We have been here many times and it's always been a pleasurable experience except this time, bathrooms were disgusting there was garbage everywhere, the place was dirty like it had never been cleaned from the day before, and the person at the counter charge full price for both my babies which were 2 years old each, not sure if that pricing is exact but that seems crazy high for two little ones. But at least in these times you live in today the place should be spotless!

Not for anyone who is expecting to tumble or actual trampoline. My kid likes acrobatics, tumbling and aerial tricks. Used to be able to do this at the park in Abbotsford. This park is completely inappropriate for that. No long sections for tumbling, saggy soft trampolines that are unsafe for aerial tricks. Additionally service was terrible, it took 20 minutes to get checked in. No fault of the one csr trying to work the front alone on a Saturday night. If you want to play dodge ball on a trampoline by all means go for it. That looked fun. For us we wasted a drive and left after 8 minutes.

Had my sons Birthday there June 27 (Hottest day of the year). The only negative thing I can say is that they don't have air conditioning so it was very warm inside, but the kids didn't care they had a blast. Had to force them to quit jumping to make sure they took a break to get drinks, they didn't want to stop. I was somewhat concerned reading all the negative reviews here, but my experience was the staff couldn't have been better about everything from making the reservation to executing the party. I dealt with Anthony and he was awesome. We got our room early, the food arrived on time - pizza was hot, ice cream cake was frozen, drinks were frosty. Plates, utensils, candles, matches, etch were all delivered as promised and on time. We paid $217 for the party of 8 including the food and drinks and the kids got all the jumping time that we booked for (staff are very reasonable about start and stop times). Price is very competitive with other group party prices (movie theatres, water parks, etc). The rules about booking and jumping were made clear on the web page and in person and we had no issues with lost socks (staff will tape around them at the top on the kids legs on request). We were also told to bring water bottles as (no other outside food or drink allowed) as water is available for purchase but it is $2 per bottle so it could get pricey (kids can fill up in the washroom sink as long as the bottle fits. There is also a Wi-Fi room for parents with sofas and chairs that's a bit quieter if the main room gets too much. Overall I can honestly say I didn't experience one of the issues that any of the other reviewers have encountered and my son and his friends had a blast and it was a great party

Facilities we're great - the customer service, helpfulness of the staff, the attitude of the staff and the quality of overall experience were terrible. Here's a few examples of what made it terrible: - They don't answer the phone. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal if they responded to emails requesting confirmation of my event details. - Arrival - totally disorganized and riddled with attitude when responding to my questions that weren't communicated by the unanswered email above. FYI - we showed up at 10am (opening time). We were the first ones there and there wasn't a line up. - No supervision in the park - $600+ charges for 13 kids + party room 1.5hrs of jumping and pizza. I paid an additional $25 for bringing in outside food. I was fine with these charges but I am surprised that I didn't get additional charges for the staffs attitude when my sister asked to buy a water with an old $5 dollar bill (which is legal tender) and was denied because of fraud concerns. - The birthday cake supplied by Extreme Air had a glaze of water on the top 2 inches thick and would have withstood overland shipping by UPS to Miami. - Arcade games were out of order with NO signs on out of order signs on them. When we brought it to the attention of the staff that patrons were losing money in machines, the response was 'they should have known better'. A Vegas like money grab! Great business model... not sustainable. If you're looking for a blend of customer service between the Soup Nazi in Seinfeld and the Drill Sergeant from Full Metal Jacket then this is your place.

this place was really fun! although most young children aren’t wearing masks but teens and up were. no real food there but there are some vending machines with water, candy, chocolate, and pop. there’s even some arcade games:) the half pipe and foam pit are closed because of covid but all the rock climbing walls are open. i would recommend getting an all day pass so you can go in and out to get a snack or lunch from the fast food places around. happy jumping :D

Awful service. This facility is run by kids. No Manager is on site or someone that can handle difficult situations. I paid close to $600 for a small group, they were completely disorganized, charging the wrong people, took the wrong order for our food and then rushed us out of the room even though it was their error. I was promised a manager will call me back to resolve the issue and a month later i am still waiting. I would recommend others save their money and book else where. Very poor service for what they charge.

Worst experience ever. Do not go here please read the reviews are what the police said to us. We came in my wife, daughter (3), and I. My wife paid for herself because your child can’t be there without a full paying adult. The place is huge and apparently there’s only one bench in a caged room that a spectator can sit. I found this out after we went to the couches which were in a different area. I guess the couches are only for jumpers as well. The manager told me I had to leave and explained that I can watch my wife and daughter jump except from the cage which is about 30yards away. We were there 30 seconds so I said just give us our money back and she said “no refunds read the sign” like why would I read a refund sign or why would you have one. If she had any management skills or customer service skills she would have said sign the form and you can watch. So she finally said “I’ll give you a refund” so by the time I walk all the way around the park with my family and a sad 3 year old who was proud to show her dad, the young lady called the manager and said that he told her no refunds. So they called the police on me in which the cops felt like she was unprofessional and being petty. The cops did their research before going in and said look at their reviews it seems pretty common. At the end of the day your only as good as your people. I don’t ever write reviews but this place needs the owners and managers to see how they treat new customers. I asked for the managers number and name and all she did was tell me the just ran out of cards and refused to give me any information. Luckily the police went down and asked her to refund me in which she denied to do. She at least gave the police the main email and told me to write an email to the main email. What an experience DONT GO HERE. No dignity! I’m adding to this because the owner responded. The police came because I was told I would get a refund and didn’t so I asked for her to call the police in which they did come. I would look at your reviews because the common denominator is your staff. The police laughed and told me to read the reviews lol. You shouldn’t tell someone you would refund them and not do it. Your response shows you’re management skills and it’s a shame that you don’t respond to the other 100+ 1 star reviews.

Lots of Bouncy Fun. Met my sisters and all my nieces and nephews there and haven't laughed that hard in years. Its a safe play to let the kids blow off energy and to hang out with their friends. The only thing that bugs me if having to buy socks each time. When I brought my pair back the first time I was told I had to buy another :( Overall - super family place.

Do not book a birthday party here! The staff do not keep track of who they give the party passes to (after the host paid for them) and when one of the party guests showed up late, there were no passes left (the facility screwed up and gave one of passes to a non-party guest by accident). The manager blamed the host, refused to allow the child in until the host paid for an additional ticket, and told her it was her fault if guests show up late. The manager said this was not the first time he has had this conversation with parents. They clearly need a better system for birthday parties. Also, I recall this exact thing happening years ago at a birthday party my oldest son attended.

tonight October 15th i visited the extreme air park Langley Location with my brother. From the start to finish we were treated exceptionally by the two employees working, Drew and Sam. Great customer service from start to finish, all smiles the entire time and even recommending coffee from the machine and helping out when we were short on change. (which seriously was awesome for coffee from a machine) and ending with a back rub for each of us. Joking about the back rub... or am I... 5 stars would recommend these guys were great!

