Loved loved loved this place. The fudge is to die for. Lots of gift and souviner choices. People are so friendly. I take all my friends and family there.
Lots of stuff, clean nice staff
Well, if you hate shopping like me then this place isn't for you. Especially that the souvenirs are mostly more expensive than in Toronto shops. I had no choice, because I was on a group trip, but if I could do different, I wouldn't go there. It's your choice. Americans were happy so maybe it's only my point of view :)
This was absolutely one of the best gift shops we stopped at! It's a little out of the way so it is not busy at all there are tons of picture opportunities and I found most items reasonably priced
Beautiful ❤️, they have a maple syrup worshop, so you can try any of all the goodies in there, and is so yummy ????, they have candies made of syrup, cakes, liquor, chocolates etc. Yummy ????!.
One stop for all memorabilia to choose from huge varaity of merchendaise.
Friendly staff and the Store Looks nice
Awesome souvenier shop. Really cool picture backgrounds and a wooden carved moose outside of the store for pictures and huge selection in store. Great service as well
The Niagara Riverwalk is beautiful and this place has all sorts of native souvenirs
Nice items there. Loved the rings
Very Cheesy, full of bad Canadiana kitsch. Do yourself a favour and buy Indigenous items from actual local Indigenous artists. I don't understand the Asian knockoff west coast art and Made in China dreamcatchers at this shop in Niagara Falls at all.
Its great if you like souvenirs
Great loaded shop, everything you could think of.
Get the Poutine! OMG! Chef is very nice, service people are excellent, clean bathrooms, except for a leak on one of the sinks got my clothes wet, but an Excellent experience!!!!
Nice place to take selfies, variety of fun backdrops, cheaper food than near the casinos, good place for an icecream stop.
Great place to get lunch and the shop has a huge selection of any kind of Canadian treat or souvenir you can think of. The fudge is amazing. I gave 4 stars because a couple of the cashiers were yacking away with their backs to me and I had to verbally get their attention. Kind of annoying especially when you're spending 300 bucks.
You can find a lot of good righty of souvenirs if you're visiting this area and wants to get some souvenirs to take away with you or if you want to buy some gifts so you can find a really good variety in this store to buy souvenirs and small gift items specially for this area so do check it out to see if you are visiting here you would really like this but the prices are a little higher than other locations probably because it's in a tourist area
Stopped there for lunch when on a guided tour. There food was would you expect from a truck stop. Nothing to scream about but it is ok and has all of the staples so that everyone will find something for themselves. It is located close to the Niagara rapids so that you can either go there directly after or before lunch. As the name suggests it has souvenirs which are your standard tourist trap run of the mill t-shirts and chachkies.
Nice and big, the statues add a lot of charm -very touristy, which is a good thing.
Brigitte was awesome! She gave us amazing pancakes and was very kind. Thank you!!!!
Excellent team
It's expensive but when you go to places like this you know your paying more. They have interesting things to take home from your trip.
Very leage souvenir shop on the north side of Niagra falls. We stopped here on our way back from Niagra on the lake. It was by far the largest store we went inside on our trip to Niagra falls. They have a little bit of everything tea, fudge, seal oil, wine, trinkets, magnets, and maple syrup. They basically have it all. If you want to get all your souvenir shopping done in 1 stop this would be a great place to go to. Both my wife, 2 year old, and I enjoyed just walking around the store and looking at it all. I would recommend going here for sure.
This place is really cool seeing all the different types of maple syrup bottles. And there is a man who makes various of original hand carving art work. Definitely a cool place to visit while visiting and get some maple syrup ????????
Dont get me wrong this place is the stop for maple syrup. What I didn't like is the ad was very deceiving. When I saw ad with my partner, it made us believe that we were going on a physical tour outdoors. Just because my partner and I did not exactly, had the best time doesnt mean you will get the same outcome as us.
Really really overpriced :( But that's a typical souvenir store for ya
Outrageously overpriced. The worlds largest carved moose is outside tho, so that was cool.
Expensive for somewhere off the main tourist area.
We were disappointed because it was closed. We had to wait for the next bus. :(
Lots of souvenirs, a little expensive
Many souvenirs to choose from and reasonable prices. It's a great place to take some pictures.
Nice shop, can be pricey unless you look at the sale items.
Excellent service,selection,and prices. Great people
Not bad but not nearly as much selection as i expected for a place called souvenir "city". The attached restaurant is a little pricey but thats par for the course for Niagara Falls
Really nice place, lots of things to try, fudge, different kinds of maple syrup, if you time it right you can see them making and bottling aswell.
Clean, newly renovated bathrooms. Free fudge samples. EVERYTHING is overpriced. Get souvenirs at Dollarama, they have similar stuff. Staff are friendly. Free parking out front. Close to the falls and other Niagara attractions.
They've got some interesting items here that other gift shops don't have in the area. I think the owner was running the cashier and was a little grumpy. Either way not bad of a place
Great trinkets and gifts for visitors. Jewellery too.
We stopped in to use the bank machine and were directed by a very nice staff member. I was I caught his name, he was super friendly and helpful.
Expensive, $22 CAD for 1 pair of socks, also no moose shirt
The regular stop for all the tour buses (and I presume the tour guys get some commissions from shopping); they have clean toilets and a whole bunch of collectibles and souvenirs; they give you a sample of their “famous” maple toffee and you can buy several kinds here. Walk across the road and you can get some nice pictures of the ice blue Niagara swirling down the gorge below
Not many people inside such a huge store, but they were thoughtful enough to have samples and viewing areas where we could see workers preparing food and artwork. On top of that, the view of the States from across the parking lot was nice to be able to see
Nice place to find Souvenir on the way to niagara
I enjoyed learning about the process of making maple syrup staff was really nice and courteous. The employee that received us Bridgette was awesome and made everything really enjoyable.
