Interesting... not bad, but not great. The first part kind of blows you away, but then the rest is not as interesting. It is a fun and interactive Marvel museum, and if you're a big fan you'll probably get a kick out of it. But for casual fans like us, it was not that amazing.

Went there twice. My kid absolutely loved it! They limited the people inside the exhibition, so it’s not crowded at all. And the atmosphere is awesome!

Made the trip out to this experience with my fiance, we really wanted to check it out. The inside was super neat - they had some actual movie props as well as some interactive elements (I won't spoil it here). The first two rooms are very well themed to the character but I found as you walked through the exhibit there was less and less for each character. For example Mrs Marvel had one case off in the corner of Captain America's area, it would have been nice to see some more representation for the female characters. However if you like Iron Man/Hulk/Captain America/Black Panther they have very good representation. Most of the staff tried to stay in character which made me a little uncomfortable as we were both adults ( one guy told me "comic books are for children" which was a little off putting) but I bet kids would love it. Overall we had a good time but definitely felt it was more of a $40 experience opposed to the almost $100 we paid to go.

Lots of photo opps and the staff usually stay in character which adds to the immersion! Decent fun with lots to see if you’re a Marvel/Avengers fan but there are limited interactive activities to do. You book a time slot with your ticket and we were put in a very small group so it was easy to take pictures and didn’t have to wait long to interact with some of the exhibits. Tickets are on the pricey side and there is a gift shop at the end of the experience which is also on the pricier side unfortunately.

I went today with my daughter who is a big marvel fan. 1 VIP and 2 regular tickets. She loved it but I was really disappointed. Walked through in about 10 minutes. I wish it was more interactive. This was pretty much a marvel museum. Should be 1/4 of the price. Just my opinion.

ImJackie

We were 4 people but only 2 bought tickets so they let the other 2 come in for free because the place was empty. The experience was nice, cool little games and nice statues, but it wasn't something very special. I recommend the experience, but don't expect to have an amazing time.

1. Great layout. No many interactive parts 2. We prepaid for photos but nowhere did it say to have masks on for the picture. As we are out of province it would be been a good disclaimer to have on their website when booking. 3. The gift shop staff were excellent but the place is over priced.4 Overall a decent experience!

Great experience cast was excellent really kept it "Official" feeling. Not over crowded so we did not have to wait long to try exhibits. All safety measures taken

Andrea Li Calzi

Such an incredible experience. Very interactive! If you want to come on a date, family or even by yourself, it's fun for everyone!

Audrey Santos

Awesome Experience! A must if your a Marvel fan!

I'm a huge Marvel fan. I was expecting A LOT more for the price. I'm so glad I didn't pay for a VIP ticket as I don't think it worth it. Definitely could have been way more interactive games and tings for the kids. My son (7) loved it but there just wasn't enough for him. Most of the stuff was reading screens with information. The iron man suits are probably the best part. I would say just save your money on it. Gift shop also was a huge waste. Everything looked really cheap. If you want marvel merch it's better from didn't or marvel itself.

Daniel Faura

It could be much better, it's not up to the standards of Disney parks, the augmented reality activities are some of the worst I've seen, and the video game at the end is silly.... The Ironman replicas are the best.

Aastha Bansal

Well, being a Marvel Fan, I had always wanted to go here. The ambience is amazing. Most of the costumes and displays were real and props from the actual movies. But it wasn't worth the $40 ticket. They do have some interactive games and the displays for all the avengers.

Shalana Switzer

Compare your hand to Hulk's! Like an interactive museum but they're "training" you to become an avenger. All the avengers outfits are there (including Loki which makes no sense) took just over an hour to get through it. And lots of merch at the end. Of course!

Sabrina van Zyl

Not a bad experience but a little on the pricey side for what you get/experience. We received this as a Christmas gift. Not a whole lot of interacting displays and if your kid is not into reading all the blurbs on the superheros it could be a very short visit (20 min). We spent about 1hr exploring, having to leave once for a bathroom break. Started off with a pose for a picture, followed by a short wait for the introduction. Introduction was with a recruit (staff member) and via video, followed by walk about/explore through a few "zones/levels" first is Iron Man, then Hulk, Captain America/Ms. Marvel, Blank Panther, then into Thanos/bad guys, Thor/Loki, followed by another section dedicated to the rest of the Avengers, before finally getting a handheld device to be used in the final recruiting stage. You are taken to another room with a group and you are to finish your training - you swipe up on the handheld device they have loaned you to defeat the bad guy. Interactive areas - Ironman as Hulkbuster game, Bruce Banner brain info (just a tap and read), Hulk 3 part (loud) smashing screen (touch to make him smash), Captain America shields (shorter and taller display), Captain America motorcycle (sit and take a photo), Ray gun (touchscreen once for dramatics), Match the weapon to the Marvel character interactive game, Thor hammer - handle moves slightly and then screen loads Thor info, movie clips of all Marvel characters throughout. Only a few suits/costumes/characters not behind glass that you can take pictures of (the others have pretty intense reflections due to screens) - 3 Iron Man suits, Hulk hand busts, and Thanos. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. No washroom inside the venue, so hit one before you visit. Located in the middle of the mall, was fairly easy to find considering I don't frequent Yorkdale. The shop is on the more expensive side - photos start at $20/picture, shirts are $35 and so on.

