A local splash pad for the children of the low-income housing in the area. There is a small set of swings, monkey bars, a basketball court, and a green area for free play. The only thing I would suggest is that the doggie bags be removed or placed where the children can't access them, because they fill them up with water, and once they've burst, end up on the ground as litter rather than being used for their rightful use.
