I used to love this park when I was a kid. The splash pad is great. Recently, however, they renovated it and upgraded the play structure and replaced the sand with cedar chips. I like the new playground but I do NOT like the cedar chips. Every time I go there I get splinters and it's a huge safety hazard for young children. I also noticed mushrooms growing there when it rained. Other than that, the park is great!

Heritage Way Park is a great community park in west Glen Abbey. It is inbetween two elementary schools and well connected with nearby trail system. The very walkable park was recently upgraded and has a soccer filed, splash pad, tennis courts and two play structures giving kids under 12 a wide range of safe activities. There is a gazebo with picnic tables to have a snack or get out of the sun.

Very nice open space park, with 2 tennis courts, a baseball diamond and a well manicured soccer field. Awesome place to take your dog for a beautiful walk.

Love this park, I come here often to throw the frisbee around or play tennis, it's a very spacious park to do whatever activities you wish.

Nice park to bring kids, stroll through of a bike or roller blades and you can catch teams practicing baseball, soccer and volleyball on the fields. Also during the summer the splash pad is operating.

Nice playground, i like having a baseball diamond next to a football/soccer field. The field was bumpy though, if you're not careful you could easily twist an ankle or pull a muscle. One of our players left injured.

We come here often, lots of fun, a couple play structures, something for all ages. Huge soccer field and basketball courts behind the school you can access after school hours. There's a porta potty here as well. There's also a splash pad. Aa of Dec 2019 they are doing Renos and the whole park is closed, so not sure what they are doing to it.
