Kinsmen Trail is one of the straight forward and clean trails in North Bay. Two way paved roads accompanied by small canal makes it more attractive. Whether you walk or cycle you’ll love it all way around.

I take my daughter and my grandkids on the Kinsmen Trail and it is absolutely amazing. All them learned how to ride their bikes in this beautiful landscape of biking trails. This greenbelt through the heart of North Bay links with the Kate Pace Way near the waterfront, and is owned and operated by the North Bay-Mattawa Conservation Authority. The Kinsmen Trail, a parallel paved surface, follows Chippewa Creek as it meanders down the escarpment and empties into Lake Nipissing.

Nice, well maintained park along the Chippewa Creek with asphalted trails. Very pleasant for bikes/boards/scooters. Unfortunately the trail is mixed in the city a lot, sometimes you have to walk several blocks in high traffic from one section of the trail onto another.

Dogs continue to run at large as their careless owners are defiantly refusing to use the available dog park which has been so generously provided by the taxpayers of the city of North Bay. Despicable lot.