Great environment. Friendly workers. Fun picture frames on site were you can take pictures of you and the family. A bit pricy for suverniers but a great selection. Watch the live show on blown glass design before 3pm. The candy and chocolate store are a must to try. Across the street can enjoy a glimpse of the Niagara Falls river. Go north bound and catch the Areo cart to across the river. Fun! Travelers from San Antonio, TX
Nice and quiet place about 4 minute drive from main attractions. Its located close to aero cable car attraction and has souvenir shop, restroom, grocery store, cafe, parking. There are possibility to make some cool pictures outdoors with moose, over-sized spoons and behind barrel over Falls.
They have great fudge... although I came here because it was named “chocolate world” on google maps so I was expecting a large variety of chocolate.. was not the case. Otherwise, it’s a regular tourist shop.
Best souvenir shop around in Niagara, you can also buy authentic oboriginal crafted souvenir and all are beautifully made with artistic hands.
Compared to other souvenir shops, this is good... but very expensive. Nice to see maple syrup and chocolate being made though... unique.
Really nice place to get souvenirs. Definitely use coupon from coupon books or advertisement. 20% OFF.
Clean, newly renovated place, good variety of items to buy. Nice food court! Free parking
I liked the Maple Trail. Best shop for Canadian Souvenirs. The best place for the delicious fudge, chocolates and many other sweet treats, all made from pure maple syrup. Best maple syrup in all varieties, even in Ice wine. Lots of free samples. Worth the visit.
Higher end souvenir shop. Most items at a higher price point, but they offer higher quality products.
Great for photos, prices are higher than other area stores
What an amazing experience, pleasant staff, reasonable prices, and best of all They crank out Toronto's 70s, 80s and 90s - Boom 97.3.
Don't waste your time like we did. Small gift shop and a cafeteria and that's it
Good things to see
The only place to go to find Canadian souvenirs NOT made in China. Beautiful pieces made by Canadian artists at all price points. I'm so glad we stopped!
Clean, new facility, but definitely one of the more expensive with commodity goods available elsewhere cheaper.
Great selection of souvenirs/products!
We didn't try the food, so I can't comment on that, but the souvenir store was actually pretty great. Lots of space so it's not cramped making it nice to walk around in. For the most part there were the standard souvenir items, but then we got to Frank and his wood carvings and they're absolutely amazing. Then past that was all about maple syrup which is always great. The staff were all very nice and friendly as well, which is a big plus.
We stopped here to look for some Souvenirs. I was quite surprised at the quality of some of the items. They were absolutely beautiful. Great variety of items from all price ranges. …
Glass blowing was cool, prices are insane, chocolate world doesn't have much selection and more maple flavoured than chocolate stuff.
typical tourist destination. once you see it, it's typically boring the second time around
Awesome pics but moose had mushrooms growing on him
Cool place that saved us from freezing that night. We bought our wool hats (toques) there.
Friendly staff and lots of items that are reasonably priced. Only complaint was that the food court was closed down before closing time.
Everything is over priced was sold an expired hot sauce that sent me to the toilet for hours.
They have a fudge shop inside. You can't come to Canada without trying Maple things. Other than that, they have clean restrooms.. unless someone messes it up just before you, typical souvenirs and places to take photos.
All the great souvenir stuff plus some really interesting items.
This is the place to stop if you're looking for a washroom. The food is horrible and very expensive.
Just stopped by briefly while passing by. Nice shop away from the busy Clifton Hill area, and lots of selection for souvenirs. Nice scenic views of the Niagara gorge. Take some great pics outside with the moose!
If you want authentic Canadian gifts go here. They have a man from a first Nations tribe who makes hand made wood items. I got a jewelry box for $64CAD but they had many smaller things for much less. Shirts and stuff are the same as other places. They have a glass studio where you can watch glass blowing and a place to eat. 20% off coupon on their website. Fun photo ops. Take credit card but they also will exchange currency and had a good exchange rate.
Did maple syrup tasting here, yummy flavours. Also a great collection of souvenirs.
This is just a gift shop. There was nothing going on with the maple syrup, chocolate making or fudge making. No samples that were advertised in the website and no communication from anyone in the store. Even if they aren't running this due to Covid they could post signs, update their website, just simple speak to people when they come in. Complete waste of time to stop if you aren't looking for a gift shop.
This a great souvineer store. It has everything you can think of in clouding shirts and clothing, coffee cups, shot glasses and magnets. Beciase it is a little further from the falls there is less people there so it's a little quieter. There is also an indigenous area as well as locally made fudge.
Watch what you buy in clothing. Spent over $500on hoodies and they run small no return no exchange no help from Char the GM after she asked me to email her.
Lots of things to see and buy. However, it'd be great if they had souvenir with more sutile logos, and not the typical huge 'Canada' word everywhere. For instance, it's great to buy a t-shirt to remember your visit to the falls or to Canada, but you don't want to scream to the world that you were there. And at Souvenir City Headquarters it's hard to find this kind of stuff. I would recommend everyone to spend less time buying souvenirs and more time enjoying the view of the falls, which is amazing.
Found a gift idea with my son's name engraved on it after visiting all the souvenir stores in the tourist frequented places. Plenty of selection, ample parking and away from the general hustle and bustle.
We stopped there looking for a nice breakfast. Outside is nice and you can have a good picture with the traditionals moose and bear. Inside you have a nice souvenir shop where you can also find some other stuff but, at least for us, the food was nothing that we wanted to try.
Need some memories of Canada? This is the place!
I found the prices are a little on the steep side compared to prices of those closer to Niagara Falls but if you're driving pass it's always nice to swing by and try some maple syrup!
This place is very pricey! Even with a 20% off coupon, it wasn't worth it other than to take pictures.
A souvenir place that sells expensive souvenirs. Not much else to say!
Fun place . Can get fugde .very great fudge!!
Great souvenir glass blowing place to go.
Great place to take the family for photos lots of samples to eat people at this place make you feel at home would recommend for sure
It was temporarily closed due to lockdown ????
We enjoyed the stop here. There is a glass blowing display and a bunch of decorative glass for sale. There are a bunch of souvenirs for sale and a nice little chocolate area that sells a large amount of chocolate items. There are some props for photo opportunities in front.
