A year ago I will give it a 5*, unfortunately this season services have low their quality and change packages. I love the place as well as the concept and it's been 2 years in a row that I have the season pass. Before that I came a few times with my kid too. Schedule changes without any further notice (water playground which is supposed to close at 8pm was closing at 7.10pm today-25/07/19). New staff seem disorganized and not well informed or trained to know why the climbing wall is close or who's in charge during their shift... Staff looks busy chatting most of the time instead of being aware of their tasks; let's say a kid waiting to climb (unless it's close), kids waiting to tie their hook or they refuse kids (without the vip bracelet) at the arrows throwing cuz it's"close" too at 7.45pm while there's still natural light... I'd like to mention it's an awesome place for kids and family. I love the free make up stand you have this season it's a most but with daily complains, unwilling staff and changes that disadvantage customers and families with young kids (2h of adventure without any playground included) it's quickly gonna become un "attape touriste" and personally it's not gonna be worth my money. Please go back to the quality service you provide and the freshness and willing staff you had yet during winter season. Thank you

So it's very interesting for any age , you have different level do starting from 5 and up you can enjoy this activity , double diamond is very difficult even for adults. So it's sport and healthy activity but . I think that very expensive 40 box per child and its for 2 hours only ... So you are warned

A great place with great staff. I didn't catch everyone's name but I would say the entire staff were on point, meaning they answered all questions thoroughly and with a smile. The one person that did stand our was a young man I believe his name Guillermo. He absolutely loved his job and was able to take his time with each of the kids on the easy line. He could tell who was nervous and who were downright scared. He was able to erase all the nervousness from these little climbers. He helped both my kids ( 5yrs & 10yrs old ) and made them feel at ease. By the time my son's 2 hour limit was done he was a full blown monkey up there. I can't say enough good things about the staff and these guys are mostly teens or a bit older and they actually CARE & LOVE what they do. I will definitely be back with my little tribe

Fun for everyone. Kids who don't like aerial courses can go in the inflatable village, the cinema and try shooting a few arrows. The green and blue level aerial courses are great for kids 3-5. My daughter and her friends are 4-5 and they won't go home! Congestion on the aerial courses is expected on weekends despite there being a ton of crew members to help, all bilingual to my knowledge (English and French). If you end up waiting a while for people ahead to finish, you get time added to your bracelet (ex: 30mins) It is possible to buy the annual pass and substract the cost of a day ticket, if you plan to come back. Finally, the double black diamond looks deceptively easy but many people struggled (including myself). A good challenge. Be well rested, hydrated and get ready for a 30mins workout!

My 5 year old daughter loved this. It's a pretty amazing rope course with 3 different levels of difficulty. My daughter did the bottom two levels on her own and we just watched from the ground, which allowed us to keep tabs on my 3 year old son but did make us both pretty jealous of the fun our daughter was having. Dans les choses à améliorer: nous avions réservé mais lorsqu’on arrive sur le site, rien n’indique clairement où aller dans ce cas, alors nous avons fait la file un peu pour rien...mais nous étions chanceux il n’y avait pas énormément de monde en ce début septembre. Par contre en plein été j’ai l’impression qu’on peut attendre assez longtemps, donc venez le soir si possible c’est ouvert, ou le matin. L’autre truc est que certains s’aventurent dans les parcours difficiles, même très difficiles, et ils ne sont malheureusement pas à leur place...peut-être une mise en garde au moins devrait être effectuée par le préposé? Message aux parents aussi: si votre jeune n’est pas de niveau, peut-être seriez vous mieux de l’orienter vers un parcours plus adapté, au lieu d’y aller à tout prix, en lui disant « t’es capable! » Tous ont droit au plaisir, mais 2h ça passe très vite! On recommande c’est certain, en gérant nos attentes c’est toujours mieux. Aye! aye!

A bit overpriced I would say for younger kids that may not do all of the runs. Those that are brave enough to experience it all though will have a great time and the price is hence reasonable. The way it works is that you pay for access to all of the different runs. Younger kids who may be afraid of the harder runs will have limited options yet would still pay full price. Access to all the runs can be accomplished within about 2 hours but they could be done multiple times.

