You have the reviews of people who buy the products of Sky Zone Trampoline Park (Tourist Attraction) in the territory of Oshawa (Canada).
Nowadays the firm has a rating of 4.4 over 5 and the rating is based on 127 reviews.
You may have noticed that the average score it has is really high, and it is founded on a large number of feddbacks, so we can think that the score is very faithful. If many people have bothered to give their feddback when they are happy with the business, is that it works.
You know that we do not usually stop to give reviews when these are good and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or issue...
This Tourist Attraction belongs to the category of Amusement center.
Was good, the kids had fun, and seem safe. Get there early to have quality time and space for kids to enjoy the space.
Great active fun for kids and adults alike. The prices are reasonable, and there's a good number of stations so if one is busy you can do something else equally as fun. They time entry so that it's never over-crowded. I've never been waiting around because there were too many people.
A-1 on every level. I've brought the kids for Toddler Time twice now and found the facility and staff to be EXCEPTIONAL - every employee has a REAL smile on their face and is super enthusiastic. They are great with the little kids and do lots of tricks when asked to get the kids really excited about bouncing. It's not even possible to exaggerate how great this place and its staff are!! Take your kids!!
It's a nice skyzone I met a really nice worker there but a lot of people or not even doing their job right. Also they are really slow for changing like they are supposed to form one place to the other.thats why I give it 3 stars.
My son had his birthday party here and they did a great job organizing everything. All we needed to do was bring a cake; everything else was supplied. Our host was very friendly and helpful. She served all the food and drinks.
Disney World has got nothing on this park! And I've been to Disney...... This place has a magical way of transforming adults into children and children into athletes! 90 minutes is all you need! The first time we went was for a 5 year old's birthday party. And then 2xs with my daughter.
Been there twice. Had lots of fun both the times..
AMAZING. There is fun everywhere around the park for a cheap price, I love to visit, is great for birthday partys or just going there to jump.
Kids have so much fun. Incredible place and well managed. Employees every where making sure kids are being safe and share the area.
The family loves this place and it's a super cool excuse to keep kids active. The price is reasonable, the facilities are always clean and the staff are attentive and courteous.
Staff and management AMAZING.... People are treated with Respect, you can tell staff are well treated. Great facility, kids enjoyed it thoroughly. Staff were encouraging and spoke to children with encouragement. My kids totally would go back again.
Excellent service. Super friendly, helpful staff. Very good with young children. These people enjoy their jobs and it's evident. Great way to get off the couch on a rainy day with your little ones (toddler time)
A great place to take the children.$29 each for 3 hrs of glow on Friday n Saturday night from 7 till 10. Bottles of water very reasonably priced. $1.25. Need a glow shirt for night. $11 Glow paint $2. A lot of fun!!!
Every kid should be brought here often. Fun, physical fitness! Get them off of the electronics and onto a trampoline.
My kids love it here. Kinda pricey but very cool. Everyone sleeps good after we visit.
My kids have a blast as it offers a variety of jumping activities. The cost is very reasonable and the snack bar offers a nice deal on food.
Kids always have a great time here. Go early, it's fairly quiet. Everyone can go crazy and expend some energy.
Always super fun but I am rsting off of my most recent visit. Signs said it closed at 11 and phone said it closed at 10, for some reason we walk in and it closed! At 8!!! That's all. I will update this in the future if anything else happens.
My kids loved this place it was really exciting. I think it's a little over priced $20 for an hour per person. An hour is a lot of jumping time but it makes it so that it's only a special occasion place.
Staff is amazing. They're always happy and here to help! The park is just what you'd except from Sky Zone, it's fun. If you go there don't buy 2hours of jump because it gets boring after a while, even with a friend. Overall, I like this Sky Zone and like I said before the staff is amazing!
Friendly staff, very clean facility. Fun activity for all ages. Book ahead online to avoid disappointment. One hour time slot is a good starting point, enough time to do everything, and you will want to come back again.
Fantastic place, Loved it.
Haven't had a problem here yet. It's always a blast to get to jump around with my daughter. Also a crazy good work out!! I'd recommend anyone with a kid to go at least once. I mean... even if you don't have a kid... who doesn't like jumping and doing flips.
Great for kids , Family fun and birthday party. My family loved it and a had a blast
My son always has a wonderful experience here! We have even had a birthday party at St. Catharines Skyzone.