Very cool shop that is perfect to find random gifts. You won't find these products everywhere. They range from hot sauces, to jewellery, to clothes to coffee. Browsing through this store was a great way to kill time and i ended up walking out with some cute presents for family.
Very nice place amazed at how many things can be made out of maple syrup
Nothing going on. Staff said hello, but offered no information if they were going to produce any maple syrup or chocolate. Just a place selling tourist souvenirs.
I was hoping to find some souvenirs that where more local to the area, however all I found was the same stuff every other souvenir shop was selling. They do have a large sweater collection for those looking to buy sweaters and there is a cool glass blower shop next door.
Clean and friendly facility. But, kind of normal tourist stop.
Great place to go for souvenirs. Very friendly staff. Would definitely go back again.
There's a variety of souvenirs and it's well laid out. If you're a group off a bus you get coupons off merchandise. The staff are friendly and you could take beautiful photos outside.
We come here ever time we come visit the falls something different every time This time free samples of maple syrup What a sweet deal
They have good variety but prices could be less to get competitive customers.
Long lines when busy, but good food. The soup and sandwich (or salad/wrap) combo for CA$ 5.99 is a filling cheap lunch.
Nice store. Good selection
Dont really like the items they sold there i mich perfer the souvenir store by the falls
Best store we can get all in one place
Loved the maple syrup flight and tour
nice quiet relaxing gift shop
Nice place for gift store and rest area
A one stop shop for souvenirs. Be sure to check out the live glass blowing demo!
All souvenirs are available here in one convenient stop. Get the syrup. It's expensive but it's fantastic! The only ding is the prices. Live glass blowing there as well.
Super clean and neat. Kind of expensive though.
I got maple tea and maple syrup from here. Both are good.
Things are overpriced. But overall decent place
Lots of souvenirs to choose from crafts to shirts to refrigerator magnets
Fun souvenir store. A necessity for the full tourist experience.
Pretty standard selection of souvenirs, however there is a lot of Maple syrup products selling here as well, not kosher certified though.
A great place to found a souvenir for your friends good people running the place you feel like home
Place with mostly generic souvenirs. Only go there is you are already in the area.
Calm down on the prices u charge then I'll actually buy something while I'm there
Looks like a nice place but was closed when I was there, due to covid I guess..
Finally found a souvenir coin press machine that my son had been looking for all over Niagra
this place is so clean and great information on making chocolate . fudge and maple syrup. it also has the largest crystal chandelier i have ever seen.
Reasonable price in the souvenir shop. The plus of this store is it has glass blowing workshop on the other side of the store. It also offers many spots with different background to take pictures in front of the store.
What a wonderful place! If you're visiting from out of town you have to try the maple syrup tour!! Bridgette was so nice and knowledgeable, and the syrup tasting was amazing!
They have everything Canadian! They have an in-house candy shop where they make maple taffy.
Ordinary gift shop for local arts. Not much to offer
The best part is the native gifts that you can purchase but the other things you can find less price at the stores near the hotels at the Falls.
It was an average place to be. We enjoyed watching and sampling the sweet treats being made
They have lots of great souvenirs as you would expect, but I was disappointed by their maple selection. They didn't have a ton of options for dark Amber and had no maple sugar.
Maple syrup bottling :) Food court was nice, clean, tasty pork bbq poutine!
Had sooooo much stuff...reasonably priced...photo ops out front...huge wooden moose..barrel goin over falls prop..etc
Place is great for nic-nacs to buy for family
Good quality stuff, but I found it a little overpriced.
I love this place and I would love to come back someday and visit again.
Good place. Nothing much to explore. Just few food areas and shops for tourists.
Good collection but overpriced store for souvenir. Better to go in Table rock center souvenir center.
Nice place. A little expensive. But, you are in Niagara Falls.
Lots of stuff to buy, but much is more pricy then you can find at other places. There are some unusual shops there as well that you can not find any place. The glass blowing shop was very interesting and worth the stop all by itself. Have a great day on the Canadian side.
They have very nice stuff and the prices are good
This is a great place to stop. There's restroom ( clean) and a cafeteria, plus the gift shop. Not to mention some neat ways to take pictures to commemorate the trip. As a driver I love how much fun my passengers have here.
Surprisingly their prices were very reasonable, though some items were costly. I went there because I had picked up a 20% off coupon to this location from my hotel, which we used. It's just tout typical souvenir store, free parking outside. The sales people are very attentive.
Nice place for trinkets. People are friendly.
Friendly staff and free maple syrup tasting flights. There was a poutine truck that sold interesting flavours so I may have to come back for that.
Special for souvenirs
Great selection of souvenirs and treats!
Great tourist stop for souvenirs and maple snacks. Employees are not the friendliest. Upon check out I was ignored and given attitude. Will not return.
Ripped me off with my credit card - purchased items that should have totaled around $7.00, but when I got home, my bill was for $79.71. I called to ask that they help rectify it, but they wouldn't do anything without my receipt. I bought a diet coke and small snack. Didn't keep the receipt. I'm wondering if they do this to as many tourists as they can, knowing that people don't keep the little rolled up receipt.
People are really friendly and there is a large variety of things available
Didn't have shirts in my husband size. Plus no help
Sadly disappointing for now as they are STILL under construction and most of the parking lot and building are unavailable to the public. There were more staff than customers but sadly not ONE of them engaged us in conversation while we were browsing. I hope the disruption ends soon and a larger range of items become available.
Large selection of gifts all in one place. Cashier was friendly. Talked about the Orioles with hubby when he found out we were from Maryland. I thought prices were a bit high but were relatively equal to other gift shops near the falls.
I love all this place smells like maple syrup
Not a bad shop, a few really nice things and staff were nice.
Everything expensive and there is not much variety. The cashier is not ready for large groups.
Don’t buy any thing here it is a tourist trap.
