Great little tour of old film sets used in 2 previous productions filmed here....the tour guides Linda and Cat at Joe's Bar were both fantastic...a great spot for photo ops and we arrived early had a great breakfast in the tea room...the toutons and Partridge berry jam were to die for. Its one of Trinty areas best kept secrets that everyone should know about

Jaclyn Collett

Went snowshoeing out here this winter and was amazed by the beauty. Needs a bit of upkeep but it's a neat place to visit with a unique background

Beautiful site and a view into the early days of Europeans settling in Newfoundland.

(Translated) Impressive. (Original) Impressionnant.

The gift shop is a great place for great, local food, not fancy. The staff is wonderful and friendly. The site, although a movie set, was built to be historically of fishing villages of that period (early 1800s), giving you a feel of the harsh, isolated lives these people led.

Stentaford Snow

Pauline Duffy

Informative and very interesting. Inexpensive.... and so worth it for the information received!

Alan Steed

The tea room was close when we visited today so we didn't need to buy tickets to visit. We didn't go very far to British Harbor, just hanging out at Random Passage filming site would give you lots to explore. The bonuses are the blueberries and jellyfish by the dock!

Followed all the signs to get to the site only to find everything closed. It would be nice to either update your signs or remove them.

Took family here and got tour of the Random Passage site (CBC miniseries), Joe's Tavern (The Grand Seduction). Also ate at the Tea Room. The tour guide was great and included a lot of detail about the site, the movie / series and the period of time covered (by the miniseries). Kids enjoyed with little rocks and shells for visiting (as not geared to younger kids specifically)