Had a load of fun here this is an awesome place
The kids really like it here, but I hate the front entrance setup. There's now more seating for parents who are waiting around, however there still isn't quite enough comfortable seating, and water was tracked into the seating area and kids were walking through puddles in their skyzone socks (wet socks=safety hazard). Staff could also crack down on the mess people make at the coat/shoe area. People (probably kids) toss other people's coats/shoes everywhere when trying to get to their own.
We rented a private court for sidebar. Had a blast while there. We did gave access to the rest of the area, but keep in mind if you rent a section, the rest of the place is still open and busy.
Honestly...best experience for a birthday party we have ever had. The price was reasonable, our attendant was EXTREMELY attentive. He joked around with all th kids and made sure they didn't get too crazy and that they had everything they needed. My one son had a broken wrist and our attendant gave him a "special job" of helping set up the party room and draw the party sign, making him feel like he wasn't missing out on not being able to jump. I was very thankful. Would do this again in a heartbeat!
Great place for the whole family but especially the kids! There is an area to sit if your waiting or tired out. They also have a small concession stand for snacks and refreshments. There is also a water fountain located by the restrooms. Great for birthday parties too. Staff is posted all over the place and supervises most areas. The only thing I would wish for is that they could change up the ninja warrior pit to make it a bit different every so often! Just to have something new to experience but great atmosphere and tons of fun!!!
I have never used it personally but my daughter has many times and loves going there. Seems like a very busy spot so they must be doing something right
I am 25 years old, and my group of friends and I ALL enjoyed this place! It's filled with trampolines, and different set ups (like trampoline basket ball, trampoline jumping pit, dodgeball spaces, and even a physical endurance course with ropes to swing on, and things to climb, hop over, etc) The place is very well kept, very clean and loads of fun! My group and I went on a Friday afternoon (around 5pm) and there was NO lineups until about 7pm, when the glow jump began. Fair warning, they state you MUST have a white t-shirt on to participate in the glow jump, otherwise you're not allowed on the trampolines!! Which is entirely understandable, as once the lights go out and it's black lights, it's impossible to see you if you're not glowing! I appreciate the SKy socks. They have small grips on the bottom to prevent slipping on a trampoline, and they are very durable too. It also keeps the trampolines clean! This is a great form of exercise, and play and overall a bunch of fun to spend an hour or two of your day. I HIGHLY recommend! I'm giving 4 stars because: There was line ups when my group and I went there a second time, as only two people were working behind the counters. Also the staff seem uninterested or bored at times, which is a bummer but i can imagine it would get dull over time. Final reason for 4 stars is that there are kids there (16yr olds) who are monitoring people jumping, and I am not sure if I feel entirely comfortable with a child monitoring other children, or even adults. I imagine there's a safety thing they take, however when my group and I went there, the younger staff were all huddled in a circle, gabbing and were NOT paying attention to anyone on the trampolines!
Fun place for whole family. Gets super crowded during weekends, holidays or PD days. Trampoline variety is great and well organized. However, the seating area and the locker area is disorganized and not too clean. Staff are polite. Prices are reasonable.
Always a great time!! Friendly staff and kids definitely tired out every time.
It's so much easier to take care of kids because this place they love it and all I have to do is sit there that's it I think you should buy tickets because it's easier now!!!!!
Really cool place. We go during toddler time with the young ones which is amazing value and safe for my 2 and 4 year old. Thanks Sky Zone!
Great place to take the kids for a good amount of fun & exercise. Reasonable prices as well. I highly recommend the massage chairs for the parents. Best $5 spent in a long time! I think there's a dad out there from Dec 11 who might agree. Lol
Love to bring the kids! Great way to keep them active on a cold or rainy day! Its clean and organized! Staff are so friendly and helpful!
Took Elliot to Sky Zone St. Catharines, and let me tell you, he had a BLAST! I highly recommend Sky Zone. Their staff were fun, energetic, kind and so interactive with the kids, and by the end of the night they all knew his name. We went on their Sensory Friendly Night, and it was absolutely perfect for Elliot. Even though by the end of the night he was constantly going after the concessions (skittles and smarties, because he loves the sound of them shaking in the bag/box), the staff were more than accommodating in allowing him to run and shake them. We will definitely be going again!!!