Was a great adventure, took us 3 hours to complete all stages. Double diamond is very hard and by the time we reached it were out of juice. Sometimes we waited 10-15 minutes, because kids didn't dare to go through on some sections.. there should be age restrictions, these kids were crying and were threatened by the challenge, don't think they take it as a positive memory. Take 25 cents with you to be able to ise the locker. Every time you open it takes 2x25 cents.

Surprisingly fun. While the entire venue is clearly marketed at kids it is lots of fun for adults. The challenges are good for most people, you are always connected to a safety harness so if you fall or are unable to complete the challenge you can always just rely on the harness to get you through it. Be sure to empty your pockets and watch out for children in front of you who look like they won't like the quest you're on. Remember there is no passing anyone since you're always connected to the same line so once you begin the only way out is forward.

I think it's easier for kids, or maybe I'm just out of shape!! Very fun. Did the 2 Hr. aerial course and managed to do all 3 of the hard courses: it was thrilling, and honestly exhausting. I got a great work out, and my 9 year old niece got challenged. In fact she wanted to quit multiple times and the team there managed to convince her to keep trying. Highly recommended. (Original post) DON'T GO IN THE FALL, OR ON A RAINY DAY, OR ANY DAY THEY MIGHT CLOSE STUFF WHENEVER THEY FEEL LIKE -I wanted to write about my family's experience at Voiles en Voiles yesterday, September 28. I was disappointed that several attractions were closed, when it does not say this on the website. It was a rainy day, and all but two of the bouncy castles/games were closed. I can understand this could be for safety reasons, but if this is the case, it should be mentioned on your website that in rain or due to weather, some attractions will be closed. The only thing that was said to be closed on your website was the carousel. Also, the one place that we could have gotten a bit dry, the movie, was closed. The employees said they shut it down as there was hardly anyone there, but this is unfair to us, who paid full price for the grand adventure. $50 + tax and service is alot to pay for a bunch of the attractions to be closed. With two adults and one child, I feel I was not given value for my money ($153!!!). If you are going to close things down in the fall or due to weather, you should offer a reduced price. Also, the ropes course, while fully open, lacked a lot of employees to help us. While there were several employees standing around, very few were actually at the various courses. I had to go looking for people to help us get attached several times. And the people who are supposed to help up on the ropes were nowhere to be found for the first half hour of our experience. I can understand that fall is less busy, especially on a rainy day, but if you plan to charge the same amount as the summer time, you should be prepared to offer the same services. Otherwise you should offer a discount price and let people know that several attractions could be shut down. We came from. Ottawa and were rather disappointed overall.

This place was fun! We happened to go on the hottest day ever so it was tough to fit much in before we were utterly exhausted. Not many places to hide in the shade here. There was one inflatable climber/sildde with water which helped the kids stay cool. It was dirty but thats to be expected..... my 7 year old enjoyed the suspension climbing and zip line. He would have been too scared on his own but daddy went with him and he did it! He loved it! The "easiest" level of all the levels was not that easy, that is my main reason for 4/5 stars. I was hoping there would have been some very basic wooden structures to climb for my 3.5 year old. Even the easiest level was quite advanced for him and he is an experienced play structure climber - ours has 3 levels! I think if all your kids are older/you go on a day thats not +39 and can do the bouncy castles more... then it would be a 5/5 experience. EXPENSIVE but worth it on a day when you could actually spend 4 hours outside.

I was surprised at the variety of the courses. They have courses going from green level to black diamond and one double black diamond which is a good challenge. It takes about 2 hours to do the courses so there isn't really a need to take the 4 hours block unless you want to spend a lot of time on the climbing wall or really take your time. Slightly pricey but right in the city with friendly staff and overall a lot of fun.

Nice place for kids with lots of energy. My 4 year old daughter liked bouncy ships. My 13th year old loved pirate ship with lots of jumping and climbing. Not cheap as two tickets were $55 CAD for one hour admission to bounce ships and two hour for pirate ship. Great location next to Old Montreal right on riverfront. No alcohol drinks sold in tiki bar. Kids getting their energy out is priceless!