I would like to leave a review and discuss how the VIP experience of the Avengers Station was so poorly executed and was a waste of money. To start, I want to say that I am a huge fan of comic books and was very excited about going to the avengers station with my friends. I also rarely spend time writing reviews, but I had to get this off my chest because of how upsetting the experience was. My friends and I drove almost 6 hours from Ottawa for this. It was advertised as an interactive experience and it was barely interactive, extremely overpriced for what you get. Secondly, we paid nearly $50 extra for VIP and nobody even checked for it, we didn't get our VIP badges/ tickets until the end. We only got them because I had asked the guy at the end of the experience who prints the green screen photo where to find the lanyards and badges. Oh and we never got the VIP lanyards either, which was a major disappointment! We ended up leaving with plain-black lanyards instead because they "ran out" of lanyards, even though all of the employees were wearing the VIP lanyards... Our green screen photo was also poor quality and rushed, given proper preparation or maybe seeing what backgrounds were offered than we could have planned and taken a better picture. The posters were also very cheap and resemble oversized valentines day cards. It seemed that the entire event was run by the high school students working there. There was little organization, and little supervision. And like previously said, the experience and exhibits were not interactive or worth the money. It was one of the worst “experiences” I’ve ever paid for. The whole thing lasted around 30 minutes and that’s because you spend most of your time reading from screens. The gift shop was also disappointing, to say the least, full of very expensive merchandise that did not appear to be worth the money. Mostly cheap toys, marked up for the gift shop, and some honestly cool collectibles but still too expensive to buy after the upsetting experience. My friends and I are greatly dissatisfied and do not recommend people to go and waste their money, especially on the VIP experience. I have left an email, similar to this review, explaining everything that had happened, and I hope they will fix the issues and give my friends and I refund for everything that happened. Sincerely, Cade Theriault

A great experience not only for marvel fans but surely for everyone. Everything looks so cool and you’ll love the place.

Annie Mathez

It was a nice fun experience. I think the price is a little bit expensive for what you get. However, it is very nice to play the few interactive games they have and have the opportunity to see real props and outfits used to film the movies. If you haven't have read the comics or know much about the stories of each character, is also very instructional. Is like a marvel museum. They have also adapted very well to covid restrictions.

Scotty V

As a big marvel fan I enjoy this place a bit overpriced but fun I based my YouTube channel FYI called the civil Canadian. On the marvel movies the costume looked cool the games were fun I had a Fun time like I said before it’s just way overpriced.

Alex Chen

Pretty good, got some great pics. Wish it was a bit more interactive but overall I enjoyed it

Parag Ghate

For a Marvel fan it's a treat. Bit pricey but good experience.

angelgabrielmiamor

My teenage daughter and I visited, and I'm sad to say that we both expected so much more. It cost $90.40 and my daughter felt I was ripped off. Way too expensive for what you see! This is Marvel! They could have done so much, but they truly dod less than the minimum. We are huge Marvel fans but I can't recommend this. ????

Faiza N

It was nice but not worth the ticket. It would've been nice if they actually had the characters walking around that would've been neat. At the end they have a gift shop and it's expensive. I dont remember seeing anything below $20.

v o

The overall experience was unsatisfying. For something as big as Marvel, should have been much more interactive. With such a dynamic array of character to choose from some of them were left out. There was no wow factor that would get someone to want to come back. Cool part was the Iron Man showcase and seeing the size of Thanos up close.

Dave Baas

Sure, bit pricey, but all of the movie props and costumes are genuine and super-cool. A/V displays are top-notch and young staff are outstanding. My 8 and 10 year old had a blast. To see kids having fun at a first-rate exhibit like this after months of miserable isolation was priceless. Oh yeah, parking at Yorkdale mall is free!

Tony Ty

Not worth it. Spent 150 bucks and spent 20 minutes with my kids. Even my son obsessed with heroes, he didn’t find anything to do. Very boring, nothing interesting in store. Better to go out for a dinner, definitely more fun.