I went to extreme air park for my nephew birthday and had a blast! the kids had a great time and I got to jump for an hour, an hour was all I needed! there were no water fountains so next time ill bring a water bottle! staff were nice the place was rather clean too, I'll be sure to come by again!

Been there several times with my teenagers and kids. It is a busy place - not going to lie but somehow everyone gets a great workout and has a lot of fun. Even during busy times there is still a lot of space for everyone to jump. Management is awesome if you have any issues :) and certainly listen to feedback which is so important to keep a business running! Kudos to you guys for keeping it in great shape and clean!!! Pricing is reasonable too. We've done birthday parties and drop-ins and all our experiences ended up with great memories. Thank you guys!

Over all we (my kids) have a good time here. Some suggestions to improve the experience would be, -post a time when the climbing area is open and stick to it. It was tough planning our time when the staff didn't know when it was going to open and when they told us a time they open it 30 minutes later. - have more staff available to keep up with the covid cleaning and keep up with customer service at the same time. The staff was helpful for what they could do with their limited numbers. They kept things clean and sanitized but at the same time it slowed their ability to tend to customers.

Nice place for kids to jump around. Our kids are having so much fun. Nicely organized, COVID protocol has been followed. A little bit expensive though. Forcing to use their own socks is not appropriate at all. If you have socks, they still want you to buy their socks. The price on the web and at the counter is not same and it doesn't explain well on the web.

Went here for the first time last Sunday and had a blast! Absolutely loved how many different sections there are to go and jump around! I originally had made a reservation for 15 people and from the moment I first made the reservation online to the moment we got there, staff were very pleasant to deal with and everything went smoothly. The only reason I'm giving a 4 star rating instead of 5 is because I wish the black light time was every 10 or 15 minutes instead of 20. When the lights would go out it made you feel absolutely wonderful. Very exhilarating feeling! Also, I wish the photo booth they had onsite was larger as me and some friends (group of 3) tried to take a picture and was nearly impossible to fit us all in. Will definitely be coming back often. Thinking of even going for the year pass!

If I could give a lower rating I totally would but sadly you cannot. First off, I'd like to say they do not follow COVID protocols at all. I went for my nieces birthday and felt completely rushed throughout my experience, however I tried to overlook the staff's unprofessional comments and remarks. It was quite busy and the place was very dirty. The trampoline area in itself was not dirty but the party rooms, WASHROOMS.. Disgusting. I thought it had to be cleaned or checked by their staff every hour. NOPE. It was filthy. I never once saw any staff go around to wipe down or santize anything. They were definitely over capacity and overbooked. We got our party room late and was rushed out while we were literally singing happy birthday to my niece. When I had made a comment about how we're just singing hbd and we received our room late. The staff made a comment "we gave you the room only 3-4minutes late" OK whether it's a minute late, it's still late and to rush us out.. I understand they may be feeling under pressure due to the amount of parties they had but the comment was uncalled for. When we received our room, the staff had to clean it and the room was still fairly dirty. They only sprayed down the table where we had the food but not the tables where the guest were sitting. Also to mention there was a lot of chocolate cake crumbs over the chairs. The worst part of the entire experience was the fact that someone had taken my shoes.. Soiled shoes... When I had asked the staff, they didn't seem to care except one gentleman at the front who actually tried to look around to see if someone had returned it to the front. Definitely would not go back to this location or establishment.

The trampoline areas are great for the kids. But, they are understaffed, and there is an extreme lack of supervision. An adult male had my son in tears after throwing a dodgeball at him with his full strength. Luckily the other kids ganged up and shamed him into leaving the area(adults or older teens should be kept separate from younger kids) The viewing area only has one small bench. There is no food except for a mostly empty vending machine. I bought a bag of chips from it that were so stale i checked the expiry date..They expired in 2011. 6 years old There are 3 pinball machines, but only the one in the middle works properly. The other two stole a buck each and didn't work. I went to front desk to show them their 6 year old chips and tell them the machines ate our quarters and all the clerk said was oh..Thanks. didn't even offer to have a look or refund.( They probably hear it 50 times a day) Overall I'd say. Great concept, and fun for the kids but very poor management.

I would not take my kids here, the staff is clueless and relies on support fro that are not even available on site to address problems because they are now "allowed to deal with issues" and made our families have an overall negative experience. Save your money and find a better alternative

Its a fun place and tiring after. Though, for our party room we where rushed because only one guest was late!! The party room was booked for two parties, and the employees said we had to finished eating quickly and leave for the next people. The restraunt are also dirty. I recommend it but if your coming to a birthday party come early.

My children love the extreme air park. It’s a great place to take them when the weather doesn’t allow for outside play. My young kids ages 2 and 4 love it as much as my 9 year old and it’s hard to find a venue where different ages can have fun. We had my son’s birthday party here and everyone had a great time!

They have a lot of fun things to do there and a lot of potential, but the extensive rules ruin a lot of the fun, for example only one person to a trampoline at a time, only one person playing trampoline basketball at a time, must always wear stupid purple socks etc. Also it was a bit overpriced, and the cost of bottled water was insane. Coming here in a larger group would be a nightmare.

A good trampoline park, but it feels like you are being squeezed for as much money as they can at every opportunity. They do not allow you to re-use trampoline socks, so it is $4.00 more per jumper than anticipated. They also don't have any water fountains so you have to buy drinks from the vending machines.

Very nice facility large and inviting with the different areas, very clean and equipment very well maintained ( no tears etc ) ventilation was very well with ceiling fans as well as floor fans, black out was neat when they turn out lights and the whole place glows with black lights etc staff were not super friendly at enterance we had issues with entrance as was told it was mandantory to buy new socks even though we already had them (clearly a cash grab), no kids section at a busy time is touch and go with larger kids barging past little ones etc not a ton of floor staff for size of facility that I could clearly make out really enjoyed the viewing platform would be nice to have another in other areas as well, decent sounds system but lacking good music though

Not alot of good reviews here, but we appreciated the All Day Pass and lounge for parents. Tuesday also has an unlimited jump rate. We found the facility clean and the other patrons respectful and fun. We had little need to interact with the staff, but the two we did were polite. Yes, they do make you buy a new pair of socks every visit which makes the ticket pricing seem incorrect, but the All Day Pass with socks was still a good value for us.

I went to the air park last week with some friends and we had a blast! We played dodgeball and learned a lot of new tricks. The staff was very friendly and offered us help when we had trouble with our locker. I was very pleased with the fun experience and great workout. We will definitely be coming back soon!

