The safest place to rendezvous with friends. They are taking this unique Covid times seriously and consistently. Right on! Enjoy popping into the lounge or restaurant. Comfy place to have a good chin wag with friends. Food is always good, however limited for now. O yah and then there are those pretty, noisy, blinky lights, bell ringing thinga ma boppers in between the doors and the lounge. They enjoy my money every time too!

Nice casino and a highlight to our Lethbridge visit. We decided to stop in for a quick bite to eat and check out the decor. Nice sculptures and water fountain immediately upon entering, bright and of course the non smoking is a huge plus. Restaurant staff were friendly and afterwards wanted to play roulette, so they opened the table at our request which was great. Had a nice time and would go back again.

My wife and I stop by here one late evening and had a salad. The restaurant area was closed and there was only a couple of staff serving but they were friendly. I'd have to say that the coolest part of the experience was people watching. We ended up sitting in the outer dining area which gave us a perfect view of all the many interesting characters that look like they frequent the place. It was clean and the salad was good and the serving staff was friendly. It was too late for me to gamble because I'm getting old (almost 40) so we went home and went to bed maybe next time I'll go try the slot machines. I should also mention that the Caesar drinks were pretty well made but that could be hit and miss depending on where you go and who makes it.

Friendly, clean Lots of well lit parking. Not 24 hr casino Opens around 7-8am closes around midnight. No smoking, no pets Reasonable meal prices. I didn't win a dime but had several good meals. We stayed in our rv in the rv section of the lot. Good security.

Honestly the most disgusting and over priced food I've ever experienced. We even told them that it was literally inedible and they didn't comp anything on the bill. Very slow and mediocre service too. Please don't waste your money here. 16 dollars for soggy over battered undercooked wings. What a pathetic excuse of a "restaurant"

We were at the casino to attend the performance of a work college and her band. My fiancee was suffering from a migraine and had taken her medication which can cause drowsiness. Despite the fact that we are both non-drinkers, we were told to leave due to her "intoxication". I will never return to this place; discrimination due to a medical condition? pretty sure there are laws against that.

Casino is conveniently located near the Crowsnest Highway not far from downtown Lethbridge. I like the decor which includes Bisons and a fancy fountain. Good selection of slot machines and table games.

The experience with breakfast should not be that difficult. But it seems that their timing is off in the kitchen when it comes to this. Medium boiled eggs should not be that HARD to make, and potatoes need not be cold and over cooked (crisp). We waited a long time for our meal. The chef needs to learn how to time the meals accordingly to get a better review. N.B. poached eggs here do not to seem to be their speciality.

This place is so-so. The food is just as much of a gamble as winning. Although their specials are decently priced. Can't argue with free coffee and water. I don't know if they still do this but you can actually order I think certain appetizers while you're at a slot machine. Although I normally wouldn't bother but I have seen others do it. You can also get drinks from the waitresses that do the rounds for drinks. Just flag them down. The tables I find I win moreso at than the slots but Im always quite surprised by the new machines that come in. I don't normally come here but I will occasionally with friends or family. They usually win more than me. Biggest win I seen was $9000. On a slot. They will usually give you a check for big payouts. It might have changed. Although this place gets pretty popular on weekends and the shows are usually pretty good. You can also rent out their pool table lounge. Which has a good deal. If interested, I recommend calling and asking about it.

Fun just to kick back. Slots are fun stuff, it's like a mini Vegas, haha. Can't expect to win everytime, but sometimes you can get lucky! came back with $100-$200 going on a $20 bill. Cashed out on some great numbers for me. Just gotta go in like Kenny Rogers! Have not tried Tables, but the food is yummy! The chicken wings and chicken tenders are my favorite! Great and friendly staff.

Pretty good selection of machines compared to most casinos in Southern Alberta. I consider myself a bit of a casino connoisseur because of how often we go and there are particular things I look for in slot-based casinos. Good game variety. Nice setup that doesn't feel crowded. And staff friendliness. They get high marks on everything but lose a star because when they have live shows they are wayyyyyyy too loud.

We spent several hours here on Sept. 23. I noticed there were many people sitting beside their friends or partners just watching not playing. I also noticed a few people playing multiple machines at one time. The worst part was when we were going to have a bite to eat. We sat for about 20 minutes before a server came to the table and then we had our order questioned twice. The saving grace here was that the Clubhouse sandwiches were delicious.

