Beautiful. Amazing place for a walk and pictures

A nice, easy walk with a wide, even gravel path. Great for kids, even a stroller. I enjoy it for a run to one end and back. Has a few benches to enjoy the view of the river, or even for doing some bodyweight exercises, lol. Wish it were longer, or a loop. Will have to bring garbage bags to pick up some trash left behind by others. Otherwise, a beautiful walk in the city!

This is a fantastic trail if you are looking for something easy and quick. It takes about 15 mins to walk from one end to the other, or an easy 30 mins return. It is great for a quick dog walk or to clear your head. There are several benches to relax on should you want to just sit and enjoy the beautiful scenery. This trail isn't a closed loop so you will either have to back track to return to your vehicle or take the public streets back to where you started. If you choose to walk the trail and do the loop it will take about 45-60 minutes, depending on how fast you walk. I highly recommend starting at the east side (near the septic holding pond) and walking to the west end of the trail. You can easily exit the trail and continue east on King George Highway for an extra 5 minutes and you will arrive at Park's Dairy Bar. Definitely a local favorite. Grab a snack or a cone of ice cream as a treat and then backtrack to your vehicle. You can also access the shoreline easily from the east or west entrances. It is a great place for your dog to cool off in the river or just to beach comb. However you choose to enjoy it you won't be disappointed.