It's an big place and lots of areas for the kids to jump around in. I gave a low score for the staff they really don't seem to care, low energy and give half truths. They close the climbing wall with no announcement so if you show up and they close it minutes in to you being there too bad your not getting your money's worth. Nor do they care. Too bad. Will hesitate to make this a return destination for the family.

This place is great for the kids if they enforced the mask rules. I called prior to coming and asked what they do here in regards to covid they explained that staff are circulating and making sure people are wearing masks. I made a choice to drive 45 mins here and let my kids jump to find that several people are NOT wearing masks I was extremely disappointed that they were older kids behavior I expected from the toddler I saw wearing his mask the whole time. I get it gets hot but that means it's time to get off and relax for a few not run thr risk for other jumpers who are abiding by the wear your mask at all times.

I brought a group of my daughter’s friends here a couple weekends ago. They jumped for an hour and a half and paid $22. It seems a bit steep for me. She said they all had fun but complained that the staff approached them saying they had to move because some other child peed on one of the trampolines. My experience with the staff wasn’t as bad as some of these other reviews but I did find the staff just seemed easily annoyed or irritated. It wasn’t an overly positive experience but also could’ve been worse, I guess. The kids enjoyed it on a rainy day.

One person working. Small line. Took forever so we left. The worker had to check forms, take temperatures, give out socks, read rules etc. Inside nobody was working so the climbing area all closed, foam pits closed. Basically half the place was roped off and no staff. Still very expensive with huge waits. Not worth it by any stretch

I haven't been to extreme air park for a little while, but my daughter and niece love the one in langley. I like how you can overlook from the viewing site, but I was extremely disappointed by the limited number of staff watching the children. The entire time I was there I saw one maybe two staff in the trampoline area. There should be more staff at every area to make sure children are being safe. Also my daughter was having difficulties in one of the areas and the staff member just watched her and didn't offer assistance. Parents pay alot of money for places like this for it to be so under supervised.

A great place on rainy or snowy days. Decent to moderate price (<$70 for 3 kids). Snack/junk machines but no real food available. Would be nice to get fries or hot dog or pizza or salads. But I know that would make for messy little fingers and then messy equipment. Personal drinks and maybe some food seems to be allowed in. No tables to sit at. That sucks. Benches available but not too comfy. The parents room is good. Seats 8 people. No kids allowed and free wifi. We will be back.

Great venue for all ages! We had booked a birthday party for my nephew and his friends online and the Langley staff contacted us within an hour to confirm our reservation! Easy and convenient website and the kids (and adults) had lots of fun! Definitely would recommend especially during the colder and rainier months.

So, there is one glaring problem with this place. In my opinion, it’s the most impactful to my rating: There’s no active monitoring to make sure people are following the rules of the park. So, my three year old got a way from me for 10 seconds and ran into the back lane where a girl, who is in her teens and old enough to know better, was doing double back flips. My kid stepped into her lane and fell. She landed less than two inches from his head! I looked in horror and tried to dive, but if she was any closer, he would have been seriously injured or worse. The park has a NO FLIPPING policy, but the staff don’t care. They just walk around and don’t watch. They’re just there to get their paycheque. Considering someone lost their life at their Richmond location, I was expecting better. Avoid this place so your kids don’t get hurt or worse.

Don't take your grandkids. If you want to watch them play its $20 per hour or your view will be limited. There is no accommodation for anyone with any mobility issues and the only viewing area is 15 stairs up. Might be fine for family but they have forgotten who had the big wallets.

Fun place for a birthday. Doesn't smell at all for the amount of sweat it generates. Lol. For Thursday, the web price said $12.25 + socks ($3). When we got there the posted price was $16 incl. socks. For a party of 9 it's just a $6.75 difference. We were told that must be the old information. Well... if it's on the web, that's your current information. Consistency would get you that last star. Before we left my 8 year old son searched his room for change to play a game there. I got him to wait until we were done jumping to play his game so he didn't waste his jump time. It cost 4 of us $91 to jump for an hour and a half. While I was getting our stuff and shoes on he went to play a racing game with his brother. The machine he went to said 50 cents. He put 50 cents into both racing games and it was saying it needed more money. He went with his brother to get help and the girl said to them it cost a dollar so they had to add more money. They tried pushing the button to get his money back and it wouldn't spit out the change. The girl went to the manager to ask what to do and the manager said there used to be a sticker there saying it was a dollar but someone had ripped it off earlier and they can add another 50 cents to each game to play. He didnt have the money and I wasnt going to pay interact for a dollar and we also had company coming over so by that time we had to leave. I asked the manager for the dollar back because the sign said 50 cents and we didnt know it was supposed to be a dollar. She told me there are no refunds, someone ripped the sticker off earlier and the machine said a dollar. So, not only did they add more cost to the game than the game originally said they put a cheap sticker with writing on it to up the price. She refused to pay my son back, even though they get all the money from the game. I have never had such bad customer service in my life! Ripping of children is a new low! Overpriced and bad management, not somewhere I will be going any time soon.

I was shocked at how extremely poor a $600 party for 8 years olds was handled. Extremely rude staff, totally dysfunctional, unorganized, and did I mention how rude they were? Zero staff supervision. Zero aid in organizing the kids. No one welcomed us, nor gave us any direction. No where for us put our balloons, presents, valuables. Room was not ready until an hour and a half after we arrived. You can only buy bottled water at $2.50 a pop, but the machines (one was out of order and the water one was out of order) did not take credit cards. No water fountain. No cups provided. Not safe, horrific experience, no way in hell I will be taking my kids back there. RUDE RUDE RUDE and didn’t care. This place has a great potential, it just needs to be bought out by someone who is able to hire good people, always have a manager on staff (apparently they only work weekdays) and understands customer service. Absolutely NOTHING was “extra” - we were charged and over charged by a staff member who literally rolled her eyes at me. I will be telling everyone with kids not to go here, and will not bring my children back even if invited for a birthday party. As for the owners comments to the older reviews about how “99.999%” people love it there - utter BS. All I could hear around me for the duration was how ticked off they were, how awful the staff was, how disorganized. Our party literally spent 45 minutes trying to DO THEIR JOBS and get the kids ready. Do not go here. I hope everyone does what I did not - read the reviews. HORRIBLE, UNSAFE, DISORGANIZED and RUDE. For $600 plus.

I spent over $400 on a party for my son and really didn't feel like it was worth it. The ice cream cake we ended up getting was in a plastic bowl like container and we weren't even able to get it out to cut it. Thank goodness we brought our own cake to the party. The kids had fun jumping though so that was good. The bathrooms could use more attention as well.