Nice place and a great deal. Just alittle far from Niagara falls. But i like that it is not crowded like on Clifton Ave.
Highly recommend the poutine experience. Had the chorizo and chipotle poutine. One of the best ever. Fries were golden and crispy, gravy was savory and perfectly proportioned and the sausage was generously spread and deliciously spiced. 11 out of 10.
Ok food. Pricy souvenirs. Clean washrooms.
Find nice present & Souvenirs from Canada & the Hotel; PEOPLE are very Nice
Nice place to visit and shop. Will definitely recommend a tour to learn about the Maple syrup production and processing. The staff are very friendly. You can try maple syrup samples of Ontario and Quebec with pancakes.
Pretty regular souvenir shop. Lots of lunch choices.
Great tourist stop for getting souvenirs. Similar prices to those in glitzy area, but with a spacious, air-conditioned, less hurried setting. Get your Maple Syrup gifts here. They make their own fudge & chocolate, too! Free samples!! Cool photo opportunities just outside.
Wide range of gift selection for anyone you might want to bring something home.
Good prices. Use this place over buying souvenirs over the more expensive places in town..
LOTS of souvenirs - hence the name???? As usual, things are expensive, but at least I got some Maple tea, which was amazing!
Large parking and great food. Perfect place to park if you want to go to the White Water Walk.
This place has some amazing souvenirs
Fun assortment of souvenirs and trinkets. They also have a small watery and fudge shop. Better prices than near Clifton Hill
I think Souvenir village would be a better name, or even souvenir hamlet as it’s quite small. It’s a bit of a distance from the rest of the attractions in Niagara and other shops have just as much if not more to offer in souvenirs.
Pretty cool place. Lots of souvenirs to pick from.
These are a dime a dozen out there... some intriguing items in stock... moderate to a little pricey...
Solid place to pick up a souvenir in the Niagara Falls area. Just as expensive as the other locations (which is nearing ridiculous). If you want an attraction-specific item, get it there. Otherwise, you can get them all here. Free parking, as well.
They only have tacky, cheap souvenirs. I couldn't find anything nice.
It is a good souvenir store but it all depends on what you want.
Nice place !!
Great prices and a very friendly staff willing to help accommodate in any way possible. The prices are very reasonable, and there are a nice variety of gifts for anyone you may be seeking a gift for!! I was able to buy souvenirs for the whole family within $100 - Plus the staff here are really knowledgeable about what items are allowed back across the border (if you are internationally traveling!).
Great place to eat and look around
The residents at Cavendish manor want to thank everyone at Maple leaf gardens ESPECIALLY Brigitte! She was running around helping us with everything and getting us the littlest things we needed! …
For a off the beaten path souvenir shop they are over priced with the same stuff cheaper stores have & exact same merchandise. Very disappointed had high hopes. This place had a smaller selection then most stores.
Expensive. Found a Walmart saved bunches of money on Souvenirs
Expensive to shop but beautiful place to visit
they sell souvenirs fro keychains, cookies, chocolates, plushes, tshits, maple syrup, magnets, everything you can imagine from canada, so if you drive by you should stop, a good place to use restrooms and eat something in the nearby food place.. like burgers, hot dogs, sandwitches, some chips or something to drink on your way to niagara falls.
Was disappointed in the fact that they advertise this store in their coupon books as the largest souvenir store in Niagara Falls. Yes it is large, but the majority of the space is taken by a large food court, not souviners. The souvenir store is very small and not alot of selection for sweatshirts or unique items. We ended up buying the typical coffee cups and keychains here because we had a 20% of coupon and they had alot of those. We didn't try the restaurant. Was just very dissapointed because we waited until our last day in the falls to shop for souviners and visit this store (as this store is a few miles off the main strip) thinking it being the largest souvenir store they would have everything and we ended up searching for sweatshirts at the outlet in St. Catherine and I left Canada without a cool unique souviner to remember our trip.
Many souvenirs and unique accessories are available.
Shops of many souveniles. They sell food but not hot, only cold sandwich, hugos, water, soft drinks, some sweets. Place where the buses for almost always.
Lots of great souvenirs, just pricey!
Great place to visit , get the 20% discount coupon from their website. Nice place for take lots of photos .
Spacious clean lots of selections. Maple syrup, fudge instore!
Nice place but gift shop is definitely priced higher. Not a lot of options in the food court.
Tons of souvineers, with all kinds of price ranges. Found many items we love.
Good food at a fast pace very good fudge in the souvenir shop like souvenirs in the souvenir shop as well it's a decent little place to go visit
Staff were very friendly and helpful, this was a forced by the tour company hence it was way over priced.
Free samples of fudge and syrup popsicles! The fudge is almost worth a stop on its own; it was the best we tried (including the stop at Hershey world). The prices here weren't the most expensive, but there are definitely places that have better deals for souvenirs. Selection is more unique than other places, so if you're willing to spend the money it might be worth it. Also, there are some funny photo opportunities out front.
Nice place!
Has a lot of variety of stuff and there is also a glass blowing shop attached to it where you can assist the artisans at work ????????????
Great stop for gifts and souvenirs. Get your maple syrup and fudge. Confections and treats made here, on premises. And the hand carved native pieces are really cool.
Nice selection. Comparable prices. Great fudge. Ample free parking.
Stop here and get your poutine, some great paninis, and then head next door to get your souvenirs. A must stop attraction when in Niagara Falls! The only upsetting thing was, they replaced the wooden moose in front, which had a giant set of balls, with a more anatomically correct moose...sad.
You can see chocolates of several types. See how it is made.Must visit during your stay at Niagara Falls.
A wide arrange of great souvenirs and Canadian fudge (with free samples). There's an ATM and washroom inside, great exterior for taking touristy photos. Great pit stop on the way to Niagara Falls. Prices are a little high, since they're the only ones in the area.
I wanted to buy the dark maple syrup and waited for 5 mins near the cashier's desk. No one came!!!
