My son has been attending the center since he was 18 months and is now currently in the preschool program. He has always bonded well with the teachers and has been well looked after. I send both of my children, ages 4 and 2, to Simply Smart Century location. I am very happy with the school because I feel that the teachers are very interested in the growth of the students. There is a strong emphasis on learning how to do tasks independently, and being kind. It has been a joy to see them come out every day and describe with great excitement what they have learned and who they have interacted with. I find that while both of my kids are very different from one another, they are very well cared for and their different needs are always met with a positive attitude.

The facility is well kept. Staffs and teachers are friendly and accommodating. Beside summer activities (outside of normal classroom), the facility also tries to provide better care for our kids (e.g., offering Montessori program).

We enrolled our son in one of the pre-school classes at Simplysmart Childcare centre because he had a language delay, and thus, we wanted an interactive and stimulating environment for him. He picked up language within a month and within two months he was talking age appropriately. The teachers were very supportive and worked with us in partnership for his development. It was one of the best decisions we made as parents.

This place is AWFUL! The Director/Management of this daycare cares more about the reviews they receive online as opposed to your children. If only they would spend half the time satisfying the parents even if a child comes in only a couple of times a week as they did in blocking people from their groups and writing fake reviews to make themselves feel better. they would be a better place where everyone would want to send their child. My child had hand, foot and mouth and when I asked about a notice they said they had a newsletter on a door and it was MY responsibility to read it. I don't understand how hard it is to e-mail parents and advise them of such an incident through e-mails if you are spending half your time on the computer reading these reviews and blocking people from writing them asking them to take it down and then blocking THAT person's entire friends list as well. There needs to be a change of director/management here. Horrible experience. They said that the infection was limited to one classroom. Well guess what! My child wasn't' even apart of that classroom and STILL got infected. ITS ABOUT THE CHILDREN. NOT YOUR HURT EGO.

We're a new family that moved from another country and could not be any more excited about finding this daycare. Our son has been going to this daycare for 3 months now and he is excited about school everyday. We searched other daycare centers in Oakville area and felt this daycare was a great fit. We were looking for a center that was close to our home and safe for our little boy. We found this daycare to be the perfect fit. Ms. Meghan and his teacher Angela which he loves deeply are great with the kiddies. You can tell they are all passionate about their jobs and also made us feel welcomed the day we stepped in the door. Both my husband and I are grateful and thankful to find such a wonderful daycare. I would highly recommend this daycare to anyone looking for quality child care. Another shout to his teacher Angela which my son adore and loves , she treats him like her own son , thank you so much for all work and effort.

I have only positive things to say about Simply Smart and their Montessori program which is fairly new. My daughter started in their pilot class at 3 years old in September 2019. Although, she already had a baseline of some formal schooling in our home country, the Montessori program has allowed her develop even more confidence and become articulate, conversational, brave and expressive. I applaud the discipline and routine as well as, the teaching style which is a departure from play based learning. It encourages independence, mindfulness, practical skills and even presentation skills at a young age. My daughter is excited to attend school and loves her Montessori teachers, so much so, that when they left for Christmas vacation, she was anxious for their return. I admire the open communication I have with the school and as a newcomer this was a great transition for my daughter.

We couldn’t be happier with our daughter's teachers. Knowing several parents from other daycares, and their stories of not being 100% happy with their situation, we can truly say our daughter is in the best hands. Saying they are amazing does not do them justice. For example, when I had to pick up our daughter because she had a fever, I came to the classroom in the morning to pick her up. One of the teachers was reading a book to the class, and had my daughter on her lap, while gently applying a cold compress on her feverish head while she lovingly swayed her back and forth. Taking just as good care of my daughter as I would. You can clearly see how much the teachers care for the kids at Simply Smart.

My son started in the infant room when he was only 6 months old. I could not any happier with the warmth and love he receives from his teachers. His class is bright and spacious unlike any other infant room I have seen. The separate sleep room helps him have uninterrupted naps which is so important his growth. It is a second home to him and the teachers are very much like his family. Couldn't ask for anything more as a parent :)

Our Son went to Century location for about a year before starting JK, we witnessed him grow and develop skills in a big way. His room teacher was Ms. Melo, an amazing teacher, highly skilled, energetic, kind and compassionate, the type and amount of activities they do throughout the day is by far the best. The daily routine they follow is simply amazing and make learning fun, the use of technology is excellent. You get personalized daily reports and skill development reports flawlessly, we felt well connected throughout the year. All the staff and management are very professional and aligned in creating a positive and pleasant environment. Above all the management handled every situation in a best possible way during pandemic.

