, you unfortunately lose all you money and have to just sit and wait till your party is done. This was a disappointing experience for me not because they told me that I can't continue, but because of how rude the office and the guides were and also for their discriminatory policies that are not fair! I wonder how many people got scammed this way? Update: Response to Owner 1. You were not there in the courses so there is no way you knew what happened in regards to how I was treated. 2. Just because you have a mask policy does not mean your workers are following them. I have multiple witnesses that saw workers without masks. 3. Only reason you let me go on the easier courses is because you realized there is a flaw in your policy. 4. You are a classic example of a business not listening to their customer. Please learn to understand what you are reading in the reviews. I totally accepted and am fine with your guides determining the safety of the customers and not allowing me to go further on. In my review, multiple times I stated I was fine with that. That wasn't my issue. My issue is that your policy is unfair and I'm letting potential new customers know that. Your manager stated that if a person cannot even finish the easy course, they lose all their money. However, they paid for all three. So you need to compensate them back or let them try something else like Ax throwing. This way they felt that they did not lose all their money and can still enjoy the day! Please learn to read next time and understand what your customers are trying to tell you - there is a flaw in your policy as they are unfair!

We have been to every other treetop adventure park in the city and I will list pros and cons compared to these other parks. Pro's: Good location (close to city) Guides are helpful and friendly Courses are diverse and challenging Good mix of activities available Cons: Starter course is too far from from home base Equipment too complicated and heavy - single attachment point systems are more user friendly and don't drag while not attached to course Ladder attachment pulley system is rickety Some poor design and layout in areas - Couldn't reach hand hold points on several challenges even on first course. No areas on ground near courses to leave water bottles/snacks Groups are too large. - Time slots should be offset by 1/2 hour and groups limited to 10, so you spend less time waiting and more time climbing No season passes available for repeat clients. Overall, not a terrible climbing experience, but we prefer the other treetop adventure parks available.

Habs Girl

So much fun! Great workout. The kids ages 9-13 had a blast on the white and green course all various skill levels and hieghts. They were also really great about giving me a refund for my brother who went to treetop trekking by mistake.

Brian Nelson

My daughter's (10 & 12) and I all loved our time there. Awesome courses of various levels of challenge and a fool-proof safety system. The main zipline was awesome too. Highly recommend.

Martin Duroyon

Very disappointing The trail for the 6 - 10 yrs old is very short. About 10 min to complete! Don’t go there if you have 8-10 yrs old kids.

Lev Mondrus

Very good place to bring kids. The 6-10 age group course was both enjoyable and chellenging. They will see us again!

Simon Ware

Great adult course! My ten year old definitely had some trouble with a few obstacles but with perservence was able to finish two of the three courses. Another year and couple inches height he'd have been able to do the last trickier course. The ones we did we both enjoyed a lot. A guide said we should skip the last one as he'd noticed the trouble my some had with the last obstacle. And i think we were holding up some folks behind us, so we did come down early but took an extra zip which was fun. Would be great to have a few more opt outs or ways for faster groups to move past slower participants. Great day tho, reasonably priced and appreciated the ability to get a refund for one person who couldn't attend the trip due to a last minute injury.

Alejandro Cortez

Can’t speak highly enough of these guys! From our three year old to my 73 year old grandfather, they had stuff for everyone to do and we’re absolutely great at helping my daughter with special needs! If you want a fun experience check these guys out

Donna Villemaire

Sounds like a great time only problem is I don't want to buy gift cards 'cause no one's at the office or responding to emails or calls... are they still in business?

Rachel Towrie

Staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. Well maintained and beautiful, I will go back for sure !! Such a fun day !!

Jenn D

Took my children ages 7 & 9 to the kids course. The course itself is quite fun and they were able to complete it twice. Riley was the only staff member at this course and she was amazing. She did her best being in as many places as quickly as she could. When the course is at full capacity and one child has an issue everyone behind gets blocked up. Having only one staff member meant a lot of waiting for our turn for help or even just to proceed on the course. My youngest had some trouble getting the safety line to run thru the connections. Some signage would be helpful for parents as well (eg pull this black rope to bring the swing to the tree). Parents get ready for a sore neck when this is all over. It’s a lot of looking up! Overall the skill level matched the age range and my kids had a lot of fun. Would probably go back in a few years and try the more advanced course.

Day Hugel

Love love LOVE Treetop Eco-Adventure Park, right here in Oshawa. We had a blast. Thr staff are great. Really knowledgeable. Worked together to problem solve. Very Safe yet laid back and easy going. This is my second time doing the course. We can't wait to book again in the fall for some really nice pictures of all the changing colours. Thanks everyone!! ????

Kevin Malloy

Loved it the family had a great time Carry water it's hot out there

Mike Behagg

Took my two kids here..a 6 and 8 year old so we signed up for the beginners course and also the only course available unless you can reach a certain height. My eight year old had no issue with the course and enjoyed herself. My 6 year old on the other hand had a different experience. While i was there I saw 4 other young children have the same experience. So a total of 5 kids all had to be helped down since they could not complete the course. They all were crying and or terrified. I feel like even this course needs to have a reach requirement. Also, maybe even a smaller course for these young guns. This experience does not really build self confidence. Will i return? yes..

Josh Ward

Reasonably priced. Not sure we would return until our kids can do the 10 year-old more challenging course, and would definitely aim to go at a quieter time. 3-6 year olds are limited to a short course that’s low to the ground. It takes about 3-5 minutes to complete. Older, athletic kids within that age range (like our 5 year-old) will master it quickly (1-2 turns around), have fun with testing boundaries and doing variations for a few more trips around (5 or so), but then are bored with the course. It’s about 30 minutes of play maximum for these kids. It would be great if there were case-by-case exceptions made to allow these kids to go on the next course. My 8 year-old athletic child found the course he was allowed on to be on to be easy, and would have been around the course in 5-7 minutes, but he had to wait at each obstacle for 10 minutes because there were kids on it that didn’t have the necessary skills and were holding up the course. Staff could have been more active at one spot in particular, with a swing that seemed to get tangled on every use for those not paying attention to the technique and greatly held up the course. Twice around could have been done in 15 minutes, but the waiting time seems to be built into the allotted hour. Both courses unfortunately had a lot of waiting, with no ability to pass slower individuals. Business seems to be run well, and not sure how to address these issues, but I would have liked to know this beforehand so am passing it along.

Æryn Williams

What a great location! Everyone was so friendly. The bearded fellow at the front desk was so nice and helpful, we had a large group, but they got us harnessed up super quick and our guide Ella was so great with us. Best experience at a high ropes park in the entire province!
