L'acericulteur Michel est hyper sympathique et se charge de tenir bien vivant le feu a l'extérieur de la cabane. De plus il partage les secrets de l'érablière avec tout les intéressés autour d'un petit drink. Le Chef Francis Fortin vous servira de la bouffe de cabane à sucre "upgrader" et tout à fait succulente pour vos papilles. Il est avec votre groupe en tout temps... C'est vraiment génial comme érablière...rien à voir avec les grosses cabanes commerciales...seulement une expérience intime et unique dans un décor de rêve.... A faire et a refaire annuellement????????

Go for the garden. Don’t go for the food. Rubber chicken and mushy croutons on the ceasar salad. Quiche was over microwaved. Service was horrid. We thought this was a brewpub, but they serve other people’s beer and microwaved grocery store food. All that being said, the walk through the sunflowers was beautiful.

Votre équipe est superbe, mais vous en tant que "gestionnaire", c'est probablement plus important de minimiser les dépenses de salaire que la satisfaction de la clientèle. Notre visite d'hier n'a aucun lien avec la floraison des citrouilles et tournesols, ainsi que les autres entités locaux dont vous faites référence... Nous cherchions un endroit enchanteur pour un repas en famille.

Très décevant, premièrement le tour de tracteur n’en vaut pas la peine, vous êtes aussi bien de faire la visite à pied, cela vous prendra environ 10-15minutes et vous économisera 20$.... de plus, ils indiquent qu’ils acceptent les chiens, mais après tu te fais avertir par le proprio que les chiens ne sont pas tolérés dans son « resto » (aucune affiche qui l’indique et dure de deviner que c’est un resto..) La bouffe et la bière sont overpriced (16$ pour une palette de dégustation de bière??!! La bouffe se résume à un p’tit potage, du chili pis des nachos secs avec un micro cup de crème sûre). Ne pensez pas à faire un picnic non plus, il viendra vous avertir que vous n’avez pas le droit non plus ! Ensuite, il vient nous dire qu’il faudrait pas que nous prennions l’habitude d’amener notre nourriture.... pas de danger que cela arrive, c’était notre première visite au domaine Brassicole et c’était aussi notre dernière à vie! ;-) Définitivement, le proprio n’est pas du tout un passionné de ce qu’il fait, seulement la pour ramasser le cash à la fin

Les jeux pour les enfants sont croches, les épouvantails dans les champs sont à moitié dénudés et la carriole pour les tours en tracteur est vraiment pas sécuritaire. Le forfait dégustation comprend 10 choses à goûter et un tour de carriole avec animation. En vrai, la dégustation est peu généreuse. Pour le tour de carriole il y a zéro animation. Je vous conseille l'endroit pour la vue splendide du mont Orford mais c'est tout, la dégustation et le tour en carriole ne vaut pas le prix.
