Very nice park! Full of all types of birds. The best time to go if you are looking for an array of birds is in the spring or early summer. If you want widgeons, in the middle of fall the wigeon migration stops here. Also you the park borders the Trans Canada Trail, and connects the Visitor Information Center/Craft Gallery to the Town of Sackville in various parts including downtown, by Mount Allison University, and the Downtown reign. If you are looking for a walk or just to stretch your legs this is a great place to go.

Accessible trails and boardwalks through multiple habitats for sighting a variety of birds or merely relaxing. Associated information centre has helpful and informative bulingual staff. Washrooms clean. Gift shop has locally crafted high quality merchandise.

With several well maintained trail pathways and raised boardwalks to use, this park is an excellent place to take relaxing walks. All narrow trails are now marked as one way for Covid Social Distancing rules. There are many varied types of birds to observe throughout the year. The boardwalks that go over the marsh are great for watching wild life. The current one way rules are silly, it's outside and there's plenty of space to pass by. It also means to do all the board walks your have to go around in circles.

Wonderful place, any time of year. The boardwalk makes for such a pleasant walk and accommodates strollers nicely. There are many different species of birds that can be observed so bring your binoculars if you have them. Careful if you bring your dog since there are various critters that may make your dog want to give chase.

Great little stop to enjoy some nature. It can be accessed via the nb visitor center parking lot. Note the map. They have parts of the trails limited to one direction for physical distancing. We saw birds frogs and some neat plants.

Nice scenic park for a relaxing walk and a chance to see some birds and frogs. The nearby roads/highway really didn't bother us. Even got to see a small muskrat beside the trail. There are clean bathrooms in the visitor centre, and a small gift shop if that's your kind of thing. Plenty of parking and picnic tables. Not sure what these negative reviewers were expecting. It's not a zoo, and it doesn't claim to be a hiking path. It's just a nice place to take a walk and maybe see some birds at the right time of day/year.

Beautiful walking trails and plenty of birds! Other walkers are friendly. A great way to get to downtown Sackville on foot, or just go for a leisurely stroll. Visitors can park at the Welcome Centre and Craft Gallery on Mallard Dr (right off the highway). Pick up a park map and other information about the town, the region and New Brunswick, or shop for unique local crafts.

This is a delightful little park to walk around. Lots of water fowl to see as you stroll along the paths. The paths also lead you just outside of the downtown area, so it's easy to grab a nice coffee and bite to eat just before or after entering the park. Great place to stretch your legs, as the park is located just off the highway.