Tyler Schneider

I really enjoyed the displays, I went in with no expectations, and was not disappointed, if you are a hard-core fan like myself, you should enjoy reading the fact sheets and seeing the uniforms on displays The enterence price was a little high per person, so if you are going because your kids or friends want to go and you are tagging along you might find it all a bit much. Takes no more than 30min to actually go through. If you are reading, taking pictures and interacting with the displays I would say 1 hour max.

Corey Izumi

Waste of money! Their interactive games are hardly interactive. The stylus' they give you are cheap and break easy. They are also being reused probably without sanitization. For $45 per ticket, you'd think you would get to keep the $.02 stylus. I'd give a 5 star rating for lack of enthusiasm with every staff that worked there. Absolutely horrendous prices in the gift shop. I have nothing good to say.

Melissa R

This is definitely more an Avengers Museum vs. interactive experience. I brought my 4.5 year old nephew yesterday for a fun day out and was expecting a bit more for the price of admission. Even if you take your time, the whole exhibit is over in 25 minutes, there are only a few things to actually touch and interact with and they are - in my opinion - geared toward adults; there is a lot to read which is just not possible for young children. The staff are amazing and really stay in character throughout and treat each guest as recruits in training which is the best part of the experience.

F W

It was very pricey compared to the experience that you’re getting. But this will certainly excite my nephews when I bring them. It could be more interactive. With that being said if you’re a fan of the franchise this is still a must-see. All health protocols were followed. And it’s very cool to see actual props from the movie including Captain America’s shield and Black Panther’s suit, and many more. You can see that they pay very great attention to detail to these props.

robert mansfield

This exhibit was a must for anyone that loves Marvel and the Avengers. Set up as though individuals are going through the training program to become a S.H.I.E.L.D agent. Lots of chances for pictures and also a few interactive exhibits.

Jamie Smith

Absolutely ridiculous....Took our time but still went through the entire event in around 20 minutes. $45/person for this? Give me a break. Barely anything interactive, only a few props/costumes/models. A bulk of it was reading information on screens...but even then, I felt like things were lacking. The exhibit was missing MANY major characters. Absolutely ridiculous and overpriced items in the gift shop. A few items that I took a look at were selling for $30 there....checked on Amazon and they were selling for $17, free shipping. Also had the audacity to price/sell clothing for $700 in this already over priced gift shop. Definitely takes advantage of Marvel fans, exploits them for money. You are better off spending your time and money elsewhere.....I take that back - your time won't be wasted...it was only 20 minutes long. Save yourself the disappointment, save your money, visitors beware. To the people who run this: Shame on you.

Kristofer Dymek

It's OK. A bitnpriceybfor what you get but a good time out. My son of 9 enjoyed it but not too many interactive things to play with, and very simple games, just to click with the pen. Good quality items to loom at but hard to take pics on items when behind glass, as it causes reflections.

Rich G

Took 2 kids age 11 and 13 to this. Was a neat activity. Took about 45 minutes to complete the entire exhibit. Not sure about value for $$. Only a few interactive exhibits. Staff were friendly and tried hard to make it engaging.

Sofia Drosos

If you are a fan of Marvel. You will love this. This was such a great experience. Great times. Loved it. ????

Max M

Had a great date here! Had a lot of fun. We walked around the place twice. My girlfriend and I love marvel so it was a pleasant surprise. Would come back for sure. Check it out if you are a fan.

Elijah Strong

Amazing experience! Great for families as lots of things for little ones but still so many cool things to see for adult MCU fans! The staff are very into their roles, which makes experience feel much more full. Would definitely recommend to Marvel movie fans

Hammad Bhatti

We spent $200+ and drove from Ottawa, this place is literally done in 10 minutes... Too expensive for the too less of an experience. All the statue figures are good but is not even worth $10 spending for.. and this all made up to sell you overpriced merchandise Save your money, Skip this, you won't miss a thing! Not worth it..

An hak

This was hardly the "experience" that was described and for the price it is extremely disappointing. It is more of a museum with 4 interactive games which each last for about 30 seconds. You will definitely not be getting your money's worth. You are better off spending your time anywhere else. We purchased two items from the gift shop one of which was an egg that only had 4 pieces of paper inside... which was frustrating considering the price. Don't go here.

Tammy L.

We came as a group of 6 people and we really enjoyed it! There were different games in different sections and my favourite was the iron man game. You are able to see yourself on a screen getting equipped with the iron man suit and you had to fight the bad guys. There were a lot of great photo opportunities. Our group had a lot of fun and took a lot of photos. A little disappointed with the final mission at the end but overall it’s worth the money!
