You win or you lose, but you're sure to have a good time solo or with friends. Drinks are a decent price and there is a wide variety of game choices. The restaurant is procey, but who cares, its delicious. Easy access to Uber/Taxis and Free Parking and it's Wheelchair accessible. Good place to spend time and play games.

They wouldn't let me take my bag in the casino, even after I told them it was my medical equipment. They wanted me to leave it with their people who where checking coats. I ended up leaving before even entering because I don't go anywhere without my meds and I have too many to put in pockets. This should be illegal, its medical equipment. I would have been happy to allow them to search my bag. Hell I even offered it. Worst casino I have ever been to. In the USA I wouldn't have had a problem, considering that its medical equipment.

Huge casino, free sodas, tons of machines. The place is so big, we didn't even see the tables before we cashed out. Staff and floor managers are friendly, and the place is super clean.

It looks amazing and so renovated. I went during covid and I’ve never seen a place who respect sanity rules more than this place. It is extraordinary how everything changed because of covid and there’s a lot of staff always there to help you. However I think it’s lacking a mini bar that would go everywhere in the casino

A 5 floor stylish Casino containing everything to satisfy the gamblers desires. Live music, a bar on every level with restaurants on the top floor. Slots to card tables, a virtual horse racing, complementary self serve café and soda stations. Great night had a lot of fun.

Pretty good place. Dealers are bilingual and willing to take the time and explain the game to you, time permitting. Good range of slot machine, tables another ways to test your luck! There are a couple of bars, one with a small dance floor, and one that is a lounge style.

Very good for parking as it is free and spacious. Covid measures well respected and many floors to try out. It's mainly older people so don't expect as wild night out if you are younger. Overall its a nice casino.

Definitely not a world class establishment but it's nice. It feels closed in and confusing. The drive there is pretty and the views from the restaurants are nice. We saw pretty good live music. Nothing extraordinary but nothing to complain about either. I actually won some money one time lol

Too expensive compared to other casinos and the constant climbing stairs situations is annoying too. But it is a beautiful building with a gorgeous outside. We rode our bikes there and it was well worth the bike ride over the bridge and around the racetrack.

We were in the park and there was not much to do, so decided to go to the casino. It’s all modified because of Covid, but there’s no clear signs and no signs in English. Restaurant/bar ia closed, so it’s not really fun. Staff is really rude, not welcoming to tourists at all. Completely waste of time!

Free hot and cold fountain drinks are always a bonus. Shuttles to metro station every 5-10 mins from the casino. Music performance, table game, slot machines and restaurants. What more do I have to say?

I lost 10$ playing roulette. It was smaller than I thought it would be. There's not enough parking. I was expecting more tables but it's mostly just machines. There's free coffee and soft drinks, that's was the only good thing about the place.

Had a nice evening here, there is multiple floors filled with slotmachines. There are also a lot of tables for blackjack, roulette and more tablegames. The staff was very friendly and teached me the game I didn't know step by step. Made it fun to try out something new. Drinks at the bar weren't too expensive either.

Love this place with all my heart but my star rating today reflects CURRENT feelings I have: Totally appreciate it being open for us during during this never-ending pandemic, but this whole "4 seat per baccarat table" covid rule going on right now could URGENTLY use some optimizations in terms of giving people a chance to play and not have to run around 4 tables hoping someone decides to eventually get fed up and leave their seats.. but usually im there from 9 am and 2 pm comes along and I'm still waiting for a seat.. very unfair

Last night I was at the Montreal casino and I had a really bad night and I experience really bad service from someone who called himself highest manager in the floor,I was playing roulette on the machine and after about 30min of playing the machine didnot response to my betting and bet all my money 159$ at once and I lost all my money,I called the agent and he explained the situation to his manager and told him that the machine has problem but unfortunately he was very rude and didn’t accept it and told me this is your problem and Casio is not responsible for your betting and I couldn’t do anything for you and I am the highest manager and there is no one else you can talk to.I really disappointed because after playing for 4 years at Casino Montréal as privilege plus member this was first time that I needed assistance from customer service.Be careful about where you play!!

