This ferry service is nice, modern and comfortable with large sofas. I really enjoyed staying on board for the duration of the crossing, with many large windowed viewpoints. Also, car parking inside is well coordinated and efficient. Be sure to call way in advance to reserve your tickets as it's overly popular.

Surtout que l'employé même est un homme assez agé. Ceci avait aucun rapport avec le port du masque. Se faire suivre par un employé jusqu'au petit coin est complètement démesuré et inapproprié. Donc trois étoiles pour les installations et tout , mais cette personne mérite une gros 0.

Tout a été pensé pour le confort des passagers en plus d'offrir un spectacle inoubliable, bref j'ai adoré et je recommande. À votre arrivée le camping de "la baleine" à Matane est encore ouvert en début de nuit afin de vous accueillir si vous êtes en recherche d'hébergement temporaire (prévoir sa tente).

Lovely experience crossing from Godbout, most northern ferry spot of St Lawrence River to the other side of the river, Matane! We made the reservation online and got to the ferry 45 minutes before our departure, then paid the rest of the ferry faire during the ride, everything went well. Very organized crews. The crossing was 2.5 hours. There’s food services, clear marks of 1 way direction inside the boat. Super clean washroom. Comfortable seats and ride. A cute boutique store. Bravo to all!

We took the ferry on a nice, sunny day. The little town you wait for the ferry to arrive in has plenty to see and do while you wait. A beautiful beach, some historical museums, quaint stores, and places to get food The ferry service and the staff are very efficient. Can't complain about anything. Loading and unloading cars was quick, the trip across the water was enjoyable: you're likely to see distant pods of porpoises every few minutes. There's a cafeteria inside the ferry with nearly-reasonable priced food. The poutine was better than you would expect. There's also a gift shop, smoking area, and more.
