Lady was not nice and was pushy. Just a glorified municipal Park turned into a quick camp site, nothing but a gravel pit. Misquitoes were horrendous.

Lunenburg is a place you must visit. It Unesco World Heritage Site for being the best example of a British Colonial town. Quite an amazing place. Take a horse drawn carriage tour through town, book a whale watching tour and the have fresh lobster for lunch. Enjoy!

Lunenburg Visitor Information Centre is beautifully located on a hill close to downtown and next to a big camping site. There is a gorgeous monument with a cannon nearby. However, opening hours are quite restricted in the summertime. If you arrive in the evening, you have to improvise and pass by the next morning.

Hi there! Can anyone tell me if the campground still exists? I have booked a site on August 8 and want to stay there with a rented RV next week. However, I cannot access their website anymore and do not get any reply on my email. I have now found a comment here that suggests that the campground might be closed...??? If so, it is quite weired that I received a booking confirmation on August 8 and they never came back to me saying I would not be able to stay there next week. Anyone who can help out there? Thanks!