We used to go here a lot because it was close to home, has clean air, unlike casinos in Vegas. Has a general happy vibe (except when occasionally see someone go over their gambling budget). Music and dancing in the main floor and restaurants with nice views at the top floor. And spacious free parking. However when overcrowded such during the new year festivities, it might worth parking in one of the exterior parking lots and taking one if the shuttles.

With only 250 people allowed into the ENTIRE building, they have too many detours to get to your zone. wont allow you to use elevators even when i told them i had a broken arm. cleaning is good. no need to do so much walking and using stairs and escalators when there are SO MANY employees around who could clean an elevator after each use. love the casino but wont go back for long time. will stick to local pubs to play or The Playground casino in Kanawake.

This is an amazing casino, definitely a must visit place for those who are visiting Montreal. Just given its sheer size, I had my doubts about the service but I was completely wrong. The staff and service was just amazing. The bartenders knew what they were doing, they were very attentive, I never had to repeat my order. The staff working at the tables was out if this world, really made us feel at home. They have a lot of slot machines, both new and old style, something for everyone and entry of blackjack and poker tables. Overall it was an amazing experience, and we'll definitely be back again.

Since the reopening , it's horrible. EVERYTHING is separated with plexiglas ,1/4 of the machines are operating and game tables as well . You cant even play with comfort because mask mandate is obligatory at all time EVEN WHEN SEATED ! All restaurants are closed . At this point it's abuse and they should have stayed closed . I rated it ONE STAR because i cant go any lower.

Great place to lose some money if you get greedy. It’s a fun place and you can enjoy simple to complex betting. The entry is free and soft drinks and coffee are complimentary. The ambience inside is fantastic.

The covid measures currently in place at the casino makes going there an utter nuisance now. The upbeat atmosphere once common there has been replaced with an ambiance that best resembles a hospital waiting room. After you pass through a minimum of 3 checkpoints, you'll have access to only one of the six gaming locations. Each gaming location has different slot machines and if you dont like the one's in the section you chose, your only recourse is to make another reservation for a different section and hope that there places left. There are very few live table games now. The bars are closed. There's no live music. The mood on the floor was pretty somber. Only some of the slot machines are running and the limited selection has people lining up to wait for a machine to free up. On a positive note, the staff was polite and professional. I got the sense that many of them empathized with the frustration some of the attendees obviously felt. I observed that the morale of the staff appeared lower than usual. Considering half of their colleagues were recently laid off, I suppose it's pretty understandable that this would have an impact on the general mood of the employees. I would recommend avoiding the casino until they adapt their measures to include some of the fun that one is supposed to have when they go out. It's just not that much fun anymore. Too much of an ordeal, in my humble view. If you do go, good luck!

Only down part is that the casino does not have proper parking lots so we had to back off site on a dirt parking and take a bus but besides that they really animated the casino with the new renovations. Side note my last visit to the Montreal casino was over ten years ago.

Amazing place if you want a Saturday out, or just a lazy afternoon using the money burning a hole in your pocket. I would avoid during new years eve and Saturday nights with events. The parking is closed off so they reroute you to another open lot where they make you take a shuttle service. Only thing that frustrates me is, if you close off the indoor / outdoor parking and reroute people, and your valet is still open.. why not inform people directing traffic in? I came yesterday and the staff that was directing traffic to the other lot was so annoyed they just kept pushing cars through until i found one young gentleman that made time for me to radio in to see if the valet was open. Circled around AGAIN. Maybe better communicate with your outdoor staff? Other then that, love the casino. Beautiful.