Lots of fun, good time for the kids. If your a big guy like me, stay away from the foam pit.
Very fun...we had a birthday party here it was really an amazing party we had 90 minutes of jump time which was more then enough we had a host who handed out the food ,drinks and presents.( We did have to bring our own cake) but food was included in the price of party. The host she was truly wonderful we woulf definilty be back here for another party or just for a fun day.
Went for toddler time with my 18 month old. She had a great time, was very happy that they have this for younger children. Staff was great with the younger kids, facilities were clean even though it was snowing and wet outside. Will definitely be going again
Went there with friends. It's a little bit small. They don't have my favorite platform jump which is too bad. The locker can only be used once. If you need something after you lock it, you need to insert another loonie. Overall, it's a good place to do exercise and lose calories. You can have lots of fun, just be careful don't hurt yourself. One hour may not be enough. 2-hour or day pass are better.
Consistency would be appreciated. Last time the girl "couldn't" sell me a ticket for Glow because apparently my shirt didn't have the 95% required glowing color... Funny because there were many people there with shirts that were not glowing at all. Double standard when you're friend with the staff I hear...
Fun and the staff was friendly
Had a great time during a private function, things seemed to run smoothly
Super fun for my nephews ages 7 & 8. I didn't joing in myself but there were several parents that did. I'd say ages 5-16 were the kids ages. Everyone got along even with the various at play. I will definitely be taking my nephews back and likely getting the 30 or 60 day pass. Without the pass, as first timers, with socks added to the tab......... it wasn't the cheapest. They did 2 hours each, with socks, $79.80. 30 day unlimited pass is $39.99 without socks. You but the socks, so pending they dont get lost it's fairly cheap with a 30 or 60 or however many day pass..
Great fun with friends and it's a good way to burn a few calories. Although, restrooms are a bit of a ways away from the main area which isn't very ideal. Perfect place for birthday parties or bringing a few friends for an afternoon.
Went there a couple weeks ago with some friends... My friend popped his ankle really bad on the main trampoline area, not one staff member come over to ask if he was okay or to ask if he needed anything as they looked over and seen him in excruciating pain . We then went to go get ice from the front desk as we waited till they came back with a sandwich bag filled with ice? (which melted in 5 minutes) You'd think for a place like this they would have an ACTUAL ice pack… Extremely disappointed in the staff at night time! Seems to be all young teenagers that don’t care about their jobs or the people in the facility. Staff seem to be too busy socializing with each other or jumping on the trampolines themselves. Is there even a manager on duty?.. From working in the fitness industry, I would hate to see someone actually need serious medical attention or CPR because clearly the staff have ZERO first aid training. We will not be back. Very sad.
I love this plase because ther is lots of things to do and it is fun i would recommend to do the obstacle course it is so fun and challenging and also the basket ball is fun and for younger kids as well so they can jump and get it in
Good location for the kids to burn off some steam. You're looking at $18/hour or $12/half hour. An hour is usually just the right amount of time for most kids.
Incredible fun, while you pay for an hour usually (that is the usual package people get) you hardly last that long. After about 40 minutes I was so extremely tired. I kept going for 10 minutes. 50/60 minutes I paid for. Left feeling satisfied, and sore (I tend not to do too much physical activity so my muscles were mad at me) My only warning is to watch out for the swinging rope on the obstacle course. It swung back and the knot hit my lip and bust it open. It was bleeding and swollen for a week, but I will not dock a star for a minor accident that I could not have avoided.
Awesome place to burn off some energy and calories! Kids love toddler time and there is exercise classes too. Perfect for birthdays.
Freaking awesome. About time something fun and healthy came to town for the kids and adults alike. Kids fall asleep as soon as they get in the car after goin bonkers inside the trampoline park.
Amazing place we had my son's birthday here and thay literally did evertything. We booked the party a month ago and had it on sunday November 27. Thay started off with a hour and a half jump time which every kid enjoyed. Then we went in the party room had pizza which thay served even the pop and cake thay served two. The only thing that we provided was the cake. Would definitely recommend this place for birthday party for any age from toddler to adult.
Such an AMAZING place! My kids LOVE it there! They are soo happy that this is here in St.Catharines.