We were only in Montreal for the day and wanted something fun for the kids. A friend recommended this aerial adventure park so we booked. It is definitely on the expensive side, no doubt about that. My kids are not fantastic with heights (ages 10 and almost 7) so they were both okay with the lowest level but the next one above, which looks about 10 feet up, my older one backed down almost straight away and the younger one did one walk across (shouting about it being 'torture' the whole time haha) and refused to do more. So we were initially pretty disappointed that we'd paid out all that money (we got the big adventure so it was about $120 for both kids for the four hours). Eventually we noticed there are a few zip lines, and the one at the middle level you don't have to actually traverse any heights to do it, you just go up the stairs and clip in, then clip out and go down the slide at the other end. Once they discovered that, they were happy, and went on it a lot. They also reluctantly agreed to try the climbing wall and did okay there. They liked the inflatables and even seemed to enjoy the 3D movie. The staff were lovely, really relaxed but professional, great with kids and made sure everyone was safe and happy as best they could. There are tons of different options for seating in the shade in the pirate ship area so even though it was insanely hot, like 32 feels like 42 the day we went, hubby and I sat in the shade with cool drinks and watched the kids go on the zip line etc. We didn't get tickets ourselves, we were there to watch, although hubby said he wished he'd booked in as it looked like a lot of fun and kids and adults alike were loving it. My advice to anyone considering is to be sure you are good with heights first, as if you can't cope, it might feel like a bit of a waste of money! If you have only little kids, you might be disappointed with the lack of shade in the seating area where the inflatables and carousel are, but the aerial park area was like an oasis, you could totally relax while the kids enjoy. Overall, as good an experience as possible for a family who aren't super into adrenaline sports!

Awesome place! They've recently implemented online reservations so the waits are way down. My kids loved it! If you don't want to participate you still have full access if you want to watch. You can go on the boats or help your kid on the 2 feet high course at no charge. The other courses can be tough, I recommend you be in moderate shape (I don't really exercise and I did the 35 feet course with some good effort and very sore muscles the next day). I really recommend bringing gloves with rubber grip, I brought a pair and I don't think I could've done the higher courses without them.

But the attendants wait and wait again before asking someone to help them get the child. And when they want to ask for help, they have no means of communication. They wave and try to ask other employees. And this, without too much vigor. And they don't want to leave their post. And during our visit (Thursday August 24, 4:15 p.m.), there seemed to be only one person on the site to pick up the frozen children! On our 2nd course, there was an attendant for 2 courses and she had to alternate between the two. Without obviously showing the slightest haste .... Another example: On the zipline route between the 2 boats, the attendant seemed to want people to wait as much as possible. He really had two fingers in his nose! He was waiting for the person who just went down the zip line to get off the cable completely and for the arrival attendant to be ready for "reception" before even lifting the rope to start tying someone else up. And that is if he was not talking with other employees! And when a little girl was frozen at the start, he turned his back on her for a good 3-4 minutes without any reaction. He didn't really care. His mother had to intervene before he decided to untie her! Truly a service that completely spoils a fantastic site. I don't think I will go back next year ... My 2 points are just for the site and the equipment. If you really want to go, don't take the 2 hour pass, you won't have time to do much. And be patient! (Original) Site fantastique, équipements fantastiques, mais là où le bat blesse, c'est au niveau des employés. C'était ma deuxième visite en deux ans, et j'ai eu cette même expérience. 3 parcours en 2 heures! Car on attend toujours. Et les préposés aux parcours semblent se foutre complètement de nous et ne pense qu'a finir leur journée de travail au plus vite! Il y a souvent des enfants qui restent bloqué par peur. Mais les préposés attendent et attendent encore avant de demander l'aide de quelqu'un pour aller chercher l'enfant. Et quand ils veulent demander de l'aide, ils n'ont pas de moyen de communication. Il font des signes et tente de demander à d'autres employés. Et ce, sans trop de vigueur. Et il ne veulent pas quitter leur poste. Et lors de notre visite (jeudi 24 aout, 16h15), il semblait n'y avoir qu'une seule personne sur le site pour aller chercher les enfants figés! Sur notre 2e parcours, il y avait une préposé pour 2 parcours et elle devait alterner entre les deux. Sans évidemment montrer la moindre hâte.... Autre exemple: Sur le parcours de la tyrolienne entre les 2 bateaux, le préposé semblait vouloir que les gens attendent le plus possible. Il avait vraiment les deux doigts dans le nez! Il attendait que la personne qui vient de descendre la tyrolienne est complètement descendu du câble et que le préposé à l'arrivé soit prêt à la "réception" avant même de lever la corde pour commencer à attacher quelqu'un d'autre. Et ça c'est s'il n'était pas en train de parler avec d'autre employés! Et quand une petite fille est resté figé sur le départ, il lui a tourné le dos pendant un bon 3-4 minutes sans aucune réaction. Il s'en foutait complètement. Il a fallu que sa mère intervienne pour qu'il se décide à la détacher! Vraiment un service qui vient complètement gâcher un site fantastique. Je ne crois pas que je vais y retourner l'an prochain... Mes 2 points sont juste pour le site et les équipements. Si vous voulez vraiment y aller, ne prenez pas le forfait de 2h, vous n'aurez pas le temps de faire grand chose. Et armez-vous de patience!

