I celebrate ???? my 50 th birthday with my family and friends nice ???????? organization and dinner

The Obsession III cruise was fantastic. The staff were courteous and attentive without being intrusive. We started with plenty of different horderves that were fantastic. The dinner was fresh and delicious as was the desert. The view of the city at night from the lake was spectacular. We plan to make this an annual trip.

Very rude, I asked a question many times and got a twisted answer every time, when I asked Sarah to be straight forward with the answer, finally she had to answer but in a very rude and unprofessional way, will never ever deal with them

Great way to spend some time on the water while soaking in the sun and the Toronto skyline from Lake Ontario. The crew were terrific and knowledgeable. I even had time to enjoy some food with a cocktail!

(Translated) A truly wonderful experience (Original) Una experience is realmoente maravillosa

Great experience. Captain Patrick indulged our every request, and even had a special surprise for a special occasion. Would go here again.

It was a lunch buffet but the ran out of food! A lot of us we're frustrated. It was a Mother's Day Celebration and we're not happy with what we experienced. They only replenished food twice and they said they dont carry a lot of food in the boat as the capacity was limited. They have some salad left but they ran out of chicken and salmon. The worst thing was, the server said that the food is coming but we were almost going back to the terminal, no food came in. A lot of us were so pissed. I told them that they should limit the people/passengers then if that's the case because its not fair for people paying and expecting to enjoy the view and the food being served. It was a buffet--They should put it in their fine prints---LIMITED BRUNCH BUFFET, FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. We felt like being fooled by their ad. My school asked me to arrange a booking for this summer but I told them I wont recommend this anymore because I dont want them to experience what we experienced the last time. They thanked me for sharing it to them and asked me to book somewhere else then. If you just like to enjoy the views of Toronto Island, it's okay but if you want to enjoy both food and ambiance, better try another cruise company.

Great venue, they give great service.

Food isn't great at all

Held my son's baptism party on the obsession 111, food was great, service was fast, the manager on the boat was extremely helpful. Everyone has a great time, and would absolutely love to hold another party there again. Highly recommended!!

The scenic view was beautiful but I agree with the previous review that they don't have enough food for their buffet. My family was not that happy because we were not satisfied with their food. We expected buffet to be unlimited food but that was not the case. We end up eating in a restaurant after the cruise because we were hungry.

The cruise was good, but they have to be more careful when serving people who are vegetarian

The view of Toronto was gorgeous ! Very nice. For the price though the food was not enough. If you get beef you only get a sliver of steak, a little bit of veggies and some gross potatoes. The dessert was amazing but once again not enough. You get half of everything, instead of getting a plate each. Super disappointed in the food. We had to get food after the cruise because we didn’t have enough food. For the price you pay for the cruise you should at least have one professional picture included instead of 18 dollars for one. For two drinks it cost us 21 dollars. A glass of wine should’ve been included with dinner

Rating is a 5++ for Kajama. Thank you to Benjamin and his crew for a fantastic night and atmosphere. The crew was incredible, especially Benjamin. Honestly, if it wasn't for him the night would not have happened. It was my daughter's 16th birthday and because of a choice he made my daughter was able to created great memories. You can tell he loves his work and being around people. He did an amazing job playing the volin and keeping people entertained. Thank you again for a night. You guys are a great asset to this company. You all ROCK!!!!

This boat cruise was wonderful. We did the evening tour. Staff were very nice. Our wait staff Stella was amazing! The night scenery was beautiful. I would definitely recommend this to others.

Horrible cruise..Management staff were not accommodating to client needs or request. Excuses were weak and dishonest. Appeared she did not like the client base. Alcohol was ridiculously priced and cruise was below average. Outdoor deck was a joke, only able to handle 10 people comfortably. The idea of a cruise is being able to enjoy the fresh outdoor air. The Upper canopy remained close & the excuse was, rain in the forecast and had to remain closed, btw..(No Rain) and the engine exhaust filled the cabin and mgmt refused to listen to patrons to open the canopy. Very annoying staff. Would not recommend this boat. Very disappointed...

I went on the Kajama last summer and it was one of the best things I have done in Toronto. The staff were wonderful and so engaging. When they were hoisting the sails they let us help out, the kids loved it. During the hour and a half tour we went out past the Island and out onto the lake. The view was incredible. It was the perfect way to enjoy a few beverages and some food. Way better than being on a patio. I can't wait to go again this summer.

We chartered “Challenge” for a group of 47 people with our own private DJ . The office was very helpful in suggesting ways to help us stay within our budget with a right menue and other datails. The staff were super friendly.everyone was dancing and singing and enjoying themsekves. Can not say the quality of hors doeuvre we had was exceptional but hey who cares for the food when you get such a wonderful views and so much fun. Thank you for making us a great night.

I took my 2 kids on the Kajama at the end of last summer and the kids had a wonderful time. They loved putting up the sails and wanted to fire the canon again and again. It was a lovely activity in Toronto to do for a couple of hours. The prices were a little expensive but not crazy and the value for money on the actual cruise was fantastic. The crew were really sweet too. They really went above and beyond to make the kids have a great time. We will most definitely be sailing again next summer.

Went on a sunset dinner cruise. For the price I was expecting a fantastic meal but was left incredibly disappointed. There were no options for the starter, or salad (online it shows the menu and choices but those were not offered). We were given the option of steak or vegetable lasagna for dinner; the "steak" was sliced roast beef with horseradish (strange that it wasn't labelled as such) and the lasgana was a bland casserole (I think it was a Alfredo-based sauce but it honestly tasted like a gummy white sauce). A few drinks we ordered were made with flat pop and had to be returned only to have a select few types of pop available. Overall the food and drinks were highly disappointing for the price paid. The staff were all kind and courteous, the views were beautiful, but the meal/drinks served did not reflect the price we paid. Would recommend booking just a boat cruise and saving your money for a nice restaurant in the city

Not really sure where to start. The boat was filthy (empty beer bottles strewn across the stern) and the 4 crew spent most of their time sitting in the cockpit chatting amongst each other, not interacting with any of us passengers, nor coming around and asking if we wanted to purchase beverages or food (as we were told they would). This was marketed as a sailing cruise, and unfortunately when we went out (Sunday, Sept 24th @ 3:30pm) there wasn't enough wind to sail... understandable and not something the crew was in control of. That being said, they made no move to engage with us and instead put the wheel on straight and had us drift along the coast. We couldn't wait for the hour and a half to be up.

A good and affordable way to explore the water side of Toronto islands and take excellent pictures of Toronto’s skyline

The worst disappointment ever the first hour was spend smelling smoke from the motor so hot you could not breath they did not even offer a of water. Staff very rude . Service BAD . O , by the way they never got the motor to run hence we never left the dock

A Great time!

Staff is wonderful very helpful and a clean environment