This place is great for the kids! It has to be good for how many parents are sitting here in the main area. Lol. 30 minutes of fun for the kids to wipe them out.
Great place for the kids. Even the little ones love it so long as they know how to jump. And lots of cute guys working there too. Everybody is friendly.
My daughter loved it. It’s a fun good place for kids. Was shocked with how filthy it seems though. Seems they never clean. Bottom of me & my sisters socks were DISGUSTING. Would be 5* rating if it was more cleanly. Especially during covid. Was surprised to see the foam was even open.
It can get pretty hectic during busy hours, but it's a trampoline park so it's naturely going to be very hectic.
Great for kids (and adults) often very busy! My daughters got a 90 day Frequent Flyer pass. Well worth the money, they can jump everyday for 90 minutes a day for 3 months. Awesome exercise while having fun! The girls always have fun meeting up with their friends here as well as making new friends. Lots of different areas for them to try new tricks and skills.
Service, staff demeanor needs improvement. Been here several time including my boys' birthday party this last March and for a kid place I expect friendly, helpful and upbeat staff but overall the staff are grumpy face and have the professional tone or delivery and are snappy quite quickly. And price is a little steep (especially for the lack of courteous/helpful staff). One of my sons has slight resonance in his speech and was ignored when he was excitedly sharing his experience at the place directly with staff. The staff grew impatient with determining size for purchase of socks and presented me with "I'm sure any size will fit". I asked for help with the log in on computer because it wasn't working well, (note two computers were out of service) and I got the huff and eye roll before coming from behind the counter to assist. I imagine with the environment it can become overwhelming especially with younger staff members, however, maybe shorter shifts are more appropriate?
Super fun space for pretty much any age. Great for kids birthday parties
Pretty cool place.... Kids loved it!
Great place to get the kids to burn off energy. Staff are pleasant and very helpful. Keep up the good work.
Awesome but busy. They have so many more places than the one in Mississauga. The actual plain jump pad area is slightly small, but it is made up for with the foam pit, the warrior course, and sky jousting!
Lots of fun for the kids
Always a fun place to visit!! I always aim to try new jumps and things here even if they'll be a little out of my comfort zone
Super fun time. The kids really enjoyed and so did the adults also. And the price is right. I recommend going here.
I with my 3 children, my youngest (4) diagnosed with Autism attended the advertised sensory session. From the minute we approached the counter for check-in to the minute we finally got to jumping was absolute HELL! The most disorganized, misinformed and stressful experience I've encountered. To avoid a longer check in process, I filled out waivers prior to arrival, which took no less than 10 mins to locate in their system. I confirmed that it was the sensory session and was met with blank stares. They were literally clueless to the program and persisted there was no such event. The "supervisor" was also unaware. 10 more minutes passes even after showing them their own website before someone acknowledged the event exists, followed by "but it's next week" I again pulled up the website, confirming it was in fact today. 10 more mins pass till I'm given a total that equals to 3x the actual cost. Another trip to the office to discuss only to again be overcharged a second time. I explained that every detail of this event is clearly stated on their website (as I've now showed them on 3 accounts) and to refer to that. My son was well into a full meltdown by this point. I was sweating profusely and mid panic attack trying to both calm my son and keep my calm. Zero concern or understanding for him or me. 10 more agonizing mins to finally check out, only to be stopped and asked to wait for additional jumpers to join us for 'jumping instructions' and rules. I was honestly on the verge of my own meltdown. I can appreciate that the whole of society may not be cognizant of what Autism is and how individuals are affected. BUT, what I don't expect and/or understand is how ill prepared, trained and completely oblivious the staff are at an establishment that promotes and boasts of their unique value of inclusivity?? As an Autism parent, I've come to expect similar experiences throughout daily life but this was by far one of the most horrible and exhausting situations I've faced. Aside from everything I just described, none of the accommodations listed were in effect, noise level reduction etc. Understandably, because no one had any clue the session even existed! It quite frankly brought me to tears and although the staff weren't rude or outright dismissive it made what should have been a fun and stress-free outing, a nightmare. I was so thrilled to come across a company that took interest in providing a safe, fun place that would accommodate for children with special circumstances only to leave feeling overwhelmed and defeated. After sharing my experience with some fellow moms, I've come to find out that this was not an isolated event and others had a similar story to tell. This is unacceptable on so many levels other than the obvious, JUST BAD BUSINESS! I would suggest among other areas of need that locations receive appropriate training and some basic understanding of the individuals they are servicing during these sessions.