We thought we'd start with the "black diamond", but were encouraged to start with "medium" difficulty instead. We went to the bouncy castle ground play area. But for a summer activity there is really no effort made to create shade for the parents or a cool-down area for kids. It was very hot and the children got quickly overheated in the hot plastic rooms. We were only able to stay for about 1/2 hr. Excellent place to spend 4 hours with the kids. I'd recomment the full 4 hours as 2 is just not enough to explore for kids over 7. Our 5 year old loved the easy course bit was scared on the easy course in the air. Our 8 year old was fearless but got stuck in a couple areas. The workers are excellent here helping out and providing safety instruction at the beginning and at the start of each course. If you have children in similar ranges I'd recommend buying the family pass if your child wants to do the higher courses so you can go with them if they get stuck. Go for the first time in the morning or early afternoon as it gets packed at 11am. Initially I didnt buy it but an hour in I purchased a two hour pass for my wife to help the girls get through the transitions. Our 5 year old loved bounce houses on site but got the expected slide burn but they have first aid on site who were professional and amazing. Overall a great family experiance, highly recommended.

AMAZING!!! We (3 adults) had the best time in the aerial park, starting in the easy loops and then making our way to the most difficult (double diamond) one. The challenges are well designed and intertwined, safe yet quite taxing physically at the higher levels. Clearly made by people who know what they're doing! Special mention also to the employees who are super friendly and helpful without ever getting in the way of what is essentially a giant playground. My son had an amazing time a here, we loved that there were different levels and each level had different obstacles. Staff were friendly and ensured safety. I saw a few kids get stuck and the staff were there to help them and guide them through. Only small issue is that, due to Covid and social distancing, you sometimes have to wait awhile before you can move but better to be safe...just keep that in mind if you are trying to manage time.

The staff was all very good and the ropeswere very good. Would rate the main experience very good but Near the end my son was playing on the bouncy castle slides and caught his foot on a rip in the slide that looks like it had been there for a while. Shortly after they shutdown the bouncy castle. While the people were really good, the first aid supplies were lacking. They came with a popcorn bag filled with ice when they should have had proper ice packs. The low stars is only because the bouncy house was an accident waiting to happen and the first aid supplies we lacking for a place that would be prone to people getting cuts and bruises.

My eight year old son loved this place. It's quite pricey but worth the cost. I was able to sit and catch up on emails as he navigated through the park. I got him the 2 hour slot, but he definitely could've stayed longer, and would've been happy to do so. There's a great bouncy castle as well, so lots of variety. I wouldn't recommend this park for anyone with a fear of heights though as I imagined they'd feel quite limited here. In terms of food, they had two different on site spots to buy food and drink, as well as a water fountain by the bathrooms.

Had a great time with my family. Our son is 8 and he enjoyed himself. The courses had varying degrees of difficulties. We are a very fit family all around. I could see how this would be difficult for some that are less fit. There was no a lot of instruction as others have stated but we did not find it necessary. It's a ropes course and not much to it. They have staff that will come to help you if you were to get stuck. The courses themselves were fun and offered a lot of variety. There were a few zip lines mixed in which are always fun as well. They have inexpensive locker rentals to store your bags/purses which is also helpful. You don't want to be carrying much of anything while you're doing the courses. Also, as others have stated, good athletic shoes are a big plus. Gloves would also be nice as your hands get tired and dry. We did 2 hours and found it was plenty of time for us. It was busy also being a Saturday with nice weather. Would highly recommend if you have active children and enjoy outdoor activities. We bought our tickets online and were able to walk right up to the check-in counter which also saved time. They don't start your paid time until your harnessed up and ready.