Very expensive for souvenirs that would be worth cheaper than it should be
Great selection of tourists gifts at cheaper prices
Lots of nice souvenirs to buy for friends and family and its located in a nice plaza with many other stores to look at. A must visit especially if your on you way to the butterfly conservatory
Nice selection. The in house made fudge was delicious.
Not particularly cheap but has some nicely made wooden items
Nothing was open for food. Just over priced items
It's a souvenir shop, everything is overpriced and tourist trap. But if you want that then this is the store for you.
Great souvenir shop, and you could find many things that are in the fallsview area for a much lower price. It is cool to see them make the syrup as well
Good place to buy some souvenirs fir friends back home.
Great people, items for sale , delicious fudge , photo ops.
One of the biggest gift shops I've seen in the surrounding area. There is a whole area of your average souvenirs and then an entire area of just maple syrup. There is also fudge and candy stands where you can watch them make it and even sample some of the maple flavored options.
They have a cool maple syrup industrial bottling line. And pretty decent food
A nice stop with all the Canadian symbols. Great place for a rest and pictures.
Very true friendly staff! They have leather engraving which we found really nice and affordable
Great experience for free. I liked the maple syrup tasting. It would have been better with pancakes instead of doing shots of maple syrup. Some of the other areas were closed.
We drove all the way there because we had certificate for a tour we got at a charity event. …
Great place to visit while in Niagara Falls. Lovely tour. Very cool to experience the taste testing between Ontario and Quebec maple syrups.
The moose is huge! I also saw some other interesting souvenirs that are different from most souvenir stores. It's worth visiting.
A little on the pricier side
Nice place to take a few shots and get a few things slightly over priced but this is typical for souvenir shops.
Went here with my GF who broke up with me. Not at all the fault of this fine business. But that girl broke my heart...
Very wide selection of the souvenirs, more expensive, then in other places. A nice stop though, they have rest rooms, a lot to see and some very nice settings if you like taking pictures, so even if you don't want to buy anything, you might still have fun shooting fotos!
Large souvenir shop that had decent selection and prices but not much you could not get elsewhere.
Typical tourist souvenirs shop, fudge and maple syrup made live on the premises though which is cool.
This gift shop has cool and different gifts then most store's in Niagara Falls. They also now have a nice little restaurant there.
I love the iced wine syrup and the fudge that they sell here and I recommend everyone to see Glass Factory
This place was a little overpriced. However if you can get to Chinatown you can pretty much get everything they sell their for Less. This is a tourist spot meant to make you spend more money than you should on normal items
Interesting place with very unique blown glass. If you are looking for something beautiful and special to give as a gift or for yourself you will surely find something here
Biggest Souvenir Store I’ve been to!
Been here 2x in last 5 yrs and great place for the souvenirs you are looking for. People are extremely nice too. AH
Great prices. The even give 10% discount
Everything is made in China I used to come to Canada buy made here product but now very hard to find Wish they would sell Canada made
Wasn't fully open when we stopped but I think they are going to be a step up in the souvenir world!
Amazing place, a lot of things to buy.
There ia a large amount of souvenirs here but the price is above the average we had seen in other areas with no perceivable increase in quality. However. The attached candy shop was excellent.
good place to get more local souvenirs. the maple that I got here was well worth the walk
Maple syrup
located opposite to white water walk, I like this place more for photos and Rossi glass factory than the shoppie it self.
Great kitschy photo ops out front and typical selection of souvenirs but really expensive even for the Falls. Try the dollar stores on Lundy's Lane for the same stuff, much cheaper.
Had some unique items not in the other souvenir shops.
We visited there last week and had a wonderful tour done by Brigitte. We learned some new info on how maple syrup is made and got to have a "syrup tasting" experience with was special! WE bought some products that you don't find somewhere else and really enjoyed the clean place, nice staff and learning experience there.
Clean and well organized store, only one thing wrong is the pricing is to HIGH. Rick Stasiuk, Wetaskiwin Alberta Canada T9A 3R2.
They had an amazing selection of souvenirs for reasonable prices and the staff were really friendly and answered any questions we had. ????
Great place to grab souvenirs without having to overpay for everything.
Cool statues and very interesting to see glass blowing! Lots of great glass blown figures and souvenirs.
This place has won many Souvenir Awards and for good reason... ...uh ...its got a bunch of souvenirs.
One of the best souvenir shops at Niagara. Tons of unique things here - it's overpriced as all souvenir shops are, but not horribly so. After passing up all of the other souvenir shops we went here last and everyone in my family found something to remember their trip with.
Convenient souvenir shop coming across the border! Pricy due to location and “nostalgia” however great store. Staff were friendly and helpful
Most of it is closed due to rebuilding work, gift shop ok but most things over overpriced, bottle I wanted was in town 5 dollars cheaper
I have to rate this place 5 stars because of the wonderful customer service. A woman with a non-native accent helped us and was very nice. She made sure we tried samples of the treats. The rest of the shopping is very touristy and stereotypical.
Stop and enjoy. All maple and more
A wide selection, though a bit pricey compared to other places. I'd recommend shopping around, but if you can't find something you're looking for you can end your journey here
Lots of generic souvenirs available. Some things are cheaper at other shops
There is a lot of stuff to choose from, from candies to clothes to jewelry to ornaments. However, it is somewhat expensive and the quality of their shirts is not the best.
Not my cup of tea-has some cheap souvenirs, but they are just that: mostly cheap quality. Having said that my girlfriend got some nice figurines for a great price.
Great place to pick up last minute souveniers.
Great store a little expensive but quality merchandise
Very large place...typical souvenir place for tourists. Definitely buy the fudge they sell....awesome flavors
Food court and souvenirs
Nice souvenir shop...dont forget to bring your coupons which are available in many places around the area.
It was awesome. Very nice place
This place is far outside the falls we where taken here by our tour bus and was told we will get things cheaper and with a discount. So we did not buy at the falls only to see fewer things at higher prices than the falls. So we missed out on a few things we wanted to get.
