Lots of fun for the kids but they Should have their porta potty cleaned out at least every other week, once a week would be better. I mean it was cresting the seat. ????

GREAT family place to go

It was good place for the kids to burn energy off. The first time the water park part was broken but was fixed by the next day. The big down fall was a lot of cigarette butts on the ground around the park and not many benches to sit on.

This is a great park, there's an excellent climbing playground, a half basketball court, a soccer field, a baseball diamond, a small splash pad with an overhead fountain/shower sprayer, and plenty of room to run around. There's a gazebo …

When our family immigrated to Canada many years ago, one won't give away my age, we moved to South Oshawa. Some of my favourite memories are of Lake Vista Park. My husband and I live in Ireland and visit Canada at least twice a year. We visit my family in Oshawa and family & friends who reside in other cities. Upon graduation from University and College, I moved from Oshawa to Toronto.

This hall has a nice large kitchen, wheel chair access at the back and is well lit.

Great park for active kids. The climber is awesome. There a small splash pad and a soccer field. My kids spent 2 hours here.

My kids love this climber! It's good for older kids but it does have an area for the young ones as well. There's also a splash pad when the weather is right. I love the big fields that surround the park, there's lots of room to run around and play ball or even play basketball in the basketball nets there. All in all, a great park.

There is a recreation centre there, never been in it but I can see a really nice swimming pool and I believe other family oriented activities inside. A nice playground for the kids, basketball court, tennis courts, a track you can just walk around and best of all for me the lake. I take my grandkids there and they wade in the water line and we look for pretty stones and little rocks. I take my dog there and we walk around and she runs and plays and is so happy, well we both are lol.it's great there, check it out :)

Waterfront park with a very nice playground, exercise stations, and the Heydenshore Pavilion. Washrooms available, parking on the north side of water street, accessability ramps. Beautiful view, nice walking/running trail. Some cyclists think the whole trail is theirs so use caution on curves.

It used to be a nice park now junkies sleep there and dispose their needles on the grass where my dog cannot walk on anymore ????????

This park is nice breezy ..our daughter plays soccer here. There is a playground for kids and a small splash pad.. the kids have a great time there. And we enjoy the quiet neighbourhood it's in.

Can create good memories with dog here. Plenty of space for dog to enjoy. Sometimes there is grabage. Always keep extra eye out for dog, family safety.. multiple times past year has been broken glass outside of park on concrete sidewalks in surrounding area. Usually happens after night. Keep extra eye out in morning,

Great park to take your kids to. The play structures are new and involves your kids in climbing and reasoning which way will be best to get through an obstacle. They will get a good workout worth of a nap afterwards!

On weekends the groups of people gathered have no concept of COVID protocol and enforcement officers are overwhelmed by the sheer number of individuals who flaunt the gathering and park use rules.

I grew up going to this park but they recently upgraded to a whole new playground. It's a good playground for kids who like to climb, but they switched it from sand to woodchips, an unfortunate downgrade in my opinion.

This a great new park. My kids are thrilled with how it turned out. There is a place for the bigger kids and a place for smaller kids. The water park is bigger and better.

The new playground is awesome! Lots of climbing areas and a fairly large slide. Not great for tiny tots but there are still swings for the little ones and a playhouse

A beautiful serene venue. Lots of benches to have a seat on if you get tired. Washrooms are also available here. A beautiful play ground for the children to play on. Lots and lots of parking! Also, home to historical homes from the area.