This review is specifically for the bouncy house section. We were looking forward to going back this year - our first time was in September 2020 when little dude was 3 years old. We figured we'd have an even better time with covid rules slacking. The staff was basically getting paid to tan. No supervision whatsoever! Everyone was in their shoes which was quite dangerous for falls. They were not capping the bouncy houses to their prescribed limits for safety (max of 6 - they were at least 17 at a time going up the stairs, and overtaking each other). The carousel was broken with no warning to little kids who love it.. Not on their website, nor at the entrance. The staff was definitely lacking motivation and management. Even when approached with these concerns they would shrug or simply giggle. It was not at all a good experience. There would be potential though - if they hired the right people.

I'm rating this place two stars because of the serious safety concerns I have, especially in emergencies (which my dad and I very nearly had, and I won't explain what happened). The overall structure of the course isn't very sound, and the only points to leave and enter courses is at the start and the end, meaning if someone needs to come down for whatever reason, they have to finish the course. The staff aren't exactly helpful, and all of them were stationed at the start or end of each course or at the front desk, with none looking up at the course to see if anyone needs help. If you fall on a harder obstacle, it's very difficult to get back up to the point where it's unsafe, especially near the end of the obstacles. That said, if you do come here, try to avoid the hardest course, as that is where I found most of these concerns. This place genuinely has potential, but some things need to be done to address these issues before I would recommend this place.

My sons, ages 6 and 9, and I had an awesome experience at the voiles en voiles. This is definitely an activity worth doing and I Hope is here to stay. The only reason I’m giving this a 4 star is that although many of the staff were friendly and helpful, some need to seriously improve their level of enthousiasme when dealing with customers. Particularly, the welcoming staff at the door who check your reservation and hand out your gear need to be more enthusiastic, welcoming, smiling and engaging. Over all we had a great time and I highly recommend it. Small bit of advice, it’s very important to wear proper running shoes, nothing loose fitting or open toed. Have fun!

My 4 year old daughter and friends went to Voiles en Voiles yesterday and had an amazing time! The staff was super with my daughter and her 7 year old little friend. The two little girls were scared at times and the staff came right away to help them and were extremely encouraging and very kind and patient. I was SO impressed!! We had a great time! Ordered tickets online in advance and check in and harness set up was easy. Fun for all ages and levels, lots of variety and challenge, as much as you want to take on! The staff were helpful and of great assistance when my boy decided he could not continue further on one of the courses. Philip was our rescuer and he couldn't be kinder - thank you! I felt it is incredibly safe, and a nice way to spend a family day outdoors.

Great activities for kids teenagers and adults all in the same place. We were 2 adults who brought 3 kids each between the age of 5 up to 11. They all had lots of fun. The staff team was amazingly nice. Young with lots of energy they made us feel welcomed and motivated the kids to try their activities. The instructions were giving to the kids adequately. When one of kid got stuck because he had a panic attack immediately a staff member went up to help. They do this automatically as soon as they see someone too shaky. Quality of experience is totally dependent on your bravery, how busy it is and appropriateness of the skill level for the child. Went during an evening (Saturday 7:30) and traffic was fairly light. Our children were able to get all the exercise and thrills they wanted. That experience was a 10 out of 5, even in a light rain. The next day (Sunday) we went back at 4:30 and it was too busy. During a 2 hour stay our timid child only got on 3 or 4 courses and about 4 zip-lines because the green and blue courses were so busy. That was a lot of waiting. Facility needs to control how many customers it admits during peak times, add lower height courses for the young and timid customers, restrict kids under 8 to green courses or force them to graduate through the courses. Wear proper footwear and gloves if you want to protect your hands from blisters. We did not bother with the inflatables. Great location and staff. Prices were fair if you go off-peak (morning or evening)

Partout ailleurs c'est recommandé... je ne comprends pas que Voiles en Voiles n'avise pas sa clientèle lors de la réservation de billets... Moi j'ai l'expérience alors je le sais ! Et ma fille et moi étions bien contentes de porter nos gants. Pas de blessure aux mains ! Je n'ai vu personne d'autre sur le parcours porter des gants, mais j'entendais des gens parler d'ampoules aux mains. Évidemment!