I got some souvenirs from this place and the sales lady was super nice and smiley. She gave 20% off You can buy many and several wide varieties from this place
You will enjpy here . Do not forget yo buy many souvenirs here but take care oc high prices
Is a fun place to visit. The food court was good and the portions were if the portions were equally as good. Yet terrific souvenirs in the adjoining store and the Maple taffy pull was excellent.
Nice litle gift shop. The glass blowing in the back is awesome
Good selection of souvenirs. A lot of the reviews here mention high prices - honestly any souvenirs in a tourist area are expensive so the prices here are just on par with all the other souvenir shops around the area. Great photo opportunities out front so bring your camera!
Great place to buy souvenir good choice of gift.
Typical overpriced souvenir shop with expensive snacks and food. Their one Saving Grace was that they were offering free samples of their candy at the time of our brief visit while we were on a commercial tour.
The prices for food are OVERPRICED! A slice of pizza, cost 7.99 without taxes.
We stopped of here while on a tour to Niagara falls. This is a great place to buy holiday memory's. Also some nice views across the road or the day running water.
Products are worth what you pay for. And staff was very nice..
We stopped here not really expecting much but Sydney made our visit an experience to remember. It was nice to get to know more about the maple syrup making process and also taste some good products. Thanks for the great visit Sydney!
They have a wide arrangement of souvenirs here. This place also has a glass blowing demonstration room and a wide array of finished products to purchase. They also have food products for sale.
Only place i can find Balis best coffee candy
Nice, clean store. Well stocked and far enough away from the falls so it wasn't crowded. Also, the washrooms were very clean. Highly recommended!
There is a lot of things you can buy here. From clothing to fridge magnet to fudge. It is a one stop shop. Mind though, their price is expensive compared to different store in Niagara area. We check a souvenir t shirt and the price is $26. We didn't buy it. When we get to our hotel there is a store selling the same shirt for $16.99!
Large souvenir shop with lots of parking. Also has the Big Hungry Moose Food Market.
Nice place with good food court and souvenirs.
Very expensive, but if you want to bring your family some tacky Canadian stuff, this is where to go.
Very well organized. Lots of choices for Canadian gift collection and attached food court features variety of meals and snacks for everyone.
The place is really worth to stop at it, the restrooms are really clean, the whole station seems to be new, the gift shop is big with variety of options ...when we visited the store they offered fudge and maple syrup on ice samples to test...,them there is a food court with different option, my son only tried the ice cream, I had a great Nescafé coffee as well
Not in the main tourist area so there was no foot traffic when we were there. They sell the usual touristy items at a reasonable price.
Had a lot of souvenirs, all made in China except a few thing's. 90% made in china.
Go with a bus sightseeing tour and get 10% off on everything except water. They have lovely selections of bracelets to choose from.
This place was awesome. There were kewl statues and shops for souvenirs. They have a lot of photo props it was fun.
This place was great. They have a large selection and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Don't miss the hand blown glass selection!
Best place for souvenirs around this area. Also beside the souvenir shop there's is a big food court with a very good menu.
Great place to visit for maple syrup and other small trinkets! We did the tour and received pancakes and a tasting of their different maple syrups. Our guide, Bridgette, was amazing and took some great pics of us.
It is a great place to find a gifts for your family or friends. And also place to get a quick bite.
Pricey. Although you have to remember the store caters to tourists.
Nice place. But everything but gift shop and food court was closed for renovations. Check before you go.
Beautiful place! Bridget and Joanne are great and they provide wonderful customer service! I enjoyed the maple syrup tasting and learning about the origin of maple syrup. I highly recommend everyone to visit this place, you won’t be disappointed!
Interesting place. Food expensive. We had 2 candy bars, a soda, and a bottled water for $15.
Food was ok, fairly basic souvaneers
Loved this place. We visited from USA. Homemade syrup. Smells like Hershey chocolate factory walking in but syrup !
Overpriced! One of the tourist traps that the bushes stop at ......would not go back there for souvenirs
Great place for shopping and yummy food love ❤
I enjoyed crushing the sad Mystic players out of the two Pokemon gyms they have
A great place to bring the family and get a quick lesson on the maple syrup.
Good variety of souvenirs, prices are about the same as other places. There is a 20% off coupon in one of the booklets in the hotels.
Nice staff but cheap products. Bag I bought ripped within 1 hour.
A great place for a souvenir. I bought a genuine Haida bear necklace. Loved it.
Love this place, there is a gentleman that does carvings there beautiful work
Great selection. Miss the glass blowing but looking forward to the new Maple Syrup display
Had to pickup some last minute gifts and was amazed to see many choices available to buy !!
Nice rest area (service area) with a food market and souvenir shop. During dusk you can catch some beautiful impressions and a colourful evening sky. There also is an Inukshuk (lifelike figures of stone which are unique to the Canadian Arctic). It's a picturesque place which invites you for a short break to pause and linger.
Do ask them for maple syrup tasting tour. They explain everything about the method of how Maple syrup is made and then you can taste 4 different types of syrup later . Enjoy yummy hot chocolate too for free ! ????
Good food excellent variety of Maple stuffs
We did the maple tasting tour. We received a free tour, and free mini pancakes, and free maple syrup samples. Maggie, our tour guide, was very informative, friendly, and funny. The maple syrup is made on location and is better value than anywhere else in Niagara.
Overpriced souvenirs and maple everything you can get for cheaper elsewhere. This place might appeal to American tourists who want some maple syrup or a plushy but if you’re Canadian I don’t see how this is appealing. You can get stuff from this store for cheaper anywhere else.
The place is beautiful very well put together the only issue I had is that one of the younger Food Service hey young man was taking the sandwiches out with his hands the food was good the fudge was great Emma maple syrup was fantastic
I was in today ( May 1st) to get food. There was a long long line of people waiting to check out with their food. The cashier was exceptional. There was one loud mouth guy and I didn't stay to see if he gave her a hard time but I sure hope he didn't. She held her head high and kept smiling. I don't know her name. She was tall, short hair and glasses. She was doing an awesome job and never flustered. Give this girl a raise!!!
