I got my husband a flying session for his birthday. He had a great time. Everyone was professional, organised, from the online booking, front desk to instructors. The instructor was very good, friendly and professional. The only thing is that for the price, they could let you fly a bit more.

My son took me to IFLY Toronto to the new one in Whitby. My son loves to partake in that particular entertainment. I watch and find it a rather stupid waste of time and something I would never try. The prices are high and I cannot believe they would make much money as a business.

The booking experience over the phone was pretty smooth. When we got to the Whitby location - our first time - the front desk (at 4pm) was at a disarray- I had to pretty much force attention. Looked busy but more disorganized busy than anything else - everyone was standing everywhere. This was my 10 year old’s first flight experience; he was rightfully nervous and on his own. But the staff never paid any personal attention - just pushing a herd through the process... On our way out, I overheard someone at the desk talk about photos and video options. I went to inquire as nobody mentioned this to us which I would’ve loved. But by then I had mentally checked out and just moved on. The flight itself according to my son was an ok experience- he gave it a 5/10 with no added enthusiasm. Witnessing the whole process, I think he might’ve enjoyed it better if he got a little more personal attention/instructions from floor staff - especially being on his own and a first-timer.

Took my 8 year old and 4 year old and they both had a blast. The instructors are very thorough and give you a full rundown of the operation. They check for safety and when they fly the kids they do a great job supporting them. Pay the extra $10 to go real.high up. So worth it! Thanks Oli!

One of the nicest wind tunnels I have been to. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. They lose one star because: I have had multiple occasions where the guy/girl in the control booth is not paying attention to the tunnel, this can cause you to waste time and sometimes creates dangerous situations.

Coaches are helpful and help you to step outside your comfort zone without pressure. I have a bad shoulder from sport and I found that by the end of it my shoulder hurt a bit but other than that it was great. The team really know their stuff, definitely do it again.

The staff and instructors were great and obviously knew about their trade, when it came to booking and paying and extras and refunds not so much... Now that I know that getting the online posted promo isn't automatic when calling and how the extras work (I think) hopefully it will be less painful if i go back. Compared to my previous experience with another company, the facility and instructors were good, but the lack of online reservation system, and frustration over promos, refunds, and mystery of extras prevented me from purchasing more flights at this facility. The kid loved the experience and so that swayed me to a 4 out of 5.

Not worth the price honestly it’s really cool best experience but the time spent in the tunnel has to be extended. I understand if someone gets injured there liable but still 120 $ for literally 1-2 minutes is awful ! Change your time limits and much more people will visit ! The price is already expensive right off the bat and the fact you get little to no time to calibrate yourself in the tunnel is frustrating. People need more time to start learning how to position there body to and hands to enable them to do what the staff does ! We don’t want to pay to see what you can do ! We want to try and see what we can do ! Hopefully in time we can learn to fly like the instructors but at that cost and time no way !

My son loved the experience of indoor skydiving. I booked for 4 flights for $120 including tax. The instructor gave only 3 flights. The last one was supposed to be tandem however he said he is not certified. It would have been better if my son was given 4 flights as per the payment.

What a facility! I have been in several other wind tunnels around the world and this one was top notch. The building was clean and inviting, the staff all smiles and ready to assist people to achieve the dream of a lifetime: to fly. They run a tight ship with class times, have amazing amenities for experienced flyers like myself, and you can just tell how much love they all have for their job and the people that they interact with. There was a wheelchair bound flyer who they were assisting while I was there, too, who was getting some extra attention and you could tell by the huge smile on their face the joy they were overcome with. Fun for the whole family.

Great experience, everything explained as to what is going to happen, a little costly but well worth the experience. Three of us went, we were all in the same group oh, so we didn't get a chance to take our own pictures. We recently visited the Whitby facility to experience indoor skydiving - 1 adult, 3 kids; The Teaser package for each. We all had fun and the kids were so excited! However, I was surprised to learn after they were done that we had to pay additional fees. During their flights, the instructor had asked the kids directly if they wanted to go for additional flights and to "go up" - of course their response was YES! Although there were signs about these add-ons at the facility, I think this should have first been consulted with the accompanying adult(s). Up-selling to adults via kids is not a principle that sits well with me. Unfortunately because of this, I would not go back and would warn people about the selling tactics as it is already quite pricey.

