Use to love this park as its the closest to my house my daughter loves it.. unfortunately now we've been seeing needles laying around everywhere and homeless sleeping in the park. Very upsetting.

used to be beautiful and a good playground for the kids, but lately it has had it's share of bad people hanging around, making a mess, leaving needles. needs to be cleaned up

Wide open green space and large mature trees anchor this park in the middle of an established neighbourhood. The playground is pretty standard with slides and swings, benches and picnic tables, and a gravel base. There are no public washrooms. The building next to the playground is apparently the model train clubhouse but there's no signage. We were disappointed that this is not the location of Gyro Spray Park. Having the same name, it seemed logical but the spray park is actually in Brook Park.

The park is snow-covered at the moment. It's a nice spot of grass & trees in the middle of an urban area. There is a small bit of trail accessible in the summer.

The park is long & flat, great for sports. Well maintained. The paths connect to the neighborhood around making it a good spot for walking the dog too. It being located in a well-covered area helps keep the wind at bay.

Great park, always clean, I have had any experiences with unsavory types here either. The play park is relatively new and there are plenty of tables for picnics or chess in the park.