Un peu plus tard, c'est l'accès au mur de l'escalade qui n'est pas ouvert et finalement au moment de se diriger vers les jeux gonflables vers midi, malheureusement les jeux ne sont pas encore ouverts. Difficile de profiter de notre expérience quand nous devons demander d'ouvrir la caisse, le mur d'escalade et les jeux gonflables et d'attendre que le personnel s'exécute. Finalement après avoir mentionné que notre temps s'écoule et qu'on devrait avoir accès aux jeux gonflables , une employée s'active à la tâche mais il n'y en aura que 4 sur 7 qui seront fonctionnels .... mais encore! Surprise, car on se retrouve les pieds complètement mouillés. Un employé nous dit sur un ton affable mais très anodin que les jeux ont été lavés hier et qu'ils n'ont pas eu le temps de les essuyer. Si le personnel attitré à la préparation du site était plus conscientisé à l'importance de leurs tâches, je dirais l'expérience en vaut le coup. On nous explique bien la marche à suivre pour faire les parcours aériens mais encore faut-il que tout soit fonctionnel plus d'une heure après l'ouverture. Dommage car les parcours et les jeux sont intéressants.

I am giving it a two stars because the staff were very nice but the place was very run down, to much money for the experience. the bouncy castle was very unsafe as it was broken in a spot my child got stuck and it had Radom holes in it that a child’s foot could easily go through. They should just get rid of the bouncy castles the one with water they left the hose sitting in it running so kids were spraying other kids and the water was disgusting. Was not being monitored what so ever, it looks a lot better on the internet.

Great to have this in the heart of the city, no need to get out of town. It’s a great concept and well executed. Lots of fun for everyone. There was a little confusion around ‘table assignment’. We were apparently assigned a table and no one told us about it, but no big deal in the end, just a bit confusion. One bit of critique though: I didn’t feel the mostly teenage staff was attentive the kids that were having trouble and wound up somewhat distressed. These parcours can push your limits, and kids regularly bite more than they can chew. A bit of attention/support or cheerleading from the staff, like you get at summer camps and things like that, would be welcome and could turn these challenging experiences into positive/memorable ones. Maybe assign the more natural ‘cheerleader’ types to harder parcours?

Employees can always come and help the child, but perhaps checking with them on the level of difficulty of the course or the types of test could avoid unpleasant surprises! The only negative point I would have to mention would be the great exposure to the sun. I went on a very sunny day, around 32 degrees, and the courses are always in full sun, so it was very, very hot. But overall, we recommend this activity for its originality and good organization. Le personnel est très sympathique et s'assure à chaque fin de parcours que tout s'est bien déroulé. J'ai vu plusieurs jeunes enfants réaliser certains parcours en hauteur, et dans certain cas ça se passait très bien, mais à quelques reprises j'ai vu des enfants pleurer parce qu'ils avaient trop peur pour faire certaines épreuves et n'étaient plus capable d'avancer. Les employés peuvent toujours venir aider l'enfant, mais peut-être qu'une vérification auprès d'eux sur le niveau de difficulté du parcours ou les types d'épreuve pourrait éviter de mauvaises surprises! Le seul point négatif que j'aurais à mentionner serait la grande exposition au soleil. J'y suis allée une journée très ensoleillée, environ 32 degrés, et les parcours sont toujours en plein soleil, donc nous avons eu très très chaud. Mais dans l'ensemble, nous recommandons cette activité pour son originalité et sa bonne organisation.

This place is amazing. Great for a date. Perfect for those with families. If your kiddos are too little they have an inflatable area just for them that’s a fraction of the cost. Kids loved it. Adults were ok with the experience but really it's more for kids. You need to wear a mask, even outdoors, so in the heat it was a bit uncomfortable. That being said, there were many kids who did not follow social distancing and would come on the same platform as you, (tiny) so maybe that's why masks were required. Policing the kids to social distance (we were told not to get close or share a platform) would be a better idea.

Went for the two hour climbing experience, and let me tell you that was the perfect amount of time. It is a great workout and I couldn’t have gone any longer - my arms had turned to noodles by the end. It is a fun and challenging activity for an adult, so absolutely don’t think of it as a kids only activity. Good range of heights and difficulty levels. Once in a while had to wait on staff to hook/unhook you, but overall ran smooth. Would be nice if they had a water fountain - there was a jug to refill your water bottle from (which was absolutely appreciated) but it was pretty warm water. Would definitely go back!