This thing is extremely overpriced for what you get. They even try and upsell you more. Let me start off by saying the staff is definitely friendly and welcoming. However you literally only spend a minute and a half in the wind tunnel. The rest of the time you are sitting around waiting or watching other people. I'm sure it gets more fun over time, and maybe kids like it regardless, but its extremely over priced for what you get. Too much time waiting, too little time doing. Do not recommend this at all and will never be returning.

Quite honestly it was a bit boring for me but other people’s children that did it loved it! The show that the instructors put on running straight up the walls and flipping over backwards is amazing. They gave me good training before entering the tunnel and the instructor stays close the whole time. The place is clean and the staff were wickedly friendly. Maybe over priced but your kids will want to go back and the pictures that you take of them will last a life time. Five star for kids if money isn’t an issue.

It is an amazing experience, but it is more work than it looks on the TV ads! We took the 4 minute package, and it felt about right. We did one minute each, then another minute each, then the last two minutes together(one person at a time). I was worn out, although extra time was available for $20 a minute. The instructor (Michael, I think was his name) was really good. The training session was friendly, entertaining, and informative. In the tube, he was exactly as helpful as he needed to be for each person. His demonstration flight at the end was a joy to watch.

I decided to go try this once many months ago and have been back every week since. I was instantly hooked and wanted more. My whole family regularly visits and we've progressed through the training programs available. My 5 year old has the biggest smile every single time he enters the tunnel and I love watching him improve. Oli, Mitch and Dawson have been amazing, the front desk staff are great and the facility itself is amazing.

Over exceeded my expectations. Loved the experience. Originally had 4 jumps but my arms will jelly after the third jump. Ladies bring a hair brush for the knots at the root of your scalp. James our instructor was awesome!!!!! Regret not doing the HIGH FLIES looks super cool

Even with my experience in (1.5 hour indoor) (350 jumps) skydiving on a Dutch license they didnt allow me to fly in the tunnel without the full first flight course. Its a shame. They didnt even want to meet me in the middle.

Incredible fun! The experience was beyond amazing! The staff are friendly and accommodating. It's a risk free way of experiencing sky diving. Young children often come to fly. I even saw an elderly disabled man go in for a flight. His smile went from ear to ear (or was it the wind... ;)

My sons and I went there and we all had a great time! Fun and easy to do, a quick instruction by the instructor and then you suit up and go. Plan on a couple of hours by the time you get the instructions, get dressed and do the actual flying. They are there in the tunnel to help you and correct your positioning to make the most of your flight. Mitchell was an excellent instructor and I would highly recommend him, we had a great time.

You get only 1 minute to fly two times and the instructors literally hold you the entire time. ???? Absolutely not what I would expect for the $$$ paid! AND if you want to go up higher into the tunnel rather than just a couple meters from the base it is 14$ more for the same minute -it is just tacked on what you already paid! Not going to be a returning customer.

I went to the location in Austin Texas, had a crazy time it was great, I am from Buffalo, NY. We have a great water front this franchise would be a great addition to the area, we already have an adventure type entertainment complex with bounce house, zip line rides, and rock climbing walls. What would it take to get someone from your company to come and do a feasibility study in this area??

We came to celebrate an anniversary and it was incredible! The front desk was super knowledgeable and were great from beginning to end. Thanks to our instructor, Chad, we went in with a good idea of what we were doing and his feedback made for an easier ride. His genuine love for the sport shows. We knew after our flight we were coming back and ended up buying our next package before we left. The drive home was spent planning our next visit and talking about the highlights. Unbelievable experience. My wife and I had some specific requests and they were able to accommodate all of them. The staff is extremely friendly and patient. They train you well and you pick it up pretty easily. They're with you in the tunnel throughout the session and tell you what to do so you can have an amazing experience.