Had my sons 6 birthday party there. Signed the waivers, paid almost $400. Completely disorganized chaos. Covid protocols equaled 1 small table with hand sanitizer and at one point someone was taking temperature of 3 out of a 20 person group only, so I didn’t understand that one. There was absolutely no one supervising on the floor for close to the entire time except for 1 quick walk through by one staff member for 5 mins. Kids with expired times from 3 hours earlier still jumping. Way too many people in the space never mind during Covid. A group of big kids whipping balls at 5 yos. Bathrooms were not clean. There were basically a bunch of kids in charge of the safety and supervision of hundreds of people in one building. I left feeling like we paid for something we didn’t get. Wrote an email to complain on the website. Followed up 2 weeks later with a call to the office. Followed up again 1 week after and staff told me that I probably wouldn’t hear back from management. Not sure why they have 4-5 stars as most of the recent ratings are 1-3 stars at best. Don’t waste your money. It’s an accident and lawsuit waiting to happen. Just a matter of time, and the management don’t really seem to care about the customers. So maybe take your kids to another venue.

I have only been once but it was an experience I haven't forgotten and I've been thinking about going back ever since. Playing dodgeball on trampolines is a lot harder than sounds but it's a blast! Bouncing into the foam pit is great but a little difficult to get out of, although that didn't stop me from doing it over and over again. That's one of my favourites. Most of the floor is trampolines and you can have a great time. I'm definitely going back! I actually tell a lot of people about this hoping that they'll try it out.

WOW! what an awesome birthday party! bouncing good fun then cake and pizza! and the kids really loved the extreme air park socks they got to take home. Good value for the amount of time we got to spend there, and made me rediscover how out of shape I am haha. I will definitely be back. oh and the glow in the dark was very cool!!

Extreme Air Langley is the most fun you can have in the valley! So many cool features and I appreciated their attention the customer. An incredible experience that I really can't recommend enough. BEWARE - BROKEN SPRINGS! Could have been worse… And if my daughter and I didn’t leave an hour prior to our expiration time, it definitely could have been. (No refunds) 1. No manager or supervisor on duty to describe my complaints, or emergencies. 2. 1/3rd of the trampoline springs were missing or broken which could have potentially lead to a major accident. 3. I tried to express these issues (among others) to the staff on duty, but the children working couldn’t care any less. We’ve been to multiple trampoline parks from Richmond to Edmonton including this one pre-Covid, usually a great time. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about today.

Great fun! Our kids (8 and 5) LOVE this place. They get completely worn out and its good clean fun. There are lots of different activities and spaces and the place is well run and clean. The bill for a couple of hours is not cheap but we feel its worth it. The pinball machines needed some maintenance the last time we were there but that's a dad issue....lol Definitely recommended.

I have heard so many negative things about the owner, staff and their overall professionalism. Nobody i know who has gone there seems to have come away satisfied. I was going to come with my daughter but after you hear 10+ stories about how bad this place sucks you re-think going. I will spend my money at a gymnastics center which will cost half the money and you aren't forced to buy socks and the water doesnt cost $2 a bottle.Unfortunately the word of mouth on this place is avoid it if you value your money or actually want your kid to have a fun birthday. You could buy your own trampoline for the cost of one birthday party. Waste of cash.

Extreme Air Park is always our go-to place for both my kids (ages 5, 9)! A ton of fun for all ages and not as many uptight rules like some other places cough *skyzone* cough. We've held my sons last two birthday parties at this facility and we've been very happy with everything they offer. I was hesitant ... a place filled with trampolines? BUT... my boys aged 6 and 11 loved it so much that we decided to have their birthday party there! It was clean, organized and so much fun for the boys. It would be fun for adults too! It could use more staff monitoring the jumping though, especially in the area where the kids go in the tubes and try to roll into each other. It is an amazing workout and loads of fun.

I am very upset with the services provided. We were a group of five that came by today. I used the photobooth available and put in $15 but somehow it printed the previous person’s picture. When I brought the issue to the staff, he first told that he can arrange the refund and later said that his boss denied. It is very upsetting that customers are not valued here. Extreme Air Parks is a great entertainment center where you can be active and have tons of fun! No matter skill level you can find fun at multiple stations, like dodge ball or various trampolines. The black light really makes it fun as well as exciting. I love to hang out with friends here and have a good time. Sock grip has improved and helps gripping to the trampoline more. The only element I wish I could change would be like pricing as you didn't have to pay for socks before.; Overall its a great experience, and I would recommend coming here as I come here very often.

My daughter had been to Extreme Air Park before and liked it so she asked to go there with some friends for her birthday. We checked out their site online and found they had an offer for one free pass if you wrote a review. The offer stated this as a rule for the free pass: Valid on any day within two weeks of your review (other than the day your review posted) I wrote the following review one day before my daughter's birthday party: My daughter had a great time! We're going back for her birthday party! I rated the park 5 stars since my daughter had fun. When we purchased the passes at Extreme Air Park I said I had posted a review and the gal at the counter said, "We were told that the review had to be posted 2 days before you come to get the free pass." I said that was not what their website stated but she would not give me a free pass. She wouldn't even check out my review, or what it said on the website. I am very disappointed that Extreme Air Park did not honour their offer and did not keep their word.

Half the place is still closed for “Covid” but they still charge full price. Even when you’re bringing a teenager with her younger sister, they still charge Dad full price just to chaperone. Dispute being 60 pounds over the weight limit and unable to use the equipment anyways. But with the amount of kids on the floor no full sized adult could jump if they wanted to. My youngest enjoyed herself, she jumped all over by herself. But this place has Really dumb policies. And expensive $$$

How do I give this place a lower rating? They had the cops escort us out. I like this place but the staff and manager are stupid. We were given tags with permanent ink that would not dry on the plastic tags. I asked for new tags and was told to wear the ones I was given or leave. This is completely unacceptable for them to provide something that will stain my clothing and skin, and try and force me and my family to wear it. We will not be back, this place is a joke. So... The manager called the cops on us and had my family and I escorted out because we would not wear the tags with wet ink. They would not issue us tags either. They use a pallet marker, a felt with permanent ink that is carcinogenic. Not sure if they understand what customer service is, but the staff and management should take a few courses. Don't come here.

I’ve been here a couple times and it’s my favourite place to go to and favourite place to come back to. The foam pit is so much fun and the amount of trampolines that are here are unreal. The staff members are so sweet and kind, and i find that everyone i go with ends up loving this place. It’s a fun and easy way to get a physical activity in and it’s so much fun coming with your family and friends and jumping in the foam pit. The lights are also amazing because they bring out another excitement.

We came here a week ago for my son’s 13th birthday and the boys had such a great time they didn’t want to leave! There was so much for them to do that two hours of jump time flew by quickly!! The staff were very friendly and there was a comfortable lounge for the parents to hang out in (and still keep an eye on the kids). I will definitely recommend this place to all of my friends!