Typical souvenir shop, just before you get to Niagara Falls. This plaza (The Hungry Moose) has three stores, one souvenir shop, one "food court", and a store based around maple syrup and assorted related products. Parking available, but not plentiful.
My family and I stopped here along a Niagara Falls tour. They have relatively good food and a large selection of souvenirs in the shop
Everything Canadian you could imagine!
Rather comprehensive souvenir store many items from Niagara Falls and Canada. Items for baby child a d adult. Clean available restrooms.
They got a sick glass blowing place where you can watch the guys create awesome things. Lots of little trinkets and souvenir stuff inside
Overrated and over priced. Rather drive the extra 10 minutes to Clifton Hill and you'll find exactly the same items at 30% less...in the excitement of Niagara Falls. Very disappointed.
It's a great rest stop with everything you need. Plenty of delicious food and drink options, and shopping. The staff is friendly, and my favorite..... the giant moose! ????
*Burp* Breakdown: Pros - Maple tasting, big clean open store, free tour, rockin' music. Fun statues to take pictures with outside. Cons - Lunch wasn't open when we visited. *burp*
I actually just stopped to take some beautiful pictures outside but it was closed inside. I'd like to go back when they are open to check everything out but got some pretty sweet pictures right out front.
I came to this place during my lil family vacation and if I may, I must tell you that the maple syrup tasting is so informational as well as delicious. I never knew maple ???? had so much history and reasoning behind it. I enjoyed myself and will be leaving with a suit case full of maple syrup hahaha
Because of covid 19 they did not have everything running but the maple testing with pancakes was great and loved the photo big fork, knife and stack of pancakes.
Mainly what you would expect from a souvenir store. High prices, with cute tourist trinkets.
Very quiet but off season... Such a great selection if canadiana faire
It's an interesting place. Lots of souvenirs left
I like tthis place. We can look at them while doing glass.
Beautiful shop, good maple products for purchase
Their penny smacher doesn't take pennies! Canada appearently doesn't have pennies anymore, and it cost a dollar. Way over priced!! Prices on other items weren't hateful! Worth the stop.
Felt like a tourist trap that we were dropped off at by our bus driver. A food place
For a souvenir store it's good. Had lots of maple flavor items and wine.
Super high prices, 150% higher than other stores. Food court was really over priced and very understaffed.
Very nice place to learn about maple syrup and the process of its production. We enjoyed the tour, a short video about maple syrup and maple syrup tasting! Highly recommend to visit this place!
Had everything a tourist would need when on a guided tour of Naigara. Clean toilets, food, free fudge and maple syrup samples.
New place with a lot of interesting things to see. Decoration is nice and the place feels like new. On the flip side: price! Oh my, it is so high! It's a typical tourist trap: everything is three times the price it should be.
Amazing experience. The best maple syrup I have tried and very reasonbly prices. Thank youfor the tour
A new tourist stop. Definitely worth a visit
Appears to have been renovated since I last visited this place in 2012.
Fun place to shop with photo opps!
Forced shopping area by tour package owners to tourists... Very costly and less collections
Great place to come and look around, walk near the gorge, grab some souvenirs, etc. Very well done renovations recently as well
Overpriced items. The outside has 2 places to do free pictures and it is the only redeeming quality of this place.
Good choice of souvenir, overpriced like everything in Niagara!!
Went for the tour, Amazing! It's the last Bastion for Ontario syrup. The only place you can get Maple In Canada without the Maple Mafia's hand in your pocket. Made fresh, and the Machine is setup for your viewing pleasure. So interesting and informative. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. I greatly enjoyed the tour, and loved sampling 3 Types of syrup. Dark for me❤️
Clean and tidy. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Prices are decent considering its Niagara Falls. Much better than Clifton Hill area. Awesome native art for sale!
4 stars for the easy and free parking. Forget the cheap quality overpriced souvenirs and bad food, just get the bus passes for the day or 2 and go enjoy Niagara falls.
The best gift shop around Niagara falls. Here you can sample maple syrup and fudge. They also have a very large food court.
They've consolidated a lot of stuff not as big as it used to be but still it very nice store
Brilliantx for gifts to bring home
Place is okay. Variety of items but more expensive.
Patty was great friendly staff. Great food.
Lots to check out and buy. Pretty much has all you can get an more. Even has glass blowing section.
Great for souvenir or just visit. Nice place. Nice selection
The food is good but expensive the souvenir shop is no different than any other souvenir shop in Niagara Falls
Good prices and a large selection of items.
Best souvenir shop on the Canadian side. Artists on the premises native aboriginal art and glass blowing. Great food. Most of all reasonable price.
A great place to shop. I liked the large variety of maple/ syrup products they sold. Especially, the dark maple syrup. We also had a fantastic tour from Maggie. she was very professional & knowledgeable about the products. She showed great …
Good selection and friendly, helpful staff. They give you a 20% off your total purchase coupon to offset their high prices. They have a cute barrel, fake Niagara photo spot.
Good selection, sales available which was good because some things were pricey compared to other shops. Staff were helpful but they seemed pulled in too many directions. Sufficient parking available.
I absolutely love this place! Brigitte just made our day today, she was so kind by explaining the maple syrup process and offered us a testing of the different maple syrup from Quebec and Ontario. This was the most pleasant experience! Don’t forget to stop by this place!
Many great souvenirs! Prices however are double!
The prices are a little more expensive for souvenirs than at the stores near the Niagara falls area . Still a nice place to go in it's a large store with many selections . The staff was very friendly and helpful .Nice photo opportunities outside of the store .
Nice clean new good food
The candy is awesome and we got some really cute pictures of a moose. The cafeteria is set up like a college or hospital. Not a fan.
GET THE FUDGE!!!! Absolutely amazing. My favourite souvenir store hands down in Niagara. So much selection and decent prices. Must stop for tourists.
Very large souvenir shop! Any plent of maple syrup....
Expensive but they have a lot of souvenirs, recommended.