It's a Casino! It has a really nice concert hall where my lady and I watched a show, had a drink and afterwards we went and won some money at different one arm bandit type games. I wanted to play Blackjack but they didn't have a straight-up blackjack table so I wasn't interested in the other games. The good thing is that you can spend an evening there and never spend a cent while enjoying all the free entertainment and gratuities. Coffee or tea, soft-drink or juices are all complementary at self-serve areas. If you want a beer, glass of wine or a drink, you pay for it.

Good ambiance for people who likes crowdy places, got some musics and a lot of light. You can find every age of people there, from young to old. However, be careful about others, sometime they can have issues in their head. One lady left her spot in one of the gambling machine so I took it since there was no other spot available, she comes back later on yelling it's "her" spot, didn't want to argue so I just left (I had no credits left either way).

Canelloni and coconut cake and chocolate pudding were my favorite desserts ! A LOT of games and machines! Live music, all in all nice atmosphere! The ONLY bad thing and it is not their fault i guess, but you simply cannot get an Uber to leave. The app showed 2.5 x the fare and we simply could not find any Uber at all. And had to wait in line for like 45 minutes for cabs to show up!Again maybe not the Casino's fault but it just kind of ruined a bit the experience at the end. Stylish architecture from Montreal's EXPO 67 turned into Las Vegas-style casino. Worth a visit, even if just for the restaurants on the top floor. Pro tip: the Buffet lounge has the best view of the Montreal skyline. Casino action is just like Vegas, minus cigarette smoke. Crowd varies between retired folk blowing retirement all the way to hipster having a night on the town (or, even a weekend afternoon). Parking is free! (Although, that should be expected.) Staff is friendly and bilingual. Strongly recommended for adults 21+.

Their COVID measures make sense, but the implementation isn’t great. You need to make an appointment first, then wait a long time at the entrance for them to confirm your appointment, and of course you have people there without appointments — so if you’re stuck behind one (or four, in our case) you’d wait for a good 20-25 mins to get in. The self-serve beverage areas are often closed for cleaning, it’s almost like they’re closed more often than open. They put up walls at some places to avoid overcrowding but they make the place seem more crowded and claustrophobic— two things you don’t want at a casino.

Took the metro across the river then walked the F1 track down to the Casino. The casino it's self is very impressive! Very modern inside and not your typical casino with high ceilings and no windows. This one has lower ceilings and windows to see outside. The staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming and had no issues speaking to us in English. Lots of different options for games. We had a great time there.

It was okay. Been to much better casinos. It is way too crowded and way too many slots just jammed in every corner and hallway. Not enough tables for black jack or roulette. I was also disappointed with the minimums. Lowest table I could find was $15 min. They need at least 4 more blackjack tables with at least a couple $10 min maybe a $5. Parking was also a major issue. We had to park like 4 km away and take a shuttle cause the parking lot was full. Beer was $10.75 too which is a rip off. No sports betting or sports bar really. I would recommend Niagara casinos over this. Much larger more tables with lower minimums, more to do in the immediate area, cheaper drinks and free food sometimes if you play at a table long enough.

I have been in casinos in Las Vegas before so I knew kind of what to expect. I was wrong. It was totally different from Vegas. The biggest one is that it's a smoke free environment. My wife and I noticed it because the air was clean. I was really amazed at that because it felt so nice. Of course they had all the slot machines and tables. Parking was kind of crazy because of it being a weekend but they had little shuttles to help people out which was nice. The parking was free which was cool. Fun place. Architectural very neat and a Close cab ride from downtown. However not a fan of the the people just hanging around kinda sketchy looking and the overly loud groups of younger males being belligerent some literally running around screaming. Security was unnoticed. The bar service was 50/50 some bartenders where professional and quick others couldn’t be bothered to serve you. All in all it’s a casino serving booze and was still fun.

When i lost my wallet, i was certain it would never be seen again. I went to security to check to see if they had seen it, and instead of brushing me off, they helped me retrace my steps, tracked where i may have lost it on camera, etc. when we still couldn’t find it, they opened up a case and continued to search after i had left. The next day they called and it had been found. Definitely more help than i would have expected. The casino was good, but the services there are even better.