This casino was actually amazing, and thought about it when I went to the one in Calgary. The casino was maintained and clean. Staff was great. The winning with the slots wasnt too bad either, they seemed to not drain the wallet. Tried their restaurant and the dishes we did order were great except for the chicken wings, will pass on that next time. Have to go back sometime :)

I signed up for winnersedge. Brought my ID. The lady purposely wrote my last name down wrong and phone number, being a winner. Went and complained. Signed up once again, same thing, wrote my number wrong but had last name right. Went a third time and got another winners edge card, this time, no funds available. Asked for manager to contact me with no call back. Food and waitresses were amazing though!

The casino is spacious and clean, can't say the slots were generous, but then that's the part of gaming you have to be prepared to deal with.

I'm not a gambler, so really can't comment on, or rate the casino. However, I have gone for breakfast here several times and enjoy the breakfast special - the rating is for the restaurant. For $5.99, you get two eggs; smashed potatoes, or sliced tomatoes, or a fruit cup; bacon, or ham, or sausage; toast; and coffee. It's a good deal, and is popular, particularly on weekends. Breakfast is served from 9:30 to 11:00.

Attended an organized function here, had to move to several different locations in the casino just to get served as they were very unprepared for the influx of customers. Staff inexperienced and unable to meet basic demands, I'd recommend somewhere else if you want anything more than gambling.

Dinner is always amazing to begin the date night and then off to the slots to have some fun. Staff is absolutely amazing and very friendly. The food is amazingly yummy. So I read the reviews, and took them with a grain of salt. Unfortunately, all the reviews are true. Not only did it take over an hour to get my food, at a restaurant that was completely not busy, we're talking three tables Max. Then have the slot machines I tried to use, would not let me bet more than the minimum. Hello Canada gambling commission, you should look into this. Then to be told that I am longer allowed to gamble??? Because, I had 3 glasses of wine... It's too bad there's nowhere else to go. Because if I had a billion dollars. I would definitely open up a casino across the street, and show these pieces of s*** what customer service is really about.

I caught this place in the middle of lockdown so no manned tables. All slot machines and not very entertaining. It was open late but with nothing to do really, I didn't see the point. Nice bar which was well staffed and friendly, I'm sure it's much better in Non Covid times.

A group of people were visiting Lethbridge for a sports event. A few people went to the Casino a day before and had a good time so we decided to try. They did mention that all of then lost,though. It wasn't busy when we got there. We walked around before we played the slot machines. We noticed that nobody was winning and nobody was happy. We should have left then.. We've been to other Casinos, so we know how it works. We win and lose and win again... and at the end, we lose. But its still fun because even for a few minutes, we do win. This Casino, we never won... lost straight for 30 min. We will never go back

This Casino has very poor customer service. They never heard complaints of players even though dealer was 100% wrong the manager fever his dealer and ask player to leave I told him the dealer made 10 times mistakes and never said sorry even though manager did not take any action and told players he can not do anything with dealer Sorry but Casino loose players because of this type of dealer & Manager.

For gamblers it's a place to go gamble. For food, it's a place for seniors to go and have a cheap breakfast or a poorly prepared meal of marginal quality and very boring menu choices but relatively low price. For drinks, it's a place with too few tables so you're always waiting to find a seat, too few staff so you're waiting to be served (I once waited 20 minutes just to pay my bill so I could leave), and overpriced drinks. Bar food is terrible - burnt burgers, club sandwiches missing half the layers, soup just broth with nothing in it, expensive chicken wings. There is no happy hour, unlike just about every other bar in town. So go there if you want to gamble - lot's of better choices in town if you want to eat or drink.

Restaurant was trying to be too uptown. You don't make people.wait for a table like you were full when there are four or five empty tables right in front of them. Tables were set up for customers also. We had to stand and wait for some self important waitress to decide we have waited long enough then come to seat us at one of these empty tables. Stupid. We came for the prime rib dinner ut the waitress left them sitting till they were cold. Have had them in the past and they were excellent. Will never eat there again.

Only casino in town so you really have no choice. Very poorly operated poker room with Brian as a room manager. He lacks knowledge and consistency with his ruling of poker. Poker is a game of rules not of favoritism to those players whom he likes. Very dangerous and costly combination when you involve money and the rules don't apply.