Great place ,lots of items to choose from ,very neat and clean
Nowhere near the selection as they used to carry along with high prices make this a mediocre stop.
My friends and I did the maple syrup tasting with Tony. It was a very informative tour, he was great at explaining the processes and differences between various kinds of maple syrups. The different maple syrups we tasted as part of the tour were fantastic! This was a really fun group activity and I will definetly be bringing more friends and family along to do the tour again!
Not been in only stopped to take pics with the kids. Great area do have a family pic or fun pics
Nice place, there is even restaurant , where you can have some food, before reaching Niagara falls.
It's a very nice store but not the same as it was when they had the demonstration of glass making, its also annoying staff member following you around making sure you don't take anything.
Thoroughly enjoyed the free maple syrup tasting and mini tour! Lots of options for souvenirs and some photo ops
Ok by the time we got there some of the area's where closed. I'm sure it deserves greater then 3 stars. It's hard to do without a full experience.
Friendly Great Atmosphere !
Very nice place to shop. Good prices considering it is a tourist destination. A little crowded for the time we went there. We wish they had signage or something to indicate optimal viewing times for the glass blowing as the guy went on break pretty much as soon as we sat down to watch. And there is a lot of advertising for chocolate of the world which we wanted to see and shop at but apparently does not exist anymore
Souvenir side has welcoming and friendly staff.....food court is clean and we'll kept unfortunately the staff are slow and act like your a bother to them
Fun place. So many choices and unique items. Wonderful staff
Great shopping plaza that offers First Nations carvings, as well as the usual maple syrups & food stuffs, and accessories. The staff were very friendly!
Excellent maple syrup and chocolate. Free samples!
Good selection but typical tourist trap...
Absolutely stunning inside !! Renovations done beautifully. Great education on the process of the making maple syrup. Staff are very friendly and engaged in conversation which is nice for tourist !! My husband and I were/ are very pleased with this remarkable establishment we have been coming to the falls for 5 years as it's a Christmas gift from our children.
With the glassblowing gone, it's just another souvenir shop in Niagara falls area
Lots to choose from, try the maple syrup tasting with pancakes, its free
Good selection not bad price
Clean restrooms, souvenirs, food and more. Nice people!
Very nice place to visit. Extremely pricey
Maggie (Girl with red hair) made our visit very enjoyable. She was very friendly and informative. Thanks Maggie for taking our pictures too.
No deals expensive. More like a gift shop Very clean, looks new.
It is worth going 2 Niagara falls when nobody is there. U can really enjoy the quietness and the rush.
It was nice
I came to Canada to experience Canadian culture NOT TO HAVE MADE IN CHINA TRINKETS sold to me!! Here’s a idea Sell products MADE IN CANADA!!
Awesome souvenirs and gifts. Lots of sweets to buy. Food Court opens at 11am on weekdays.
I went there last month on a bus tour and didn't have time to buy the item that I fell in love with (ceramic maple leaf spoon rest). After a month of searching for similar items all over the internet, no luck. I finally decided to contact them directly. They sent me pictures of several choices and now they are finally in the mail. They couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. Wonderful store and people!
Couldn't figure out what i wanted with so many items there. But i did pick up something.
Nice place very kind workers had a lot of different stuff to buy
Not much in the way of niagara falls souvenirs Food is pricey
The tour was amazing and a must-do for all visitors to Niagra falls! The guide was super nice and comprehensively explained the process of maple collection to storage and the maple syrup samplers were amazing! Would love to visit again whenever I am in the region.
Great food court...lots of selections! Next door has souvenirs, maple syrup, chocolate...you name it! Prices are comparable to other stores in the area, but some are unique to this establishment.
Lots of things to choose from and the staff was very helpful and friendly
have to see the Indian Carver he is amazing
I liked the educational side of it with the process of how maple is made but prices are way tooo high and i understand that its a tourism area but a small bottle of syrup for the price for a meal. But very nice store. Didnt get to enjoy the cafe do to it being close when we got there around 4-5pm
Brigitte was so kind to talk to! She explained the whole maple syrup process soo well!
Not close to anything and nothing here you cant get at any souvenir shop in town
Nice place. over priced.
Very Nice
Nice place to eat and gift shop. Do try there maple syrup
Everyone in Canada must go at this place..so peacefull .
Typical tourist spot. Buses go there all the time. Make sure you get the coupon in every. Guide for Niagara falls. Prices are so-so.
One of my favorite souvenir stops in Niagra Falls. Love the moose!
Nice place to visit, but pricey. Found Maple Syrup $5 less at the Peace Bridge Duty-Free.
This place was pricey, especially when you can go to the mini shops closer to the falls. There you could find the same items for 2/3 or more off the prices at the headquarters. I was able to try a piece of fudge, which the man acted like he didn't want to give me a piece. It was mostly peanut butter and over prices for the quality. On the other hand the glass blowing show is definetly cool.
Love anything Maple!! The candy sampling was very pleasurable. Highly recommend a quick stop here.
Best fudge ever. I would drive back the 6 hours to get more.
Not bad prices souvenirs ..lots to choose from some nice hoodies and hats and more!
Very nice place. Almost mandatory technical stop on your way to Niagara falls, to refresh and arrive set and ready to appreciate the whole thing
Best place to buy souvenirs. Great but fast food. Try the Poutine!
We went there because several years ago, they'd sell fudge which was reasonably priced, but more importantly, tasted great. While the staff at the fudge counter were very friendly and helpful, the price is much more expensive than the stores in Niagara-on-the-Lake (you're better off going there). The taste wasn't nearly as good as it was in the past either. They used to have a glass blowing shop which was very interesting. Now they only have have your typical assortment of souvenirs. Nothing special. Not worth going there...can get everything you need from in town or Niagara-on-the-Lake.
For such a large building structure, there really is not much in terms of souvenirs. They are not priced better than stores in the mix of all the tourism and shopping. I was disappointed with their prices and vast amounts of unoccupied space.
