Had the most horrible experience there with my family. I've never been so fustrated with having to explain why my wife needed to be with my blind daughter on the same trampoline and still have the staff not ask but go complain to management instead. I spoke with management after on the phone with them saying the owner wants to call me back the next day and I never got a call back. It was just the start of my problems there so I won't be going back.

We had a great time, when it's really busy I think they need more people on the floor to supervise. Lots of kids not following rules or taking turns and parents are no where in sight. Otherwise it was a good day and kids want to go back.

It's a fun place. However weekends and March break is super busy and lineups to wait in. As to be expected. My son hurt his back 20 min into his one hour jump. They were nice and offered ice but kind of sucks they couldn't reimburse the other half hour in some way.

PHENOMENAL STAFF! My 3 boys ages 17, 14, and 8 had a blast here on our very first visit ever!! The staff was friendly, helpful, out going, and accommodating! We had a blast, received wonderful service and the equipment was perfect :) When we went to leave my truck wouldn't start...the owner came out and spent 45 minutes helping me fix the problem! Awesome place. Today there was a special. Get an hour free with the purchase of 1/2 hour or hour of "air time" it came up to $13 plus tax for the hour and a half. ($17 plus tax if you wanted the two hours) should be this price always. Great place for kids to socialize and get exercise, but too expensive to do it on a regular basis with a few children.
