(Translated) Several beautiful trails with drops. The forest is magnificent there. (Original) Plusieurs beaux sentiers avec dénivelés. La forêt est magnifique à cette endroit.

Great trail…easy to do with kids and pets. Ample of parking space at the start of the trail… Not too many scenic spots during the fall season. Would recommend to carry bug spray and waterproof footwear as there are areas which gets puddled up.

Didn't have time to do either of the full loops, but it was very pretty, great fall colours here! Some construction happening in the hydro corridor had some sections of trails closed, but I will definitely be back to keep exploring!

One of the best kept secrets in North Bay. This area is one of the best in the city for going hiking at. I lived in North Bay for over 10 years before realizing how nice a hiking trails this place had. It is good to hike at in the summer or winter with multiple different challenging and easier segments for people of all ages and abilities. The views from the trails overlook the city of North Bay and Lake Nipissing while incorporating views of the ski hill and the history of the ski hill including the old ski jump which you still pass renments of while on the trail. The McNutt family trail will bring you by a nice creek which is great for taking pictures of during the summer. For those who want an all day hike the trail system includes a longer multiple kilometer hike. I would recommend this area for anyone who enjoys being out in nature and getting some good exercise while taking in great views of the surrounding area of North Bay. There is lots of parking on site and if for some reason the parking lot is full alot of surrounding streets allow you to park without the threat of parking tickets and towing charges. Enjoy our nature in Northern Ontario it is one of the great things we take for granted sometimes while living in such a beautiful part of Canada.
