A gorgeous park in downtown Oakville. Right on the marina with a yacht club overlooking the lake. This park is a popular spot for dates, walks, and Pokemon Go. The park has easy access and 3 parking lots at different levels, including an overflow lot.

Nice walk if you're in the area, trail down by lake with a few spots with rock-paths going out into the water. There is a cool public bike repair kit and bike pump set up near the southeast side in the lakefront park parking lot. It's a bit of a short walk, not too large of a park. It's pretty ok!

Recently renovated as of 2019/2020. More of a solid shoreline, with native plants and grasses, and a nice place to walk around with friends and family. Lots to see as well. We often get Gelato just up the road and walk here while we eat. You will often see boats and sailing lessons too. View of the Toronto skyline and of Burlington.

5 stars for vibe & serene view from this park. I personally liked the ship harbour & lighthouse for pictures. Not very crowded, I guess cause bbq is not allowed here. There is no sand beach but pebble beach which is good for pictures. There are street side lovely cafe's nearby..

This is a new park created by the town of Oakville on the waterfront just west of 16 Mile Creek. It has a lovely walking trail and a butterfly garden. A great place to bring your kids and so close to downtown.

This park is a very nice place to either sit down, relax and enjoy the view of Lake Ontario; or, be active and walk, run, bike or skate. It is connected to Water Works Park on the west side and Sixteen Mile Creek on the east side. There are limited parking spots on both Tannery park and Water Works park. I went here on a Friday night when the weather was very windy and there were big waves in the lake, so the path to the pier was closed. There are many benches on the waterfront trail that you can sit down and enjoy the view and park is well-maintained and clean. You also can see the Toronto skyline on a good weather condition. The monument on the Tannery Hill Beacon is nice to watch and you also can enjoy the view better from up in the hill.

Beautiful, well maintained little park with great views. A observation deck overlooking Oakville Yacht Squadron, Chisholm House / Oakville Museum, Lakeside Park, Lighthouse and Toronto (on a clear day) across Lake Ontario. If you are a history buff, you should check this park out. There are plaques with little bit of Oakville’s past. There are few picnic tables if you are into picnicking. It gets quite windy and cold at the top. If you are planning to spend some time there, bring a light jacket.

Arguably the best park in Oakville for me. I’m always cycling and exploring lakeshore and Oakville. Nice little monument and view. Right in the centre of surrounding lakeshore areas. A huge park to the left across the pier, bridge behind you and another trail down to the right. Must visit during any season. Sucks the construction is underway!

What a beautiful part of Oakville lakeshore. Not that big but looked cosy with amazing view of the marina and the lake. Small parking is available.. a nice walk by the lake and some comfortable seatings are also nice to see . There is a memorial statue too with a very well maintained flower beds... very suitable for photo shooting. Definitely will revisit again.

Nice place. I have been to many lakeshore park recently and this is among top 3 now. It was not much crowded and felt peaceful while taking a stroll. It is unique in its own way. Also while coming back to Mississauga we took lakeshore road which has beautiful houses/mansions which added excitement to our first visit to this place. I will definitely recommend this park to visit at least once.

It is close to downtown and has a well maintained trail that follows Lake Ontario. The kayaks leaving Oakville Harbor and the lakeside on a clear day provide a very tranquil experience. Weekends are crowded, so the best time to go is during the daytime on weekdays.

The Tannery Park is an amazing park for families and young at heart. Thanks to the local government for rejuvenating Tannery Park and it's docks. Local government should also monitor the marine life in the waters of Lake Ontario. At this time of reviewing, there are less marine life being caught around the lake front. Asian carp and cat fish are taking over Lake Ontario.

Surprise to find this park so well done up, with new concrete walkpath, new stone seawall, even a cute lighthouse :) The landscaping is first class. Makes for a good day out for a stroll or biking along the seawall pathway. Highly recommended.

A great park that combines a few great things. A lighthouse, yacht club a few pebble beaches and a lovely walkway. Steps away from Oakville's downtown, this is a great place to meet as a group of spend time alone. The sunrises from here are fabulous. There a lot of photographers here so make sure you get there early to secure your spot. The birds flying eastward makes for a spectacular view of the sunrise. Apart from that, the park is at 2 levels, one the lookout point/picnic spot and the base level where you can access the pebble beaches and the water. Both levels have parking, in fact there are 3 parking lots here.

Love Tannery Park. It’s quiet in the morning. Great view of the lake. Just so pretty. Great place to catch a sunrise with a morning coffee before your day gets underway. The renovations are pretty and the little walkway nice. Almost feel bad reviewing this park because then it’ll get busy. If you are looking for a nice quiet place to go and unplug and chill for a few moments, this may become your favourite spot too. ????

Great place by the lake. You have unobstructed view of lake Ontario from the park deck. There are benches on the deck. You can go for hiking in the trail. You will have a spectacular view of downtown Toronto on a clear day when visibility is good. The park is just next to the marina

I've been coming here since I was little - I feel very comfortable and at home here. Very serene! There is a trail you walk along that leads to many little secluded spots that you can privately hang out at. Beautiful gardens and you'll already be sure to see a big, wide, open view of the lake. One of the best spots to watch the sun rise in Oakville. Sometimes people come here to set off fireworks around special occasions.

We love walking here. People are good at maintaining distance from others in a respectful manner. The butterfly park is delightful. We noticed a horrific smell in the area we hadn't noticed before. Anyone know the source of this?

I love going here. It's not meant to be a real park. So it's not a place you would stay at for many hours. More like 30 mins to an hour tops. Not really fun for kids. Great for just relaxing. Clean and quite.

It's a beautiful & scenic water front Has a good view of Toronto Skyline from the top of the cliff. People usually walk and have picnic times, no bbq grills though.... They have benches and bicycle air pumps too. Seeing people do water sports like jet ski, paddle boats is also fun.....
