REVIEWS OF Erindale Park IN Mississauga

Park itself is amazing however many people who come here are absolutely not good people. I have seen so many people throw garbage in the bushes, and people park cars on the driveways. There needs to be strict patrolling in terms of car parking, littering, and people need to be fined hard so that they don’t do it again

Nice trails, long walk beside the erindale river. A big ground for bbq and playground for children. Along with a park. A total weekend package. Ideal for family outing if you have kids under 10.

If you looking for a peaceful calming walk alone a river's edge then this is the right walk for you. Packed level path, good for walkers or wheelchairs but you have to deal with inclines when entering and exiting the trail and may need assistance. Easily get in your 10,000 steps. Go to the right of the bridge and onto the path. Lots of picnic benches and areas to spread out in the park but not so much along the river walk.

Went to see what’s left of the salmon run, which looks to be over now— local fisherman said Tuna run is to follow, so I’m going to search that up before going again. On the bright side, the leaves are starting to turn orange, red, and yellow; the fall leaves are beautiful to look at this time of the year. ♥️

Nice calm park that's not too overcrowded even on a Saturday. Great views and can sit on rocks near the water. Lots of wildlife too like snakes and fish and ducks. Be aware of wild plants though

cool maddy

lovely trail with fast flowing river aside ✨

Huge park which is well maintained and kept quite clean. Couple of fishing spots. Biking and hiking trails which are quite long. The park is extremely busy in summer. Sometimes very hard to find parking. Go early to get good picnic spots. Good park for large groups as ample of open space. Bring your own gazebo / shade.

Visited the place on good sunny day with family. It is nice park along the riverside and has long beautiful trek. Enjoy the walk on the riverside and can enjoy picnic in the huge park. There is plenty of parking places but can be busy on …

Very nice park for walking..UTM nature trail

Hi Banana

It's good to go there and wander along the river/creek. Barbecuing is permitted, and there is a large red receptacle where hot charcoal can be discarded. There is a salmon run every now and then, and you might catch a salmon when fishing. In the fall, the park takes on a more attractive appearance.

I've been going to this park since I first immigrated here in 2003 and it's by far still one of my favourites. I really respect how accessible the trails are, even after a winter storm and how clean the washrooms are kept. One thing to note though, on the way out of the washroom, the button to automatically open the door is out of service so if you usually need it, make sure someone accompanies you inside ????????

Erindale Park is an absolute gem in Mississauga. The culham trail is amazing and definitely something people in (or visiting) Mississauga should complete. At over 12km long its also the longest trail in the city!!! Those visiting or living in Mississauga must visit this place once

Aram Santiago

A beautiful place to spend the day with family or friends. And don't forget your bike

A great place for a variety of hikes. Easy walk available by the river and it offers a beautiful view of the valley. The park stretches for a long while along the river so make sure that you allot time for the return, as this is not a circular trail. Come early in the morning because the parking lot fills up pretty quick.

Wassim Melek

Amazing park fit all ages. Spacious, beautiful view on water flowing, so many places to stay in large groups.

Very nice place to visit! Bike, walk, run, fish, play, meet up and get a good daylight.

William Brewitt (Brew Productions)

A beautiful and massive park with lots to offer. There's the credit river which is excellent for fishing, Many walking and biking trails for people to use. There is also wide open spaces to pay sports with the kids or have fun with the pets. Furthermore there is many picnic areas which are good for family reunions or just a day out with family. You'll find it hard to believe your still in the city.

The park is so huge and has ample of space to play many sports/activities. One can easily spend almost half day here with fun. The walking trails are very nice next to the river and also the walk over bridge gives good view. There are few spots where covered sitting space is available along with BBQ grills. The only tricky part is to find parking spot. Its bit difficult to locate one if visiting during afternoon hrs or later. Morning time is good enough. Highly Recommend place for casual hangout!!!

The trails are fairly easy, well maintained, and mostly accessible. There are some good side trails to take that aren't too hard either if you're looking to get more into the brush whether hiking or mountain biking.

It was so wonderful to get out and enjoy the beauty of this park. Everyone practicing social distance and being respectful of one another. My favourite time of year to visit and take in the stunning colours and fresh air. Always an adventure!

Rubaiyat Jahan

This is a wonderful place to visit during fall. Fall colors are amazing in this area. It also has large parking spot, picnic spot, playground for children. I loved it.

My first visit to this park was in 1989. It is connected with a lot of great memories for me. It's a highly visited park these days -- people on the trails even at dusk on a rainy day. Still, it has not lost its charm or dulled my experience there despite the heavy foot traffic. I love this place.

