So many beautiful flowers. Also if you need to go to the potty. Bathrooms around the park arent your typical outhouse/port a potty. They Looks like a single bathroom. They're not gross and smelly.

The grounds have every living tree imaginable that can grow in the area. They are meticulously kept. In fact they have a poster with each planting and species one identified. Flower gardens are beautiful, again with familiar plants, hardy roses, etc. A MUST is to visit the chapel, which is a modern exact replica of a Scottish kirk. If you are lucky a docent will be there to happily provide the full and complete story. I found the experience educational and peaceful.

A beautiful, peaceful bit of heaven. I've been here with children and we've enjoyed exploring the extensive gardens, fish ponds and waterfront. I've also enjoyed the shady, leisurely drive through the gardens with seniors. The chapel is humbling, and quiet. Take a moment to visit it and speak with the greeter. The care, and craftsmanship that went into this structure is something to see. There is limited parking near the chapel, as well as restrooms. Services are held on Sundays during the summer months and all are welcome. As with all things done by the Irving family, this property and buildings are top quality, lovingly cared for, and generously free to the public. What a gift to the community.

This botanical garden is so beautiful with lots of flowers. The place is not so big. But adequate in size to make a memorable tour. I would thank the administration who are maintaining the place. This place is so beautiful! Its huge we only got explore a small bit of it in the Elizabethan Garden, so many beautiful flowers and my favorite lilliacs, you can walk down by the river find a place to sit and have a picnic and just explore. You could spend hours and hours here. The best it s all free which is shocking cause the upkeep must cost a great deal!

I've heard it compared to English gardens. Beautiful and peaceful. Excellent place for a nice stroll. Lilacs in spring are breathtaking. Love the pond. Can even drive through which is great when you only have a few minutes and for people with mobility issues.

Everything is so clean and some of the threes are gigantic and it makes everyone see what are the threes that grows here who can not love a beautiful walk in nature with the ones they love sometimes and with what's happening around the world is a happy feeling to be safe somewhere else than home cause it's big enough and safe enough to do so and it's a beautiful exercise for young and old

This place is beautiful. The grounds are expertly arranged and impeccably cared for. The Elizabethan garden in particular, is beautiful. There's a walking trail from here to the dunes in Bouctouche. I hope this place never changes. It's perfect.

This arboretum isn't on the scale of some paid botanical parks seen in larger centres, however it is also 100% free! The Irving family maintains these private grounds for limited public use. A distraction from the ruthless extraction of natural resources, and royalty abuse by the family, or true philanthropy? That's your call. I consider this arboretum a great spot for a peaceful walk or picnic, as opposed to an amazing botanical experience. Still glad we have it...

We really enjoyed touring this park as a family! It was wonderful to see the care and attention in the landscaping here. This is a great spot for a family picnic, or to bring a date. I highly recommend it for an afternoon out from Moncton. There are washroom facilities available. There are lots of places throughout the park to park your car and have a lunch. Great views of the gardens, trees, and flower beds.

Highly recommended. Drive along the one way trail and park anywhere. Walking trails are very easy, and there are picnic tables everywhere. Plenty of opportunities for bird watching, tree spotting, and for soaking up the fresh outdoors air.