If you want to send your kids to a chaotic place with little to no supervision, then you've found the place. Teenagers pretty much run the joint and don't do much to supervise. Rules are constantly being broken, fights have broken out, etc. I have to wonder how deep their foam pits are at this location. 3 feet, 5 feet, less, more? I would advise jumping in feet first because who knows how deep it is. There have been serious injuries involving people going head first into foam pits. A man recently died at the Richmond Extreme Air Park doing just this. Anyhow, I will not be letting any of my three kids go to any of the Extreme Air Park locations ever again. Not for birthday parties, nothing, EVER!!

One hell of a work out! was dying after an hour. A lot of fun to go and jump but if you prefer not jumping with an older crowd I would suggest not going in the middle of a Saturday because then your going to be stuck with hundreds of little kids. All and all a lot of fun, and an added plus it was cheaper and larger then the other local trampoline places.

This place is fun, no question. The cardio and core strength involved in jumping for two hours is tremendous and will leave you tired and happy. The dodgeball, foam pit and basketball areas add to the fun, as do the blackout effects. The facility has been clean and running smoothly on the three occasions I have been. If there was one thing to improve it would be more assertive and engaging supervising staff.

This place is awful! I tried to take my kids today. While paying to enter, this remarkably loud warning message sounds over the speakers which terrified my 3 yr old and she started crying wanting to leave. The employee apparently couldn't do anything about the volume of the announcement (which apparently happens about every ten minutes), but also refused to refund my money despite me not even being checked in to enter yet, I had literally just entered my card and was still standing there holding it while clutching my scared child! They literally stood there and refused to do anything about either the sound problem or a refund! They are uncaring, callous and generally unpleasant. I will never return and would suggest you don't waste your money with this pit.

My kid who is 6 got punched in the nose by a 10 yr old bc they weren't following the way he wanted to play, then a dad and son who laughed at my kid and called him a looser and rolled the ball over top of him after taking him out of it left. Then the emergency exit gate was left unlocked and my 2 yr old kept going thru and the girl there I could hardly hear was rude in how she talked or lack of talk and I had to assume everything she wanted

It isn't just trampolines, they have giant inflatable balls you crawl inside, trampoline basket ball, a half-pipe, a foam pit, and a ball room. When the black lights come on it is amazing. The parent area is quiet and has a tv that switches screens between each area. Bring your own water, there is no water fountain.

I took my 7 year old here the other day for the first time and was shocked at the uncleanliness of the place. We arrived minutes after they opened and found bandaids on the main walkways and candy wrappers/clumps of hair and dust throughout the park. Online it said that everything but the foam pit was open however the half pipe was closed as well. I figured that first thing in the morning the place would be at least somewhat clean. Also, I had to ask multiple times about the climbing wall to be opened. Which it was after over 1 hr of being there and only having 20 min to climb. The other thing I had to ask for was for the lights to be turned off as , from what I read online, was supposed to be done every 20 minutes. I did see only 1 staff member working during the time I was there, which I do understand they can be busy, but I hoped for a lot more as I've been to many other trampoline parks and have never had this experience from any of them. Will not be returning ever again to this one unfortunately. Hope this goes to the owner and they can remedy some of these issues.

I booked a birthday party reservation. I left everything in their hands because I had 12 grade 7 boys coming for a birthday party for my autistic son. It is not cheap when you buy a package from Extreme Air. This costed me almost $600. They were to provide ice cream cake, drinks, and 3 large pizzas. I confirmed 3 or 4 times including when we got there for the party that they had us down for a large pepperoni (this is my sons favourite and due to the autism, he is a very picky eater) and 2 large vegetarians for his friends. They screwed this up. They ordered a cheese from panago and my son had nothing to eat for quite a while. Most of the party had eaten while a few others plus the birthday boy had nothing. Another parent went to pick up a pepperoni pizza that Emily ordered for us. My guests were restless so I requested that they get more jump time and rock climbing while they waited. My poor kid watched all his friends eat and had nothing for like another half hour so I was quite upset and wanted to talk to the manager. Emily was talking to the manager on the phone so I thought I might be able to. He told her that I would have to send an email to head office. This is very unprofessional. If your company screws up, own up and deal with it. Don't hide behind email! In addition to this there are many foam blocks in the foam pit that had bad words scratched into them. Plan your own birthdays, this place can't be trusted to handle it properly. Emily put in her best effort but to fix things but mistakes like this shouldn't happen and managers should not hide behind their employees! In addition to this the emergency exits were all locked and chained up. We got there at 12 and didn't leave until around 4, it was like that the whole time!

So un organized place! One of the staff walked us to a birthday room which was full of shoes and belongings related to another birthday. We were fitted in a small tiny room and were told that it’s going to be temporary until the other room is empty. We waited and no one told us anything. I asked one of the staff and he told me that this the only room available. I guess the excuse we will get is the number of people / each room. This is definitely a no come back, besides the overpriced birthday!

Worst customer service ever. Need all new staff, went to their facilities on a Thursday night, the hours listed on the website said, that they were closing at 10. We arrived there at 8:15, and we're told that they were closing early because it wasn't busy enough. Which is annoying, but fine. We purchased time to jump for the remaining 45 minutes. They had already closed down almost all the stations. We couldn't even play dodgeball, when we asked the girl at the counter, she said too bad. We even offered to bring the balls back, so she wouldn't have to do her job. She still said no. Will never come to extreme air park again, prefer the complex in Richmond or sky zone. Much better.

Awesome idea, not sure why it hadn't been thought of before. Especially like the idea of the foam pit. I never had the opportunity to learn how to do front and back flips (safely) and generally chicken out on a regular trampoline. No worries here. :)

Langley Location is by far one of the saddest place to have your child’s party and extremely unorganized staff! Charging $30/child and they’re swearing to the Host! It was a very sad experience ????No mother should have to deal with this on her child’s party where there should be happiness and here they are making the kids wait for 30mins to give socks and cannot spare a minute extra with zero flexibility! Not at all at Par with the birthday cost! The front staff was by far the worst staff service! I asked to speak to management and they said no one was there nor the owner. I spent $500 ., save your money and spend it where they appreciate you and your family/friends with a SMILE.., Never ever will I do a party there nor the 20 mothers that will tell 20 others! Karma will make their business as sad as they are..,

My husband and I brought our three children for a couple of hours a couple years ago and they are asking to visit again during our trip to Vancouver. I would highly suggest this as a great place to take the kids on a family vacation and trying to keep the kids active !!!

One of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We celebrated my daughter's 7th birthday. We didn't buy food from them but we were told that drinks are included with our package when we called the morning of our booking. It kinda seemed odd that they would include drinks when we are not buying food from them so we called back to confirm. Again we were told that drinks are included so we figured we don't need to order drinks with the outside food that we ordered. Upon checking in for our party we wanted to place the order for drinks so that they are served when our food comes. We were then told, oh we didn't buy any drinks. So at this point me and my wife are a little confused and ticked off because we got different information on the phone, twice. The excuse we got was that the girl that we spoke to on the phone and confirmed TWICE was new and didn't know what she was saying. We asked to talk to the manager and after 15 mins on the phone with him he said oh we can give you a discount and give $2/drink. We had 24 people jumping and doing the math with the amount of money we spent the manager didn't have the basic sense to make right on the mistake that they admitted they made. Absolutely the last time we ever come here.