There is no fun in going their anymore. The employees are insouciant and indifferent to personal care's. The server is never on the floor, you have to search for him if you need a cup of water. If you want to have a breather outside, you get 15min. You'll feel as if you're trapped within the building. Oh, and if it's your first trip to the casino, you'll have the most obnoxious stays. For instance, their is no instruction for new procedure's due to covid. If you want to play, you have to sign up on a table and wait for your turn. No one tells you that and they get mad if you don't do it. Tell us what to expect! Do not go their during the pandemic, there is no fun in it. You'll feel restricted and resentful. No freedom at all!

The Montreal Casino has been built over the french exhibit of the expo 67. The casino houses tons of games, exquisite restaurants including the new Joël Robuchon's L'Atelier similar to the ones in Las Vegas. It also features le Montrealais Steakhouse that overs a beautiful 360 panoramic view of the city and the Island. There is also multiple bars, themed events and a recently renovated show venue called the Cabaret. We were there for the launch of the Oyster Mania festival and had an absolutely great time. Also as in most casino Valet parking is free !

Have gone recently since covid restrictions have become less strict. Beautiful architecture and everything is generally pretty clean. Always great customer service. New electronic machines (single player blackjack for example) have been introduced so less actual possibility of playing games you wanted to and would have to wait. Noticed little to no hand sanitizers set up and pretty much zero cleaning being done on machines between people. We reserved a time slot to go in but never had to leave so I have a hard time believing they were following the rules of the amount of people allowed to be inside because it was packed!

Polite and friendly staff. Only one table of Spanish 21 at $25 min bet. But you can find blackjack for $10 a hand. It's not the US so don't expect free drinks at the table games or slots. Same proce as the bar. Great time none the less.

It’s boring compared to before. Reasons being, only old people play on machines so they’re always empty. The fun is at the tables. And they are all taken and seats are separated by glass. Due to COVID related capacity restrictions, the other tables were left empty and unattended. We didn’t even have the chance to play as the only few tables available were taken by the same dozen people all night. They introduced automated machines to take the employees out of the game and isolate people by 1 by each machine. I find that this takes the charm out of the Casino. The bar is overpacked, we weren’t given seats to drink and without seats, we are not allowed to drink. Finally after being seated 1 hour later, the drinks were very mediocre. It used to be a lot more fun, but with COVID restrictions, I don’t blame them.

This casino is huge!!! The biggest I've ever seen, with five floors of gambling!!! We went on a night where they were giving a million dollars away through a draw, so it was a huge party atmosphere in the main area with woman with feathers on their head dancing, and a man as well being a host with the ladies. There are many tables but pretty high limits that night, maybe because of the event I don't know. Be prepared to walk up and down stairs, there are escalators uo as well but a lot of walking. There are bars everywhere to stop and get a drink and many many slot machines to pick from. Staff seemed nice enough and efficient with the drinks, prices are high on drinks as usual at casinos, but we had a great time, however the line for the bus after the draw was super long, we thought we'd walk back to the subway however there was a detour back to the biosphere where the subway was so we ended up walking across the St Lawrence river bridge... Which took an hour, so don't attempt to walk!!!

Everything one needs from a casino, In fact, there is a dance floor with live music and just spectacular lightings, that booms all night. This multi storey casino was so lively and the customer service was exceptional. Only thing annoying was that ,only 2 tables had minimum bid of $25 and all other were 50 although many tables were empty cuz nobody wanted to play higher bids. But overall experience was fun. Also, they have plenty of parking . 9/10

I usually don't go there to gamble. The buffet on the top floor is main reason I go there, the food selection there can be incredible if you go on the right days. If you're lucky, you'll have all you can eat lobster and crabs! The creme brûlée is also very popular but unfortunately not available everyday. I am visiting this place from last one year almost every month once, it's located in the island made on the river Saint Laurent, awesome way to reach here, well managed casino and one of the biggest casinos in Canada, people's loved to visit here and also it's a main tourist attraction too in the city. During covid it was closed but now they are open and they are taking entry through only the reservations, security is very tight you can put off your mast inside, stage by stage parking and entrance, in Rollet only 3 person's can play and they're not allowed to touch the chips, mainly I just wanna say the Casino is taking care with all measurements to spread Covid 19.

