Seemed well staffed, had free WiFi and the young lady at the desk provided a lot of great tips for things to do in Medicine Hat. Don't get me wrong, the city itself was pretty boring (you can see and do everything in the span of about two hours) but I definitely enjoyed the tourism office!

Helpful staff, available washrooms, biking trails and bikes available on loan, great maps, free water and free dumping station which is a real bonus when you are RVing, very friendly City.

Worth a stop if you are headed through Medicine Hat. We stopped for lunch at the picnic not thanks. Welso drive to the world's largest teepee, which was very interesting.

There are no restrooms by the actual teepee but the kids loved it and the playground by the visitor center. The drilling platform was a hit too.

Very friendly staff and knowledgeable about the city and things to do. We were there during a geocaching event so there were about 60 people hanging around. Staff handled things very well and a pleasure to talk to.

Great place. Cheap beverages here. They offer fresh fruit for visitors, free bike rentals, and they have tons of information about the city of Medicine Hat. Business hours for established businesses, locations for new businesses. Very friendly staff here as well.

A great place to stop. We were just using the washroom and walking our dog. The washrooms were very clean and nice. Will stop there again if we're driving through.

A bright, spacious area with information on not just Medicine Hat but also Central Alberta and parts of Saskatchewan. The staff member we talked with was cheerful, knowledgeable, and knowledgeable in a wide variety of topics. Outside there is a dog run, a place to dump and refill trailer water, a playground for children, and walking trails.

This is a great place to stop on a road trip. There's a fenced dog run to let the pup burn off some energy and sniff a few new smells. There's a playground for the kids. The washrooms were in pretty rough shape and crowded but they do what they need to do. If you're looking for information the staff are friendly and happy to help.

Wait time was a bit long due to limits on number of guests allowed in the building at a time. Was worth it though, as I was able to have a riveting and intelligent conversation with one of the employees, and all the staff were very helpful and informative about directing me to the best sites in the city for finding various species of snakes.

Wonderful fantastic place to go with your RV for the free water fell on Sani dump. This city really loves visitors you can see. and the beautiful nature surrounding is a wonderful place for a dog walk. That's what I'm doing right now. There was a playground for kids too. 330 gehring rd south west

Medicine Hat Tourism office also serving as a rest area. Plenty of space to park car and RV, nice bathroom, dumping station and they even have a small enclosure for the dog to do theirs needs and stretch theirs paw. Office staff is very friendly.

Pleasant, knowledgeable young ladies talked my ear off. Could not get a better rest stop. Very clean restrooms. Covid savvy. Watch for the odd reptile. It is the BADLANDS, afterall. Medicine Hat is a VERY clean and HOSPITABLE visit area, as well. The LARGEST TEE PEE is right there. Great restaurant just below visitors area. ENJOY!!!

The Sunshine Trolley tour of the city was great! As residents of Medicine Hat it was interesting to take a tour and see the City through the eyes of a tourist. I would suggest having a tour guide on the trolley to point out attractions as the trolley goes along. As a tourist it would be very helpful.