My daughter broke her ankle and the staff never even called an ambulance and pretty much laughed when I said I will be contacting a lawyer about her injuries they pointed out the waiver I signed
I visited this location last night, with a friend, only 45mins before it closed. I did not realize that the 1/2hour rate was no longer available.;(to be honest, neither one of us could possibly jump for a hour). So Sky Zone would rather pay 3 employees to stand around for the last hour, with nobody jumping, than offer a 1/2 hour rate. That is just stupid economics. I love sky zone, we go at least 2x’s a week.,2 people x 0=0. Good luck with that.
Our kids loves this place. We got the summer pass, which was about $80 a kid. It allows them 2 hours of jumping a day including Glow and Nerf. It paid itself off in about a week. The park is clean and well maintained. Generally the staff does a good job of policing the unruly kids and keeping it safe. But occasionally you get parents dropping their kids off and sneaking out, after 5 minutes of watching the kids, you can understand why they left them. If you go, make sure you and your kids bring lots of water to hydrate. The park has several jump areas, basketball trampolines, and foam pit, dodgeball, nerf wars, and a survival course. I highly recommend this business, as it's worth the money and the staff from the Manager and down are very welcoming.
Been here a few times in the past but quite frequently lately. I have to say yes the facility is a bit small but the staff there are like no other! Rah was one the first people I met at the desk and she was amazing!! She's knowledgeable, fun and hard working! Matt is so kind and helpful always willing to play dodgeball with the younger kids. And Naz, who also works at the desk will answer all the questions you could possibly think of ensuring you and your kids are safe to jump!
Disappointed. Had yearly membership for years Since reopening, unsafe environment for people w disabilities and unsupportive staff
This place is great exercise for myself and my kids.
Really fun time but if you are older I would recommend going at a later time to avoid large groups of kids. Still a good time no matter when you go.
Very expensive for what service we recieved. They gave us our rented party room 20 minutes late, then rushed us to eat. (a 45 minute pizza, cake and presents timeframe, pushed to be done in 25 minutes) and get out to make room for the next "scheduled" party. I seen little urgency to get the last party out on time and us in the room on time, so I don't know why the preceding AND following party was far more important than us. They pushed a room full of little kids (5-8 years old) to eat their pizza, cake and get out, while reminding us to look at the clock. I know I could've spent my close to $600 elsewhere and got far better value. Thankfully, these young children had fun bouncing around and weren't aware of our disappointment with our experience. I would've given this a 2☆ review, but I gave the review 3 ☆s because THE KIDS HAD FUN. I just found the services paid for, to be fairly poor.
My kids have been here on many occasions, often for a birthday party. Last time, my wife and I went jumping with the kids and had a blast! It's a safe and fun year round activity, and service is always good. I am obliged to knock off a star because there are no recycling bins anywhere in the facility that I could find. The garbage bins are full of plastic, which just isn't ok.
Very pricey but an awesome experience for my little kids and a bit older. I even enjoyed jumping with them. Just a suggestion to not let other who aren't jumping to have to take off their shoes as well. Being the winter my girls and I stepped in some wet from people walking around with their boots on. We will definitely be back.
Loved this place, got our tickets on Groupon, there was no one at 1pn there. Staff was friendly.
I'm 27 I planned a trip here with three friends before I left for BC. I walked in with kinda low expectations being how old I am. I had one of the best times of my life, definitely Werth the money. just make Shure to bring drinks or money for slushies u will need em. Dodge ball games where awsome, everything else was great. I would definitely recommend for birthdays lil price but how can u put a price on happy kids with no energy left.;)
I took my son here on his 6th birthday! He had a great time. Thank you so much for making his experience here fun! A good place to take your kids too for they birthday!
I recently went here for my first time and I was really fun but I wish they could add more activities
Great staff always clean kids love it for an hour 4 kids look at spending 100 bucks roughly 25 a kid would recommend
Great place for the kids to play. Prices are reasonable and they have 3 different large Trampoline areas, one area with 2 basketball one on one games, a good size foam pit with 2 activities within it. The obstacle course has 3 different levels with 3-4 obstacles long. Staff are wonderful, very friendly, helpful and informative. I understand anything with children it's very difficult to keep clean, that is where they lost a star for me, I found the bathrooms and food area quite clean (very even) but everywhere else was a need for improvement on cleanliness/disinfecting.