Great, compact ropes course. My family and I enjoyed the courses along with the village of bouncy castles. Most of the obstacles were quite easy except for on the most difficult course. They did have a skateboard in the sky which was nice. There was one glaring issue which involved a child who was petrified with fear of heights stopping twenty guests on a course for over 30 minutes. The parent was useless and oblivious to the fact that his child stopped the others in 42C heat and sun from continuing. My wife had to taken down off the course for heat stroke because of this. There was no first aid or cooling station at this place. If your child is afraid of heights, do everyone a favour and STAY AWAY from rope courses.

Nice concept and three different difficulty level courses. However, lack of instruction, signs and procedures. Safety was a big issue for me. There are lot of places they can pad up to reduce injuries. They make you sign the waiver and have no responsibility. Also, for 2 hours I bought for myself, I spent most of my time waiting in lines. So i did find it expensive considering only 3 out of 8 courses I was able to go on.

There was a LOT of staff and it almost seemed like they we’re just hanging out with friends rather than working. Some were very nice and helpful, but I can’t say that I was super impressed with the staff (nor mask wearing by staff). Also, if you’re not allowed to go through the obstacle courses with a bag, you shouldn’t have to pay extra for the lockers (a little ridiculous). Otherwise, the place is lots of fun. Lots of fun but SUCH A LONG WAIT both to get in and to do a course. We went for an hour and a half before our flight home - we waited 20 min to get in, 30 min to do the first recommended “Green” course. Then got trapped behind several small children (who of course need to do the Green course) so there was A LOT of waiting. If your an adult, I recommend you skip Green courses and go straight to blue or black.

It's lots of fun but can get really busy with long lineups. Especially if there are a lot of small children doing the obstacles before you. Lots of fun for the whole family (parents plus kids aged 7, 5, and 5). Loves the different levels of ropes courses. Was well-organized for the most part; and SAFE. My only wish is that they had a little more info on the website about food options, especially since we were planning on going for the 4 hour ticket. Basically Voiles en Voiles is in the heart of the touristy area, so there are vendors just outside the park nearby at the waterfront (within a 30 second walk). And it’s perfectly fine to go out and bring food back in. Or, you can even bring your own stuff, as I saw some families do. They have many picnic tables which is wonderful. There are beverages available inside the park. And there is a water fountain next to the bathrooms. Loved the bouncy house area too; especially the water ones. Nice and refreshing after a few hours on the ropes! I recommend making reservations online and trying to get the first time slot if possible; as the lines are quite slow going once it gets crowded . But if you can’t get the first slot; you’ll still be fine. We went at 11:15. Waited on line for 1-2 courses; but had NO wait in the others. It’s an expensive activity , but worth it! Went during March break during their winter fun. They didn't have any snacks at the booth as advertised other than hot chocolate, no marshmallows, small cup size, was over $3- it did taste good. The employees were swapping places and the new guy didn't know how to use the interac machine and had no idea where anything was, I had to show him myself. It was very wet with huge puddles around, making the buggies difficult to pedal. Perhaps if the old Port would keep the area cleared, it would have been more pleasant. the archery on the pirate ship was fun. The sliding hill was very small but the kids liked it.

Incredible adventurous activity! My 6 year old had the time of his life. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely return!!

It was awesome. We bought a family deal which included aerial activities, inflatable activities for kids, archery, 3d movie, escape room etc. I was glad we were able to give this experience to my toddler. We all enjoyed, for the next time i make sure i have atleast 5 hours to spend there.

(Original) Notre fils a fêté ses 14 ans à Voiles en Voiles aujourd’hui et c’était juste génial! L’organisation était parfaitement rôdé, tout était à notre disposition, le gâteau, les slushs et la piñata sont arrivés dès que nous les avons souhaité. En même temps tout était cool, nous n’avons jamais été pressés et en fin de journée, nous avons pu discuter avec les parents de nos jeunes invités sans que l’on ne nous chasse. Et tout cela dans le respect des gestes barrières mais avec une ambiance géniale! Un immense merci Voiles en Voiles, vous êtes formidables!

It’s just not worth the money. Very badly organised, lots of queueing ie, 40 mins wait to get on and that’s after you’ve queued to get your harness on. Add to that kids screaming because they haven’t been properly trained and find themselves stranded, adults crying because they haven’t been adequately trained and can’t get to their kids... well, this was NOT a nice day out or value for money. We looked for a manager. The place is ran by teenagers.
