I’m very mad and unsatisfied with the ice rink their. I walked their today and I found that the surface was not flooded and hard snow was covering the ice surface. I was able to dig some snow and I discovered that there was no ice under the snow. I’m very mad about the ice rink and who ever is in charge of the rink, needs to go and keep it in good condition.