Well kept, clean, excellent support and friendly staff. One of the best experiences we've had with the kids!
Great place for kids. Lots of fun and keeps them active. Small snack bar with standard items. Not alot of parking during busy timed
Super fun activities. A ton of stuff to do. Some staff were day dreaming but a couple were sweet. My nephew got stuck on something and a young guy apologized for not seeing him crying and helped him along. All these places are crazy expensive but it is what it is.
I held my son’s birthday party here yesterday and could not have been happier. They were great with both setup and take down, and made sure to inform us about everything. Our host was Connor and he went above and beyond and made everything so easy and comfortable. The kids had a blast and can’t wait to go back! I will definitely be booking future parties here in the future
So much fun for all ages. I'm 24 and me and my fiance had a blast here. Great for the kids and all you kids at heart:)
I visit this place on monday 16 august. Girl at the reception is very rude and have no common sense how to deal with customers. She is having so much attitude. she was in rush to go inside the room and sit on the chair like she do not want to attend customers. I am the regular customer and never deal with her before. other staff is cool and very good.
Variety of different trampoline activities however it is a bit noisy. Busy but seems to move fairly quickly with little wait times.
Great for kids of all ages.
Just a really fun place. The staff are some kind of trampoline experts and can teach you tricks. Tons of activities, and yes they have wall trampolines. Price is a bit high but they have special discounts and they do parties at a great price! Anyway it’s a big facility and they have to keep the lights on. Honestly, best place ever!
I have now taken my daughter to skyzone for the 3rd time. she loves it always has a great time. you can set up everything online to reduce wait times. if you go a little earlier they usually let you on once signed in. all thier equipment is in excellent condition. lots of fun things to do. there are employees everywhere keeping an eye to make sure no one gets hurt. very reasonable price... well worth the trip I hope you enjoy your trip
Maintenance is needed yesterday, a week ago, a month ago. Fun place but the obstacle course in the middle has duct tape doing nothing. Wholes are pretty large in the blow up floor. Can fall threw very easily. No barricades and the holes are right beside the ladder to get out. Accident waiting to happen. Other then that great place to take the kids. Use CAA and get discount.
The staff was friendly and helpful. We took a group of 8-12 year old boys there and they helped them have a wonderful time by letting them play without being over bearing.
Went with my 8 and 5 year old kids about 2 weeks ago. It was a lot of fun for adults as well. Kids had a blast. We will be visiting again soon!
So much fun. Staff was very helpful when one of the children I was watching decided to hide in the foam pit
Great attraction to have fun with your kids (if you dare) or just to let them play. It seems safe and the staff has been always nice. I have been visiting the place fo the last 2 years and I have no complaints so far. Your little ones end up so tired that they normally fall asleep very easily.
Very fun play jousting with the children, letting them win a couple times, then every once in a while just wallop them and send them flying.
Really fun place, my kids love it. We plan to go alot in the future!
Kids birthday party, had a great time. Wonderful staff, very helpful. Lots of smiling faces when we left.
I have visited this location frequently, my son had his 3rd birthday party here as well. We love toddler time! We've always been very pleased with the condition and staff are always very friendly Today in particular however the staff member nick made the whole experience 100% more enjoyable for my son. Being 9 months pregnant I was unable to assist or jump with my son. This staff in particular was so friendly and playful with all the kids. He interacted with them, helped them when needed, taught them tricks and played games with them. Children are such a good judge of character and all the children adored this staff. You could tell how much he enjoyed the kids as well!! It was a great experience and I highly recommend this place for a fun, athletic outlet for children
So much fun to be back! So well run!
Great place for kids and adults...always packed, loud and lots of kids running around..hard not to bump into them while doing your own thing. Bring advil!
