The two of us did the Jungle escape room yesterday. It is advertised as easy, and it is indeed easy, which is perfectly fair. But it is also quite boring, and unimaginative - every step involved solving a puzzle that would end in opening a combination lock. I would say that the worst part is that the room is not actually enclosed. We could clearly hear the front desk employees talking for most of the hour, and funnily enough, one subject that came up was their complaining about the previous negative review calling their room boring. I don't want to dump on a small business, but sorry, this room was badly done and I cannot recommend it.

We hosted my son's twelfth birthday at Room Escape Atlantic and we couldn't be happier with the experience. We initially had to reschedule our booking because of a snowstorm, which was done with great understanding and help from staff. Although we didn't complete our room in time, everyone had fun and though the room was great. We will definitely be going again to try another room.

The staff were super friendly but this was very a bad escape room overall (and I've been to over a dozen unique locations by now). The decorations were so-so, the puzzles were unprecise and uncreative, and the room didn't flow well (e.g., many bottlenecks and red herrings).

I have been to two of there rooms (Potion lab and Hospital) and both of time I have found that the Puzzles where not very creative, the flow of the room I felt was pretty janky, nothing really tied in with the next puzzle you where doing. I would also like for some variety in the room as not everything has to be padlock number to padlock number to padlock number. Facility was clean and staff where OK. Our "Room master" sounds very unenthusiastic

So nice to see that Dieppe has an escape room complex! Super friendly staff. Most of their rooms are categorized as medium difficult except one. We did the wine cellar room and it was very fun and pretty difficult but made it out :). Highly recommend this place!

I absolutely adored this place and will certainly be coming again. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, he even took the time to explain us how escape rooms work for our first time and showed us the other rooms when we we're done. The rooms have so many details and are well designed❤ Definitely recommend, time goes by so fast and it's such a fun activity to spend with others!

First time doing one. I liked it, the story didn't really follow through. But was fun. Went with my niece and her friend they are 11 so glad it wasn't scary. And they enjoyed themselves!

My girlfriend and I took our sons (10 and 11) to the Dieppe location. We've heard about this attraction from many people and decided to check it out for ourselves. Overall we were very pleased with the experience. The staff were all very friendly and took the time to explain the objectives in great detail and made sure we all understood before starting. It was fun interacting with the kids while trying to solve the clues in hopes to escape!! We all had a blast! We had such a great time in the "Harry Potter - Chamber of Secrets" room that we decided to try out the "Lego" room and were not disappointed. The kids loved it!! Last but not least, a special 10 Star review goes out to the owner/operator of the Dieppe location who just happened to be on site while we were there. We had a nice chat with her and were very pleased with the way she treated us as customers and also as guests not being from Moncton. All in all, I (we) will definitely recommend this attraction to everyone and will definitely be back sometime to try out another room. Great work "Room Escape Atlantic"!!

I love coming to this escape room location! The rooms are very well made and the puzzles can be hard which is what we want in escape rooms. The staff is very friendly! Don't be afraid to talk to them. The vault one was very fun. Highly recommend it. Lego room was very entertaining and Also if you want you can come to the bar early and drink some pop or alcohol before hand or have a party. Drinks can bring brought into the room. Please don't cheat and use your phone. This takes away the fun. I do wish they had room ratings so that it's known beforehand which rooms were harder. And showing the percent of success. So in the front lobby, there can just have the posters for the room showing the star level and percentage of success. Helps walk in people as well.

Great activity for larger friend groups, puzzles start to feel a little same after you've done a couple escape rooms. Isn't repetitive enough to warrant not going back though they have many rooms of different themes and its always a blast to try and beat the clock and escape in time

It was okay. The lock on the golden key was broken so we found it right away. The iPad for some of the clues was broken and not in the room. We had to serve our own drinks because the employee there was not of age. High price to pay for not the full experience. Disappointing.

We reserved the "plague" but was sent to make "the attic". I'm scared of clown, dolls... it was not my best for a 1st time! Also too many lock to try, not enough clue for where to find the next lock.

The rooms here are so much fun and the themes and puzzles are very unique! I've done many escape rooms and these are set up very well. The game masters are very friendly and are very skilled with giving clues. The rooms are super fun even if you don't escape.

I've done a LOT of escape rooms. The Dieppe location is definitely not my favorite. I've had bad service way too many times. The rooms have been improved, so at least they're okay.

Went there for our daughter birthday party (9 yo). Was a great setup and the staff was super friendly. The kids all had a blast! Riddles were a bit hard for their age, but they got through it with some help ;)

Puzzle do not flow well, one of the rooms we did had misleading hints and we were told they were simply to slow you down. I felt like it was a lazy way to do this instead of adding puzzles in the room. The only reason it is getting 2 stars is because you can bring drinks in the rooms.

We were a group of 5 and we did The Lost Jungle. First of all, the website should advertised it's for kids only (and not rated as medium difficulty). We had to do very basic mathematics and there was nothing to search for. We were all very disappointed and it shouldn't be qualified as an escape room. Overall, I don't recommend it and will go try somewhere else next time. Ps. Employee was very friendly and nice, but it was just easy and boring.

My friend and I went to Wine Cellar January 20 2019 and it was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I frequent escape rooms a lot, and I never felt more unwelcome then I did last night. Seeing as my friend and I were only two, we noticed there was two spots left out of six for Wine cellar and we booked into that room. When we got there, the employee with blond hair, kept saying that we couldn’t do that and we must of known there was other people booked into the room and that if it was her, she wouldn’t want other people joining. She also said we don’t encourage just two people playing because it would be a waste of money to run a room for us. She then made us wait to pay until the other group decided to show up and asked if it was ok if my friend and I joined. I can understand this, HOWEVER, after they said they didn’t mind, she brought up multiple times how they don’t have let us join the room with them. She said “normally we say too bad you have to all do the room together, but I’m going to give you guys the choice”. The group was really nice and didn’t mind that we joined in. However the unwelcoming didn’t end there. At the end, after our escape, she told the group to make sure they book the room for 6 people instead of 4 so they don’t have strangers like us joining in. I have been to many escape room companies in different areas and this is by far the worst and most rude experience I’ve ever had. My one recommandation is if you want to have a great experience, even with only two people, go to mystery Moncton. They want you there. I will never be back to room escape Atlantic.

Worst escape room location I've been to. I have been to 2 other locations that the puzzles flow together and the rooms make sense. It's unfortunate that their rooms are not put together well as they have more rooms. I will not be going to another room at this location!

This is probably the best escape games complex in Atlantic Canada, though it falls short of some of the big production Ontario ones. Great service, interesting and unique concepts, and an appreciable level of difficulty. I would visit again if I did some reason pass through Moncton again.

We had a great time with our friends over there. Lots of mysterious clues to find and many different types of hidden clues. That's a great opportunity for a team work which is fun and teaching. Every body wants to find the way to get out of the room faster. We had a competition group and we were racing. That was really exciting and fun! The staff were friendly and professional.

Went there with people from work for a team building activity. The hostess was very kind and knowledgable. Easily spoke french and english. This was my first experience so I have nothing to compare it to, but it did make me want to do it again. It was really fun, the puzzles were just hard enough to be challenging without being annoying. All in all a great experience!