This place is so expensive! It cost me $40 with a “toddler discount” to take a 4 and 2 year old for an hour. You have to sign waivers every time and need new socks every time. It is so wasteful. They don’t even recycle any of the plastic packaging or the socks. When we got there an alarm blared for a good 10 minutes. Staff were not friendly, did not clearly go over the rules (she spoke so fast). The staff were no where to be found when you were there. When we left no one was even watching the door. The foam pit did not have near enough foam blocks to make it safe. It was not clean, the trampolines has holes in them. All around it was not great and a waste of $40

Too expensive compared to other parks. There is no water fountain and the water they do have is $2.50 per bottle. Poor customer service with no park supervision by staff. Kids had fun though. That’s the only reason for 2 stars instead of 1.

This place is amazing! Not only does it have an abundance of trampolines, but there is an area where you can play dodge ball as well. The space is huge so you don't need to worry about it being too crowded, and they practice good hygiene through providing each person with a fresh pair of socks upon entry. I highly recommend and it is great for both children and adults!

Worst experience ever i paid clise to 400 dollars, never got a room, they forgot to order the pizza, and the manager is so uncredibley disorganised, and they we so over booked it wasnt even funny. They let three party rooms stay empty and never gave up one for the party i had alkready paid for, ontop of that all they refusesd a refund on the food they never supplied which i paid for. Such a horrible place horrible unhelpful staff.

Disappointing. Had called ahead to ask if it was an appropriate place to bring a 4 year old and they said yes. Unfortunately when we arrived we found out the foam puts we're all closed. My son was too young to use the climbing walls and the basketball hoops (he couldn't even get close to getting a ball anywhere near the hoop as it was too high for him). All that was left for him to do was jump in the trampolines. We were there for 90 minutes and it got a bit boring. He was very excited to try the foam pits and it was extremely disappointing to find out they were closed. Would have been nice if they had told us when I called as this place is not cheap and it was an extremely expensive price to pay to watch a 4 year old bounce on a trampoline for 90 mins. Might be worth it for older kids but definitely would not recommend this place for young children until they re open the foam pits (which I believe we're closed due to covid restrictions) unless going for a short time or at a minimum on a day where they have a special on entry fees. Also, very expensive drinks and the only food is from vending machines.

It was my first visit with my family and now due to the service definitely our last! We paid over 130.00 for 1 hour of bounce. They didn't tell us that if you lose one sock u get kicked out or have to buy another pair for 4.25! One of our kids lost a sock in the foam pit and I was choked that there are no signs or anything in the general rules up on the wall about having to buy another pair of socks to get to continue to bounce for the time already paid. This policy is hidden and the staff there telling us the policy were horrible!!!! Also, they said if they gave me a replacement pair it would come out of their own money because the owners do not allow them to give out replacement socks. To punish your staff like that is disgusting!!!! Couldn't believe the things the employees told me about management. Also, couldn't believe the staff was accusing me of lying when I said I wasn't told about the sock policy. Not one staff member warned or told me about having to buy another pair of socks if one gets lost in their foam pit. Going to this business is just a money pit for owners that treat their staff very badly and you can tell this is true by the way the staff did their jobs. Very poor attitudes and customer service if I could I'd give a negative star. Would never support this company again after our first experience. We enjoyed the bouncing part, but we'd rather go to Sky Dome in Surrey, BC where they don't have hidden policies and the customer service is better. Re-think going to this business again, since the owners have a hidden policy to get more money from you or you lose the time you've already paid for! Not impressed at all and one of the worst experiences I've ever had by a business before.

attended for a group function, my sons soccer team, on Saturday afternoon. I originally paid for my son and myself but quickly realized that no other parents were going to jump. I walked back to the front counter and told them I wasn't going to jump and asked for a refund. The front counter staff were extremely rude and stated they don't do refunds and would only give me a credit. I stated I didn't want a credit and just wanted a refund but again was told it was their policy. I asked to see this alleged policy, which was not posted anywhere in the front area, despite what the girl was trying to tell me. I asked to speak with the manager and she stated she was the manager but did nothing to help me. She continued to help other customers despite my complaint and continually said "Yeah Yeah" and just attempted to shrug me off. The customer service at this place was by far the worst I have every come across and I was completely embarrassed for the staff working as they had little to no interpersonal skills and did not even know where their policies were listed. I will never attend this park again, it is a complete rip off and the service is so sub standard that they have all found their calling in life because I am not sure they are capable of working in any other capacity. As for the lady who allegedly told me she was the manager, u know who u are, the 20 something year old who likes like she is 35 and wears the baggy clothing because she could shed a few pounds, thanks for ruining my experience along with all the people I was with. You singlehandedly have turned away numerous customers with your pathetic attempt at customer service. Surprised you didn't try and steal the money out of my son's wallet as well because that's all that you are, a thief!!

The Extreme Air Park in Langley turned out to be a highly addictive experience! We went for a birthday party and thought just the boys would be jumping. After the event they coaxed us to give it a try, and 2 hours went by so fast. Mom and Dad loved the exercise and fun too! Would be great to organize a mom's night out for fitness and then dinner afterward. The park is clean, the tramps safe even for the littlest ones...my son was 2.5 years and his brother was 5.5 years. The party room was large and nicely appointed with 5 tables for the guests to spread out. Highly recommended! I am organizing a playdate soon here! 5 stars.

Well I arrived to extreme air park and advised I had done a review and asked for the 2 for one discount. I was advised I needed to pull up my review on google. I did not know how to do it nor could she help me. There was a huge lineup. I ended up paying full price. I then figured out how to find the review. I was advised I could not get a refund. I asked for a manager and she said she was the manager. They had one person working and 20 people in line(pro d day). The customer service here is unacceptable!!!

Horrible. Save your money and go anywhere else. Students working that have no sense of customer service. Limited staff. We paid full price but nit everything was open. This was no disclosed on their website or in person. When we went to the rick climbing area, tge girl was closing it because ' she had been there for a while and needed a break'. when asked when she would reopen ,she apathetically said ' maybe in an hour'. Our time would have been done by then, and no other staff member seemed interested to open it. Water on floor near lockers that no one cleaned. One hand sanitizer location ,but not everyone used it. Really poor management and horrendous customer service.

