It's a very beautiful waterfront village. It's quiet and clean. There is a public dock at T-intersection of 14 Line S/ Lakeshore Rd E. There's a famous cottage community called Eight Mile Point. It's a fabulous lakefront home now. There's a famous family business too, called Shaw's Catering. Lake Country Oro-Medonte Rail Trail passes by. It's just 13 minutes driving to Orillia.