Visited 5 days in a row and all I could hear is gamblers complaining that nobody wins on the machines, they are locked. I unfortunately did not win either on the 5 occasions, not even a few dollars back to keep me motivated to continue pumping money in an obvious lost cause. Not the casino we had before the pandemic......guess they want to make up for lost time.... Considering doing like others mentioned they are doing, that is to play online with one of the numerous other online casinos.

Reserved 2 weeks back and drove 2 hours from Ottawa. Me and my friends had thousands to play but we couldn't play because all the tables were full. The place was packed and they literally had no staff. People were all stuck together around the tables and waited for someone to leave which made the distancing useless. Very Badly managed.

We went with reservation, 7 of us, played all kinds of machines. COVID spacing only like 10% machines are operating. ZERO PAYOUTS, SPENT LIKE $100-200 EACH, we had not even an inkling of any win on spins. Watched others and NOBODY is even getting a slightest chance, DONT GO. The casino itself is pretty but the space was poorly used. The design makes for little to no room to move. The entertainment is good and the lights are pretty but between the poor design and unfinished parking lot, I probably wouldn't play there again.

Beautiful and entertaining place to visit. A lot of parking spot and bus shuttles are cruising from the subway station to the casino and back. The staff is pleasant, always smiling and will to help you if you have a question. Bars are located at every level of the casino. A lot of machines and tables where you can play. Place is usually no too busy, so you can feel comfortable

Went to Montreal for an event this past weekend. We arrived Friday evening and I wanted to go to the Casino, so we did. First thing we did was go the buffet, since we were starving from our 6 hour drive. Well that was very disappointing. First thing the greeter/hostess said was we are closing in an hour, so you have to be done in an hour, then we waited 10 minutes to be seated. Once seated, all 5 of us got up to get food, before they closed. I tried to get Cesar salad, but there was none. I asked if there was anymore and was ignored, even though the cook made eye contact with me. I then tried to figure out what else I could eat, not much was left, and what was left was horrible. Desserts were great. Took another 20 minutes to get something to drink. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN WHAT I WAS LOOKING SO FORWARD TO. Not worth the $300 it cost us. Please speak to your staff about how to make a guest welcomed. THANK YOU.

Fantastic location, great architecture, and nice interior. The games are nice, some are even fun. I personally don't like the way the lay out has been done inside, it is awkward. For this reason I could not give more stars. But this is still a fun place to go.

The best Casino of my life , had a visit to many casino around the world but seriously speaking giving rating about this Casino is not under my capacity . Best place to eat , drink and earn money , exchange rates are good , crowd is good and onduty people were really helpful , maintenance at its best , I seriously don't believe how they handle so much people , nearly around 1000 or more on each floor and they have 4-5 floors for Casino . You can have a glass of beer or wine and play as much as you want . If you want to have a blast in your life and refresh your mind and enjoy with some friends . Must visit place and do put it in your bucket list .