I'm writing this to express my EXTREME disappointment in the service I received from this establishment. I am applaud that this company is completely okay with treating people like absolute garbage. I had called and spoke to someone on the phone regarding prices prior to booking my Daughters party. I agreed to the price and reserved the date. When it was the day of the party, the staff overcharged me 100.00. As I booked the party on the deal night (12.50 per jumper) I was told by the lady I first spoke with that I would only be paying $19 per person for the Birghday Rate (the room, cake, 2 med pizzas, plates & cutlery included) On the day of I tried to explain the pricing that was discussed over the phone, but they didn't care to listen to what I had to say. They just kept saying this is the birthday rate and there was nothing they were going to do for me. Having 14 kids behind me, most of them dropped off. I was left with not much choice but to pay and deal with a manager later. I arrived at 5:30 pm with 14 kids, paid by 5:52pm and the kids didnt get jumping until 6:10. They were totally unorganized. I was told to go to the party room by one employee. Started gathering all the children, to only be told no go to the front and watch the video. We all waited for a video that never played just to be told to go back to the party room for the rules. With all the confusion our jump time didn't start until 6:10 and we weren't extended our jump time because of their unorganized staff. VERY DISAPPOINTING. I also was told I would be receiving Fresh Slice pizza (listed on the website as well) but receive pizza hut (very little cheese and extremely greasy Pizza)I was not informed of the change. When I booked the party the girl was adamant that if there was any changes, I would have to email. I'm not too sure why when there's a change that was made by them I didn't get the same courtesy. The day after the party I called to speak with a manager and was livid to the customer service I received. I was told they will not do anything about the wrong pricing, That it is my problem and not theirs. I expressed how unorganized they were and pulling us in several directions with little children. She didn't care. No apology or remorse for the bad experience. The manager fought everything I said, she by far is the worst person in customer service I've ever had to deal with. I would of had no problem paying the price if it's what I was quoted in the first place. I hope people read reviews before booking because I failed to do that. I will never be returning, ever!!

Absolutely brutal. Staff is inexperienced in general and way understaffed or trained. Birthday parties here are a bad idea. Was not clean. Covid protocols are not really important here. Not a place for small kids up to 7 in general. Good thing you sign a waiver so there is no recourse if you do get hurt. Spend your money somewhere else.

Wish I could give this place a lower rating then 1 star. Absolutely worst place to have a birthday party. Everything is a money grab but the worst part is how unorganized and difficult they make it. When I arrived I told them 4 people had cancelled but they said I had to pay for them anyways even though it was 22 kids. So for the 22 kids and 4 pizzas and cake it came to $860. Some people were late that came and they wouldn’t let me prepay for them, or hold my card until after and wanted me to wait at the front for everyone, or they suggested my guests pay for themselves and I can pay them back. It’s their fault they are late. They make you pay an extra $25 just to bring your own cake in. At the very end of the party I ordered 20 goody bags for the kids which came to $170 and 10 minutes later when the guests left I had 6 goody bags left over (I guess some people didn’t take them for the younger kids) and I went to return them unopened - literally 10 mins after I paid and they told me they don’t do refunds. This place has the worst customer service ever and ended up costing me over $1000, it’s difficult, unorganized, in accommodating and just terrible. Never have I ever experienced something this terrible.

the place is clean, but honestly too expensive. Some areas of the park are closed with for no reason. Foam pit closed because of covid, that makes sense, but 1 of 2 dodge ball courts doesn't. Staff is not as friendly as they should be. They don't have all size socks, so my 5year old had socks that where too big. Overall you can have fun, but a family of 4 will pay 100$ for an hour admission.. too much if you ask me.

Decided to have an activity day with the kids on Wednesday. We went and played laser tag and then came to Extreme Air Park. I have never seen so many trampolines in my life. This is a huge building and there are large sections which are each a separate activity (dodgeball, basketball, foam pit, volleyball etc), all on trampolines!! The main trampoline area where you just jump is more square footage than my house I am sure. Place was busy but it is so large that everyone had their own space and enjoyed themselves. A little pricey at $20 for an hour and a half of jump time but the kids had a blast and they burned off all their energy. Staff were great and were watching to ensure rules were followed, facility was spotless and its a building with their own parking lot. Heard a lot about this place and I see why all the hype. They didn't have water fountains but I pay more for drinks at the theatre or convenience store but we will bring water bottles next time. We will be back!

We had my sons Birthday party there recently with 10-12 kids. They messed up the pizza order and their response wasn't as pro-active as one would like to see. Being a manager myself I was severely disappointed with the complete lack of a personal touch by management there. They hid behind a desk and their staff. Part of being a manager is having to deal with issues, complaints and failures whether they are valid complaints and issues or not. You are viewed as a higher authority than can help solve problems that the other staff cannot or doesn't have the authority to. I have never been to a place of business and asked to speak to the manager and not have it happen. If you cannot deal with people then you do not belong in a position of management. Almost any poor experience can be solved and result in a customer leaving the facility satisfied that their concerns were at least heard and listened to. I do not feel that the owners/management care enough to ensure that they get repeat business which is ultimately what is going to keep these trampoline parks around. The responses to the google reviews are almost all cut and paste carbon copies. If you can't take the time to personalize your response to the situation/comments of the reviewer then you shouldn't even bother putting a response in. A "Thank you for the positive review. We glad you enjoyed x about our facility. If you liked that come back and give our x a try." or "We are sorry that you had a bad experience at our facility. We take x item seriously and I ensure you that we are constantly working to improve our facility and service levels." Diffusing a situation can be really simple and is not always require refunding money. There are other things that can be done. The chain of command here is broken. Until it gets fixed I wouldn't expect the people working the floor to be able to help solve anything or get any better.

A cool place for children and their parents. You can just jump to the cheerful music. You can practice ball jumping near the basketball hoop. There is a place with many soft cubes where you can jump safely. There is a climbing room where children and adults can practice rock climbing. Game machines for children. vending machines with water. There are lockers for clothes. Parking. All safety rules are followed. The staff are friendly and always happy to help.

Hosted a birthday party for 8 kids at a cost of almost 300$. Zero direction from staff, zero customer service. Staff weren't able to provide information to parents dropping off or picking up their children about what room etc. One child lost his glasses in the foam pit (I know he should have taken them off) and they said they find everything when they do a full cleaning of it. I asked them when they do it next - they must have a full blown cleaning schedule right? I asked, every week? Every month? The manager chuckled and said "we do NOT do it every month. That takes way too long." What?! She never gave me a number on how often this gets cleaned but she said staff do "fluff them". So glasses? Gone. They showed zero care and didn't even pretend to care. I guess compared to the kid with about a 2 inch knee gash and the one who's nose looked very broken we got off easy. This won't be a repeat party spot.

I went here for a party and it was great. It have a lot of different activities that a group will enjoy both individually and as a group. I will certainly come here again.

Awesome place to take kids ( a bunch of boys) for a birthday party. No fuss, easy, the boys own energy ran the party......all I did was take along a good book and sit back and relax as the boys jumped away! Good clean fun!