We are so lucky and blessed to have Ms Melo as her teacher. She is amazing, she truly cares for all the kids, shows genuine interest in helping them learn and grow and finds creatives way to teach them. She is by far the best teacher we could have ever asked for. We are forever grateful!

although my office is right above the daycare, so was very convenient for me. but was disappointed with it so had to pull out my daughter. She was constantly sick and was never happy or comfortable at the center. Some of the staff are good however some of the staff are disinterested towards the kids and indifferent at the least. Good thing is you have the option to watch your kids through a webcam, which helped me decide to pull my daughter from this center. She is much happier at her new day care and doing so much better.

My experience with SimplySmart has been really great. Its relaxing peace of mind to see your child all day, and the things they are learning. The teachers have been amazing in all levels of the class. My child is with them for the past 3 years now, and i have seen SimplySmart improved as well over the years in terms of better Management and better communications. Our son has been at Simply Smart for a few months now. It took him a little while to get adjusted as he had been at home since the Covid-19 Pandemic began and was not used to being with other children. The center was very flexible and accommodating in our request for a gradual transition and his teachers were wonderful in taking things slowly with him and giving him the time to get used to things without pressure. As he has some special needs, we have been working with the PIRS resource worker assigned to this daycare and she has been an absolute gift as well. Now he is a happy little guy going off to daycare every morning and playing with his friends. We are so thankful to the Simply Smart staff for all their kindness. It will be bitter-sweet to leave in September as our little one goes off to kindergarten but feel confident that he will be ready for it after his time spent at Simply Smart.

After a devastating death in the family and loss of caregiver, we were required to place our son in a daycare setting. Simply smart looked beautiful and seemed like a great environment. They had an opening in a toddler room that worked perfectly for us so we went ahead and placed our son. Red flags from the very beginning. On the first or second day of orientation a teacher called our son a "drama king" jokingly...of course. Still seemed inappropriate. A month or two later our son came home with blood on the collar of his tshirt and a deep cut on his chin. Nothing mentioned by any staff. I'm sure they didn't even know he had hurt himself...he must have cried because he still has a small scar on his chin. I also overheard 3 teachers jokingly debating over who would change another child that had soiled her diaper. The final issue for us was when were very excited that our son had successfully started potty training at home and we wanted to get him started at daycare. Basically after weeks of the center staff apparently assessing him, they decided that our son should remain in pull ups all day. Meanwhile his clothes were never changed, and he was sent home in diapers 3 times during the assessment period. We eventually found out he had been being placed in diapers all day (someone elses diapers that were not provided by us) Our son then had some regression at home. We were told that its group care and if our son has an accident then it disrupts the routine and the staff have to stop to clean. They said they 'tried to take him to the potty frequently" they never explained the outcome. We decided to remove our son from the center as they clearly do not provide any individual care. If you child does not adapt to the routine like a robot then the staff will choose whats right for your child whether you agree or not.

My 3 year old son started going to Simply Smart at 23 months old. The teachers are patient and caring. He is learning a lot and becoming more independent. And just recently we transferred him to their SIMPLY smart's Montessori program and he is learning even more. He is becoming more focus and following more directions. And he is bringing all these learnings at home. I love the CASA program!

My daughter has been going to Simply Smart for over two months and I am extremely happy with our decision to send her here. They are as careful as possible with Covid protocols, the space is beautiful and clean, the outdoor space is perfect, communication is so good (daily reports, live chat, and I even call the front desk sometimes lol) and the best part of all is the staff. The instructors are absolutely incredible (Ms Jey and Ms Kaur) … my daughter LOVED going within one week of starting there and has loved going every single day since. They truly care about the kids. The staff at the front and management are so welcoming and somehow are able to get Daniela ready when they see me approaching the building (not sure how they know it’s me with a winter jacket and mask on!). I don’t want to name names in case I forget one but they treat the kids and parents so well. People make a place great and Simply Smart has a wonderful team caring for the kids. An added bonus is the live stream… I work while my daughter is there but it is great to sign in for a few minutes to see what she’s up to and she’s always having a great time with the instructors and other kids. If you are considering SimplySmart, go for a tour!, meet the staff and I’m sure you will feel the warmth of the place like I do.

We are so happy with the time our daughter has spent here. Choosing and leaving your child at daycare is hard especially as a first time parent but simply smart makes the process easier by having great staff and teachers who truly care about the children and a wonderful learning program that keeps the children engaged with a variety of activities. We have seen our daughter blossom and grow so much since starting here. We fully recommend any parent to choose this center.

I can't say enough good things about this daycare. The educators are affectionate, kind and gentle with the kids. The supervisor (Nicole) is very responsive and takes her time to explain things and is very reliable. My kids attended another daycare prior to simplysmart and they always cried and did not want to go. Ever since I enrolled them in this daycare they were excited to go. They loved their teachers and felt comfortable and cared for. I trusted the teachers and felt at peace dropping off my kids everyday. Unfortunately, we moved and simply smart and I have yet to find a daycare as good as simplysmart. Thank you to Nicole and the team of exteaordinary educators and staff.