Great place for fun & entertainment. A few good restaurants. The buffet is probably one of the best in MTL. Shows & live music during holidays and weekends. Just don't bring a lot of money with you! Just go there to have fun and if you win any money... then that's a plus :)

Horrible experience. Stuck in one section. Knowing this. You would think that they would have added maybe a few card game tables. Absolutely not. So I was only in a section with slot machines. Social distancing was created by having 3/4 of the slots not working. My only frustration is that there was no chairs so I could sit next to my girlfriend while she was playing. Next frustration is that once we had our machine and we where quite distanced from other people. We still weren't allowed to remove our masks. Even though we weren't in contact with anyone else. I frequently go to restaurants and people are much closer and no one is wearing a mask. This is absolute absurdity of the highest level. Our governments haven't given us one shred of true scientific data as to the efficiency of some cheap dollar store mask in diminishing the probable spread of a virus. All in all a very un pleasant experience.

My husband and I had the most horrific experience when we made a visit to the casino with our 1 year old toddler and my mother. At first, we intended to have buffet as a family and after the buffet my mother would take the toddler home while my husband and I play some casino . It was our first time there so we didn't know that the buffet is located inside the casino and kids are not allowed at the buffet. We drove for an hour from our hotel and everyone was hungry when we arrived. At the entrance, a young security guard told us we are not allowed at the buffet because we have a baby. According to him, babies are not allowed anywhere on the island, not even in the parking lot, which I believe is a lie. Anyways, we were hungry so I said "we drove for an hour, is it possible to let us in for some food", to which he replied rudely "so what, I drove for 2 hours everyday to work!" I was offended by the rudeness and asked to speak to his manager. He at first refused then asked for my ID. I refused to give him my ID and insisted to talk to his manager. The manager finally showed up and told us we can't go to the buffet with the baby. Fair enough. We decided to just leave. My husband, however, wanted to use the bathroom. He asked security if he can go into the casino to use the bathroom while we wait outside the casino with the baby. The older security guard agreed, but the young security said" no, you can't use the bathroom because your wife and your baby are still on our property, you need to leave ASAP." How ridiculous! At the same time, my mother was feeding my baby some food outside the casino because baby was hungry and crying. The young security guard came outside the casino and told us we need to stop feeding the crying baby and leave ASAP. At this point, we were completely fed up with the rudeness and inhumane treatment by the security person. He kept asking us to leave the island, even though we was sitting outside the casino. For some reason, he also thought my husband was laughing at him, even though my husband was not laughing at all. I think he has some ego problems. Later the managers also came out. They sided with the young security guard and refused to listen to our reasoning. They just wanted the baby out of their sight ASAP. The entire episode lasted for about 20 min during which the entire security team was surrounding our family as if we were some kind of serious threat to the casino. I thought security is paid to deter the bad guys from entering the casino, not to bully an innocent family with baby. Their lack of empathy, sympathy and basic human decency is disgusting. I have visited numerous casinos including Vegas, Niagara Falls, Vancouver , etc. and never seen such rudeness and stupidity and horrible treatment of kids.

The staff were nice during the five times I have been here earlier. But today, they cited a rule of having all the people in the group to be present before seating us. So I had to wait hungry in queue for like 30 min for my friend to join in. The restaurant was empty! EMPTY!! But they hung on to their rule and didn’t seat me. Imagine having to wait in queue at an empty restaurant. I would have understood if we were a large group or if the restaurant was full. But having to wait hungry for just another person to join me in an empty restaurant is a little absurd. I do understand the need for rules, but there has to be a little leeway based on the situation. Especially in the hospitality industry. And especially for a tiny gang of 2-3 individuals. Terrible experience dealing with Katia who was seating us. I felt she was rude to me. Also Maggi the manager didn’t help either.

Went on christmas day and it was extremely packed. For a first timer hitting the freedet blackjack tables was fun. The dealer was kind as to let me know the extra rules of freebet and the other patrons couldn't help but to give me tips and remind me of what good plays could be. Had a good times overall.

From the moment that I entered the casino I knew I had made a mistake. The facility was clean (unlike the rest of Montreal), but I was greeted by staff that were crude and aggressively condescending. 3-hours of being forced to play on electronic screens and being harassed by the staff was all I could handle. I ended up losing $95 dollars and the little remaining respect that I had for the residents of this city.
