Would have been nice if they would have had 1 person that gave assistance consistently to promote the group's enjoyment. We had 3-4 different people that never seemed to know what we needed. I felt like they were too busy to give us decent attention or service. Contrary to most reviews I really didn't enjoy it!

The best escape rooms in town. They are fully immersive and really make you think. They switch out their rooms every 6 months, which is nice so you can keep coming back to do completely new escapes. I have done every room they have had and would highly recommend to anyone looking for something fun and different to do in Lethbridge.

We took the Players Bench Team for night out at the escape room. Some of us were apprehensive at first, but it was a ton of fun and we plan on returning! Would recommend!

Had a great time with the wild wild west challenge, we were a group of six first timers and sometimes it was tough to focus on one hint at a time but our guide was great and sent us in the right direction whenever we were getting lost. They had masks, gloves, sanitisers and storage compartments available. Good fun with any sized group(upto 6) in these times.

We had a great time here doing "The Bunker!" The staff was really friendly and informative. The room was super tricky and there were some awesome surprises we didn't expect. It wasn't just like locks and keys either, like things were falling out of walls etc! Highly recommend if you want a fun challenge with a group of friends.

We had a great time doing the Wild West room last week! I reached out in advance via email regarding a member of my party who required a special accomodation, and the reply was incredibly fast. The team at the Great Escape worked with us to ensure our small group could all enjoy ourselves without worry! The game was fun, and the staff member on site was great when we needed a hint (or eight). Thank you!!

It is a great escape room location. I've done two rooms here. Compared to other locations, this place is more challenging with some clues not being solvable without assistance. One required smelling an object but the scent had evaporated and all objects smelled alike. It was still very enjoyable, interactive, and well done.

One of the first Escape Rooms that we ever went to, and compared to ones in Calgary and Edmonton it is still one of the best. Great puzzles that are always unique, have a great story, and feel crafted with a blend of love and professional quality that shows they love the work they do!

Came here for a friends bachelor party. The staff really got into character, the room we were in was well designed, and they dealt with a small technical issue we had quickly and fairly. Everyone had a lot of fun, and I'm looking forward to going again.

Diabolical!!!! Loved every second. 45 minutes is a blink of an eye when in a panic! Great way to finish off an evening after drinks. (maybe that is why we failed) Definitely will return. See how you problem solve under pressure.

I went through "The Wild West" one evening for a birthday and it was so new to me. It took a while to get into it and figure out what to do, but after a few minutes of taking in the rooms theme, which is very cool, we got into the groove. It was so much fun. I went back again a couple of weeks later to do "The Bunker" as it is rated harder. It definitely had more to do to get out but we knew a little more of what to expect so we got through unscathed. There is always a help button to get aid if needed. We went with 6 people and I thought it was a little cramped. It may be better with 4 but it's still great fun. The only thing I thought could be better is the rooms are pretty linear in the problems. You solve them sequentially. I kind of wish they were a little more convoluted to give more of a thinking challenge. Overall though a great way to spend an evening with friends and family. Then you see who is really smart!

It was fun and well run, the rooms are a hoot. My only problem is the cost, $25 is way too much for 50 min. If it was $15 I would do every room, and wait eagerly for the next. For $50 + baby sitter you don't get much of an evening out.

This place is a super fun a different option than a boring movie night. Have a fun night out with friends or a double date! Staff friendliness varies a bit but overall great. They seem to change rooms monthly so repeat visits are a must!

Terrible business that will do what they can to take your money and not care about you as a customer. Stay far away or at least don't dare give them your CC info. Nope I was there it was 100% Lethbridge location. It is not a fake name it is my sons account that was signed into the computer at the time and I did not realize. I already messaged you on from the email I booked the room with so yes I was there. Stop trying to pass this off as a fake account and fake review just because you can't handle a negative review. I would give less than one star if I could seeing how you are trying to lie about this review.