Very high turn over in the gamma classroom , which affected my kid's behavior badly. she became aggressive and she didn't want to go to the daycare. We asked to move her to amore stable classroom, they refused. if my daughter misbehaved they were sending her to the office , and calling us to pick her up. they never investigated why she became aggressive or not listening to her teacher. in some cases they were discussing with me her behavior in front of her and they were arguing with her. The director of the school was arguing with a three years old, what a professional school. Her new teacher in the gamma class was very unfriendly and hardly talked to us about my daughter's day. My daughter is a three years and they were telling me that she was bullying other kids, I don't think this is a proper word to use for this age. My daughter was telling me that they don't like her and they don't treat her well, I don't think a three years old can tell lies . she felt it . I don't recommend it .

Simply Smart has always been a home away from home for both my kids. My daughter went to the daycare a few years ago and when my son was ready to go to the daycare, we knew this was the place. My daughter had a really great experience at the center and the teachers were very happy with her skills when she started school. Even to this day, during her March break she wants to go back to Simply Smart and I have to make her understand that she is too old for daycare :) My almost 3 year old son goes to the center currently. The teachers have been amazing in transitioning them, and I have always seen them being very empathetic to the kids. My son is always ready to go back to the daycare after a long weekend. Overall for prospective new parents looking to send their loved ones, I would suggest speaking with other parents at the center as there are a lot of reviews on here that does not reflect our experience at the day care and lots of other parents we know that goes to the same day care.

Experience has been very great. From the start of registration to the transition of my child to the Gamma 3 class. My child is always excited and happy to go to simply smart day care. All the team has been very welcoming from my experience. We wanted to move our daughter from her current daycare since it was horrible and ended up in SimplySmart. She has been there since she was an infant & we will be registering our second child there shortly. It has been wonderful experience so far!!!

This place permanently scarred both of my children. They took no action to stop in-class bullying because it would affect their bottom line. In other words, BULLIES PAY FOR THEIR STAY TOO. I’m a parent of two who attended Simply Smart for 3 years. You are right if you are thinking why the hell I let my children go this place for that long. I admit that I failed my children in that regard. I failed to look out for them. Anyway, over the years, I have collected a lot of photos of bodily harm, such as bite marks and fingernail wounds on the face and body of my children. Recently I’ve got a hold of video footage of two boys taking turns to attack my son by pinching his cheek with two hands without being stopped by the staff. I contacted their management time after time, emailing photos of bodily harm, and asking them to help stop it. Two years later, my son was still coming home telling his mom and me about the horrible experiences, and they usually involved the same two to three individuals. You know that nothing has been done by the management to stop it when the repeat offenders are allowed to repeat. Not to worry, Children’s Aid and private attorneys have been notified and all evidence has been passed along. Justice is coming soon. I’m currently bringing a lawsuit against Simply Smart. Meanwhile, if you send your child to this Daycare, YOU ABANDON THEM.

My Child has been going to SimplySmart since one year now. I couldn't have chosen a better daycare facility for my child. The amount he has learned over this period is tremendous. It's a high quality daycare with a safe and clean environment .It's a home away from home. The staff and management are very co-operative. They take care of some very precious people - our kids. Our son began attending this daycare when he was one (Jan 2020) and has been in the alpha, beta and now pre-casa programs. We honestly can’t picture him going anywhere else as no matter which classroom he’s been a part of, the Teachers have always treated him like one of they’re own. One of the most important factors for us when choosing a daycare was ensuring he would be in a safe environment that helped him develop and this place has exceeded all our expectations. Even during the COVID pandemic, they’ve excelled in terms of adapting and taking necessary precautions to keep the children safe while ensuring that their experience isn’t hindered in any way. I feel confident in saying that between his direct teachers, the support staff, and the Site Director, this daycare has the absolute best childcare educators.

This facility is a cash grab. Teachers are amazing the management (the director in particular) has little no care for the children's safety, and up holding the standards of the facility. I have had to write this review from a different profile as she blocked me the moment we pulled my child out. I was the biggest supporter until 3 different incidents in which my child's health and safety was in question. My husband no I went in with clear non confrontation attitude and left with pulling my child out of the finality. The director had such things to say such as "well your child does only come here twice a week" "you know we having a waiting list so......" And " sorry to see you go". It was our only interaction with us as our child was only part time. 2 other families we know of have pulled their children out as well. As a teacher has told me 11 child care provider in less then 9 months reflects in the management not the students.

Simply smart has been an unbelievable daycare center for my 3-and-a-half-year-old son. Before Simply smart my son used to go in other daycare and the difference between both is striking. My family is so happy to have Simplysmart. Our son gets so excited to go there and learning new things. The staff specially Ms Gurnani seem to appreciate my children's individuality and promote creativity. They dance, sing, role play, make art, learn letters, and tell fantastic stories! I am so grateful and feel confident that I have a safe and loving space for my child. We never hesitate when dropping him off in the morning, and he is always playing happily when being picked in the evening."