Went there just over a month ago, I unfortunately fractured my foot. Which is no fault to the location, but I was laying on the trampoline for a few minutes before my coworkers I was with noticed that I was hurt. Not once did a staff member ask me if I was ok, they were too busy having a conversation with each other. After i finally get myself up off of the trampoline and go sit by the foam pit where you can knock each other off, my foot was extremely swollen, and blue & black due to the immediate brusing, although the staff had offered me ice, they did not recognize the break, and none were first aid trained. You would think in this sort of an establishment that all of the staff would be trained. I paid for an hour and was only able to jump for 15 minutes. Sadly disappointed in the staff not being able to recognize someone hurt, nor having first aid training or even suggesting that I go seek medical attention. I will not be back, and i will not be recommending any of my friends go here. Not because I broke my foot, but because they didnt care that someone was hurt and didn't have the training to recognize it.
We visited SkyZone for the first time yesterday with three kids - ages 3, 5 and 7. We bought an hour pass, which I thought would be too long, but as it turns out - the kids never stopped. They were red, sweaty little things by the time we left. They left tired and proud of themselves for having tried new things. The obstacle courses are awesome and the staff was very friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. My 5 year old literally crawled along the balance beam and the staff person was really patient and high-fived him at the end. Tons to do - including dodgeball -for the bigger kids (and really big kids!). Definitely a do-over!
Horrible customer service....my kids did really like it but the manager is a miserable b...I paid for a membership supposed to be 6months(that's fine) I paid on the 20th full payment but kids only got to jump for remaining of the month than on the 1st had to pay again...than December they took a full payment than a week later covid was slowly shutting it down they said membership was on hold n I had to pay full price to jump during December...than it was closed...during the summer I was gone on vacation I got no notice but in September I got into an argument with them because my child didn't have the covid shot they kept my money told my youngest kids my membership was canceled and they are permanently banned but now in October still took another payment
Lots of fun for the kids.
My son loves it. Super friendly staff and helps him burn energy for days. Totally awesome deal on the summer pass.
We hosted a birthday party there and it was great! The kids had fun and the staff were helpful and low key!
My toddler had a blast today. Thank-you so much to the employee who played with him every time he asked, you were great! We went first thing when they opened and we had the whole place to ourselves for a while it was great and very clean. I feel safe there even though covid is still a concern.
Great party here. Staff were great with the kids and just honest and accommodating. Really impressed!! Will plan here again!
Fun place but an important thing we learned is the staff is under orders not to provide assistance if a child is injured or otherwise in distress. You must pay for entry if your young child needs help.
Completely disorganized, only in business because there are no local competitors. Even before covid staff never answer the phones and don't reply to emails. Often I gave feedback about the cleanliness, bandaids still being on tramp weeks after complaining. I wouldn't trust their adherence to cleanliness now when it's even more important. They only have one cash person at register when numerous people are checking in making long line ups. It's like the owners and management have no business training. Spoke to one of the owners Jeff on the phone and he was so condescending.
Love this place ! My grandkids love coming here and the snacks and drink prices are not too bad . A month pass kids can come every day for an hour and a half I think it was 40 bucks ! Might get the years pass an even better deal for 200 bucks !
Amazing staff my daughter had a birthday party Dec 20,16 see went above and beyond she made my daughters day amazingly special! Love going there even for a few hours staff are very friendly you can tell they are treated well and they like their jobs!
Well the kids had fun, that's what really mattered. The place seemed understaffed but I found it confusing that the front desk was left to one attendant who was also running the snack bar while 3 staff members were playing aggressive dodgeball around young children. Even if it was their break, maybe just tone it down a notch? The Groupon was a little vague on the drink options and the pizza we ordered for 7 came 25 minutes late. The washrooms were also rather messy, considering people are walking around in just socks it's a little off putting the amount of water and toilet paper on the floor.
If your looking to de-energize you little ones, head there for a couple hours. Always works for me.
Went for toddler time they have advertised on their website. No where did it say it was cancelled. Got there and was told toddler time was cancelled and they were charging full admission. Yet 15 min later I see numerous kids with toddler time stickers. I asked and was told they honoured only some people ????
Awesome place for young families to have fun on trampolines
Either we went at a bad time or every staff member was having a bad day. I'm reading all these great experiences, specifically with their staff and I had a mediocre (at best) experience. My kids are 4 and 3 and obviously enjoyed it because who doesn't love a giant room where all you do is jump! Of all the issues we had, the one that needs the most attention is the staff who monitor the different jump areas. There needs to be a basic 'wait your turn' rule. Too many times I saw bigger children hog the jump area where they would jump in and retreat to the front of the line and continue. The employee 'monitoring' was too busy daydreaming and being miserable to do anything. I still gave this place a 3 star for being unique and we will return because of this. Hopefully they have improved since we were last there.