An excellent place to take the kids to burn off some excess energy. They would get 5 stars if they provided a water bottle fill station and had a more comfortable seating area for parents to wait for their kids. Overall, I have always enjoyed my trips to this location and love how the kids are tuckered out afterward. Will be going again.

We had an issue while there for our jumptime today and brought it to the staffs attention. Later spoke to the owner Thomas who was HORRIBLY RUDE and had the audacity to call me names!!! I have reported him to the BBB, health and safety, human rights etc. DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE...the center is not maintained properly and there are many safety/cleanliness concerns!! Also not following government COVID safety protocols. The owner is rude and only cares about money and not his customers or the safety or wellbeing of the children using the facility!

Read the reviews before you go to this place. When there are this many bad reviews it’s a sign. Horrible service and rude staff. Zero supervision which means no one enforces any rules. Kids constantly getting hurt by bigger kids. There are much better places than this.

So incredibly dirty, crumbs and garbage on most of the trampolines. Awful dirty smell when you want in. Rude staff. Not clean at all. Not enough supervision for the groups of kids on trampolines.

There is so much things to do there, my kids really liked it. There are a lot of big trampolines and even a foam pit. We will be going there again soon!

They can't deserve even one star. Staff is very rude especially the girl lia when we buy the ticket first they told us only foam pit and half pipe is closed but afterwards when we asked for some climbing activites they said us very rudely it was closed now . They do not refund our money and treat us very rudely.

Very bad place with worst Customer service. Firstly, everything was closed, secondly the price is higher than what the extreme website says. Thirdly, I was inside and my phn was in the locker and my friends came to in to see me and they didn’t let my friends enter and call me which was the most inhumane thing ever. They asked them you have to pay before you enter the area not even to call your friend. Also it was only 20 mins left and the reception girl asked my friends to pay the whole amount which was meant to be for 1 hour. Not recommended at all!

A really fun place! My oldest loves going. My youngest enjoys it, but I found the older kids and even adults jumping held little regard to smaller kids, waiting their turns etc. Dodgeball and the blackout times are lots of fun. I do wish they would have more of a presence of staff walking the floor, being visible, enforcing safety, etc. This is done at other jump parks.

My boys love this place. Spent many hours playing and EXERCISING which is great for them and my own sanity, they have a lot of energy. Extreme Air Park Langley is awesome for birthdays, holiday fun days and just a good place to hang out.

We had our son's birthday party here and this might be the most disorganised, chaotic party experience we've ever had. They told us to come at 10 as our party started at 11. We got there right on time and there were two other parties registered for the same slot. It took half an hour to even get to the front of the line and at that time, it was only the party hosts that were registering. The staff seem very poorly trained and understaffed. It isn't their fault it took so long to get everything done; it's the business owner's fault 100%. They are overbooking clients and under-scheduling staff. The party rooms were supposed to be assigned the night before but weren't so we didn't even get our party room until 30 minutes past the start of the jump time. There was no choice of what kind of ice cream cake to get. I would not recommend this place as a birthday party event.

Basically this place is not safe for your kids. It is not monitored properly by the staff to ensure all kids are acting in a safe manner. Two of my kids were there on the weekend one suffered a dislocated jaw the other a concussion. This happen because of a teenager that was being overly aggressive against smaller kids. I was watching the staff do their rounds and they were not really watching what was clearly a kid that needed to be talked to. The staff said they were understaffed and could not do proper monitoring of the park. They were pretty casual about my kids injuries and told me they were fine. We spent 7 hours in emergency under the care of an emergency room doctor that said he gets a lot of kids injured there come into the emergency!! Do not trust this place. We signed a liability waiver and they seem to think that means they don't need to make the place safe. They need about 5 times the staff to safely monitor the park. BEWARE!!

A huge, nice and clean place with free parking. There were many trampolines available for unlimited jumps. Excellent staff especially Sam who was very helpful, giving good details. It was so much fun and great exercise for everyone. Additionally, I really liked the glow in the dark neon lights. However, it was bit pricey for the speed time plus special socks. Note: Bring your own locker or pay extra $2. Also, don’t forget to bring your own water bottle or extra cash to buy from the vending machine because there is no water fountain.

Will not come back! Over priced, especially if your not jumping just chaperoning. $63 for 2 kids and myself is a little pricey for 1.5 hrs. They do not provide a water fountain so you have to pay $2.50 for one bottle of water. .25c of my money then got stuck in machine and 'manager' was annoyed because I wanted it returned to try a different machine. She fell short of saying i was lying. Over a quarter? Really? She walked away mumbling something after she hesitantly refunded me. Rude staff and high prices makes this a big NO for a repeat business. Also, ive just read some owners response to negative reviews and some are very unprofessionable. No wonder some staff act that way as well.

HORRIBLE! I paid for the extra jump time and then asked to have it refunded because our group was having a miserable time. They were being physically hurt and bullied by older kids. When I spoke to the manager Breanne, she was cold, uncaring, emotionless, and rude. She kept on insisting that there were a number of staff out there watching the kids. Every picture or video I took, showed a different story. The staff was hard to find and when I did finally see one, he was watching a large area and multiple areas. From what I understand they didn't have enough staff to cover the ratio between staff and number of occupants. But, I'd have to clarify that with the Better Business Bureau. I feel horrible for another family who had to have the paramedics come in to attend to their child. For the price we paid, I expected better customer service and support for our safety concerns. I'm sure I'll get the standard response that others have when they complain, but I want other parents to be well educated before spending their time and money here. Heather Robins

Had my sons birthday party and it was the worst experience! It was expensive, chaotic and completely unorganized. First of all they mis-counted the children and didn't give the birthday boy his socks or sticker to jump and then argued and argued with me about it until I finally caved and paid extra for him to attend his own party. Then when paying, I was charged the full amount of the party, despite having paid a deposit. When the lady went to refund my deposit, she couldn't because that credit card had expired since I had made the reservation. The "manager" told me it would be money laundering to refund my deposit to another card. The only option was to email the head office to try and get back the $100 I had to overpay. Still waiting for my deposit back. Oh and we were shorted 3 drinks and when we asked for 3 more bottles of water they argued and argued with us. Over water. NEVER will I ever go there or recommend to anyone!!

I have no words.... actually I have one - AWESOME! I brought my kids here a few days ago and it was exhilarating! You gotta make sure to fill in the waiver forms first then hit the front desk to grab these tags that have your finish time on them and a pair of your very own trampoline socks (which were quite comfy). All around great time and really good workout. You will be sweating buckets of fun for sure.

Jumping around was fun but the customer service (or lack there of) will keep us from going again. Very rude staff, and more expensive than the website said. Left us feeling upset and frustrated the entire time. Spend your money elsewhere