Prabu Rangasamy

Very big park with many picnic tables, kids play area, trail, car parking, space for fishing and kids to swim. Usually this park is crowded but because of the size of the park you will easily get your own space. Getting a car parking spot is very difficult. One option is to park the car at ‘University of Toronto’ car parking (paid parking) area and walk to the park on a short trail. The trail between the university of Toronto and the park is very beautiful. Only problem in this park is to get a car parking. Other than that it is a great park.

The park is lovely, spacious—accessible for wheelchairs and strollers. Great for walkers, joggers and runners. I love that I can travel from Erindale park to Riverwood park.

Park is great. Lots of parking spots. Picnic tables to enjoy a meal. You can bring your own bbq, or can use one of the few that are there (bring yours... there are not that many). You even have a bin to out the coal after done using it. …

This is a really nice park but I just feel like maybe we visited on the wrong day. It was a long weekend and the weather was unusually beautiful for the time of year . It was packed solid . I don’t even think we would have enjoyed ourselves due to so many people being everywhere. There were tons of cars driving in circles in search for parking and not 1 single space available . After 25 mins we gave up and chose a different place to visit .

Edi Bus

The park goes along the Credit River and has long trails one can follow from Dundas St to Burnhamthorpe. People are fishing in the river, sitting on the grass and walking. Numerous outdoor activities are taking place there.

John Nestor

Very nice urban park with lots of nice trails along the Credit River. Busy on summer weekends so be sure to get there early.

A great place to unwind with lots of wonderful trails and clean facilities. The brook is an amazing spot to enjoy the flowing water and is an ever relaxing walk path. Great place and totally worth the time spent.

If you're a fan of salmon and trout, this is one of the one of the places to be. They have their own breeding site

Had an amazing time with the family here! Kids absolutely loved it! Love how clean the park is and how green it is! I also love the fact that it has grills to use and where to dispose of hot charcoal. Definitely worth coming here again!

Spacious and peaceful place for picnic and family gatherings. Credit river is the best part of this park. Lots of picnic benches and grounds to arrange any picnic, you can enjoy bbq there too. It’s also an awesome fishing point too.

Kal Sukkar

This park has a lot of parking, a decent kids play area and lots of seating. Spacious with an interesting walking trail by a nice lake. You can easily spend the day here with or without a family. It’s usually crowded on the days with good weather. Not my first choice, but a good option

Went for the first time to take the kids tobogganing. They had a good time. The hill wasn't very steep so they could go down on their own. There was lots of parking. Only issue is the posts and benches that obstructed the tobogganing path. Some kids bump into one of the posts a few times.

Shehan Liyanage

A great park to go for a bike ride ????, jog, stroll or even a picnic. One of the biggest/longest parks I've explored in Mississauga. Plenty of parking & there are hotdog ???? & ice-cream ???? vendors

A variety of views and spots for walks, picnics, family gatherings, bbq, outdoor parties and photo opportunities. Fishing can be done too. It's a definite all in one! This is a fantastic park nestled along side the Credit River. It's a great place for all ages, and mobile abilities. There are paved walking trails, and trail off the beaten path for those that prefer a bit of a challenge. Pack a picnic, bbq, plan a walk, just make a plan to get out there, you'll always find something to entice your senses. Binoculars recommended, as there's a large diversity of birds just waiting to be discovered....

Beautiful with lot of open space good amt of parking nice play area. The stream is nice and shallow. Very nice place for a picnic with the kids. The kids play area is big and good for them. Good place for lots of outdoor fun. To play soccer, play in catch and frizby, bbq and have a picnic. And water is relaxing to watch. Good place for catching bass, salmon and trout. Good for beginner or experts fishermen. Has grills on site to bbq chicken or your catch.

The park is always fun to visit, but it's best that you arrive early to make sure you get a parking spot. Lots of trails, tons of birds to see. Good place to bring your kids or your 4 legged companions. Good place to fish along the Credit River during the spring and summer months. Great place for a date, or just a solo stroll. The washrooms are open, and they are amazing! I know not everyone thinks highly of washrooms, but they are open and welcoming. One of the best outdoor public washrooms I've been in.

Abdul Alrammahy

Great place for hangout and family gathering. Beautiful combination of landscape and the river but have some suggestions to improve the overall atmosphere and people's satisfaction. 1) Old broken benches should be replaced with new clean one. 2) Adding architectural feature at the entrance of the park. 3) The park needs a colorful ornamentation like growing ???? flowers ???? (Rose garden) for example

RONAP

Great for picnics. There's plenty of space to create your own social bubble. Great for recreational fishing on Credit River. Enjoy nature. Birds, ducks, and on one occasion we even saw a deer. Lots of trees too. There's a trail along the river for walking, jogging, and cycling. Washrooms are available close to the parking area.

Dritan Muco

Very nice park with playground, a creek, wide picnic area and a lot of nature. Parking and washroom free to use during the summer. Busy during warm days and weekends
