Love this place, used to go boating with my bro here to have some camp fires and have lunch or supper the beach was very nice always bring TP with u for the bathroom stall and make sure fires are out before you leave... mid summer you get lots of gartner snakes and the Odd fox will come out onto the beach and retreat into the forest...

Great on a Summer weekday. Less crowded. Swim, BBQ, even overnight. It's not Temagami, but considering its proximity to North Bay, it's certainly convenient. Surrounding islands offer great fishing and some exploring for those that have interest.