Great for kids!
A very safe and enjoyable place for kids of all ages. The staff is well trained and courteous. Pricing structure is attractive.
Had my son and daughters birthday here. It was a bit expensive compared to most other options, but the service was amazing. Highly recommend this place.
Kids love it there just wish they had a lounge for parents to relax in well kids jump!
So much fun! Great place to take kids, teens, young adults. Helpful, kind, attentive staff. Definitely would recommend to friends and go back again!
My three-year-old has been there three times and absolutely loves it! The staff are friendly. There is enough space for little ones to not get overwhelmed by older kids.
Clean and safe. The staffs are amazing. My kids loved it. We surely go back.
This place is the worst place you could ever take your child to if you really care about them. I took my son there tonight and I didn't have to sign any papers. He went on the trampoline jumping around and I noticed that the staff was not even watching any of the kids to make sure they are safe instead they were jumping on the trampolines themselves and playing. I got a video of all this. I decided to go and find out why I didn't have to fill out any papers. I went and spoke to a supervisor and they found my kid's name in the computer and I found out that the phone number doesn't even match up neither does the address and it says that he was there on the 9th of this month when he was with me on the 6th and tonight was the first night we ever went there and today is the 11th. The name that the waiver was under was his mother's and when I went to go do a new waiver if you guys actually read the waiver it tells you in the waiver when you say that you accept but if the child gets hurt if a if a child breaks any bones If the child dies you cannot sue them that is not right. I spoke to the supervisor about that and one of his employees jumped in on the conversation and she gave me attitude she was ignorant so to me this is a very unsafe place to take your children to the staff doesn't watch the kids they don't make sure that the kids are safe they said that they play the games like they do with the trampoline job they play the basketball they do everything else but the actual jobs so if you really do care about your kids don't take them there at plus the price is outrageous it's like $25 for an hour of kids just to jump around on trampoline you might as well go and buy a trampoline from Canadian Tire Walmart saw the place which I cost you a couple hundred dollars but you know what the kids going to have it there they can jump on it as many times as far as long as a child wants to jump and they have Nets around it and they have you send out there if you are a parent that's going to sit there and watch the children that's all I have to say this is the worst place ever and now I am going to be dealing with one of the managers about how ignorant and how rude the staff was I don't know who's got good responses about how the stuff is by the staff was terrible the whole place is terrible this place needs to be shut down. There's a lot more I can say about this place but I don't want to sit you for hours and hours and hours on how awful is Place actually is you guys can decide honest Place yourselves if you decide to actually go there but I suggest that you don't
Had my son's 6th birthday party here and he and his friends had a great time
The kids have a lot of fun. only complaint is that it is very very filthy.
It was awesome! The kids really enjoyed it. Very well planned out organized and lacks nothing. Will do well. Had a little of everything to keep kids busy and burn off energy.
We got the Summer Pass for my youngest son. It was an amazing deal. We go every week while we can. Staff are super friendly and willing to help. The only thing is since he is a little younger it's better to go earlier in the day for it can get busy quick with older kids. I love the fact that some staff get on the trampolines with the kids instead of just standing there.
Ok I love the place but they should 100% add an indoor basketball trampoline court, plenty of other sky zones have been doing it and they are extremely popular, look up sky zone indoor trampoline court on YouTube or something. This would be sick
Kids had tons of fun. Wasn't really impressed with the food offering though. All energy drinks, pop and chocolate bars. Feel there should be some healthy options available
Excellent place as it wasn’t packed at all. For a kid with Autism and sensory issues he enjoyed the space and extra time given to him.
This place is great for everyone, the cost to go is reasonable not to mention the great price they have for 30,60,90 day and other convenient packages. These packages are so fairly priced not like so many other places that offer packages that save only a few dollars! I like the fact that they put a cap on how many people can be jumping at a time. Sure it may be busy but there is always room to jump. Last time I took my 4yr old she wanted to do the obsticle course and a very kind guy who worked there saw her struggling and showing fear, he came right over jumped in and assisted her to the end. He even cheered for her as she reached the end!! I recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun activity!
