The casino is great for slot playing a few tables here and there . Food and drinks can be a bit pricey depending on what you order example A bottle of Corona is $8.00 then add your tip its almost $10.00 for 1 beer .Slots are fair and can keep you playing for hours within your budget .

Just got home from the casino. The people at the front who ID singled me out and wouldn’t let me go in because I was “too drunk”.I asked them if I could do something to prove I wasn’t intoxicated but they just kept telling me I wasn’t allowed in. The most embarrassing thing I think I’ve ever had to go through. (All my friends were allowed in * two of them didn’t even get checked for ID’s*) I talked to someone higher up and they let me in after 20 minutes of explaining my situation. Just funny when I get in to use the washroom they have girls throwing up on the bathroom floor but they create a problem where they wouldn’t let me in. Honestly don’t think I’d ever go back and my friends are in the same vote completely ruined our night and the people working at the front should definitely be re evaluated for the job . I never write reviews but I feel obligated because I’ve never been this mistreated in my life. Worst experience ever!

I went for a buffet dinner at 5.00pm with my friend who had a two for one coupon. The restaurant was full and the people kept lining up waiting for service till I finished the food and left the Casino at around 7.00.pm. The food was excellent and for sure I will be back very soon.

I found this place very comfortable and relaxing. The people and staff here are Very nice and have no problem helping you get to know cascades. and I've noticed that everyone makes sure that your stay at the casino is fun and exciting. There are many many different games to choose from. So go and try your luck at cascades casinos. Everyone is a winner. The food is Grande' lots of parking . There is a full bar. And a 5 star hotel if you don't want to drive after all,who wants to go home, when you could be the next jackpot winner.

I have heard many good things about the buffet at this casino and finally decided to make the trip here from Burnaby. I often frequent Hard Rock Casino for its buffet so this is what I would mainly use as a comparison in this review. Wife and I went to Cascades for buffet during Thanksgiving weekend and perhaps it was because of the holiday there was more items being offered, such as quiche and more selection in the kids' zone, the fried stuff. Cascades has a small pastry section that I personally really enjoyed, though I am not sure if they are house made, what I had was very satisfying! The hot items were excellent, the desserts (apart from the pastries) were excellent, they even had waffles, pancakes and french toast all at the same time, whereas Hard Rock had two out of the three, on rotation. The only trade off for everything that is good is the smaller section of salad bar, which really, I can live without at a buffet, just give me one bowl of some mixed greens that I can use to cover my guilt while I enjoy the real deal buffet! But no, as much as I would definitely recommend this casino for its buffet, DO NOT COME, because I hate lining up :D

As a casino, it's fine. Plenty of slots, and quite a few tables. My favourite feature of Cascades is Pinnacle Grill, the restaurant inside. The food is well above average. You would expect to pay $25 to $30 per entree for food of this quality, but they charge $10 to $15. This makes it a very inexpensive way to entertain yourself and a few friends for an evening. Local wine selection is great; try the Canoe Cove red.

Buffet for brunch is fantastic, but they ask you for ID to use the bathroom, every time you go through. Need better techniques to save time in the age verification department. Casino floor is nice and the bar is also pleasant.

I visited here and was pleasantly surprised. Nice venue with slots and tables. Clean bathrooms, has a spa and hotel attached. We enjoyed the casino buffet. Mediterranean buffet on Tuesdays seem to be the most popular. We would go back again. Lots of choices and nicely cooked selections. Lots and lots of free parking.

Cascades Casino used to be much better but since the Crystal Room was taken away so was any peace of mind & privacy for people who don't want to be asked for spare change or to be solicited by pan handlers. The winning pay outs are far & few between..I just wonder why its changed so much & pay outs are so ridiculously low if you playing $1 machines. Its no wonder so many people go elsewhere. To bad because it used to be a fun place to go.

Cascades is one of my favourite Casino. My husband and I have had great luck on the slots here. We also frequent the buffet which is delicious and is free until kids are 7! We come with our baby who can eat mashed potatoes and veggies for free.

Great place. Walked in with $40 and walked out with 5800. Went and had lunch at the restaurant in there and the food was great. I had the clubhouse pizza. I asked for no lettuce because that's just weird to have on pizza. To be honest the pizza was lacking bacon. There was some on there but I feel like there could have been more. But other then that everything was great. Would go there again soon.

This used to be my favorite casino but it appears to be sliding backwards after reopening. I have been in here three times since the covid reopening and my first question is this, Is the air conditioning system broken? I don't mind losing my hard earned money but I expect to be comfortable while doing so. I'm pretty sure the temp in there has hovered between 26-27 degrees. How about we shoot for 22 degrees boys. Like Holy cow, who do you have to trip to get a drink at your machine in this place? I hear the waitress calling for drink orders but she is not really looking for people who are trying to get her attention. Guess it's time to find a new haunt.

I used to visit the theater and dance venue almost every weekend as they had live bands and the best dance floor around. It was always packed. However, now it is a Bingo Hall so left a huge hole in places to go for mature people. Worst decision ever, sorry.

Got dinner at one of the bars, ordered the caesar salad. All was well till I noticed that the butt of the lettuce was in the salad, not broken apart. Meaning they didn't separate the lettuce to clean them properly. Not sanitary! That can make people very sick!

Delicious dinner buffet. We had a 2 for one coupon and were both hungry enough to eat our money's worth even at full price. The fish, chicken, and prime rib were so tender and linups not very long. A little lacking in the salad department in terms of variety but the meats made up for it.

Well I received an email saying that they are taking extra precautions, let's start at the line up, not handled well and then you get in and they only have 1 bar open so to get a drink it takes forever and then they put screens up in between machines but they have nobody wiping them down in between guests using them , and we went one night and then the following weekend and I never heard any machines hit a jackpot, I guess they are trying to recoup the money they lost when closed during the pandemic, thanks but no thanks!

I was falsely accused of stealing an individuals wallet, and when I said it was not me, they insisted their fancy facial recognition cameras were sure it was me and that I needed to pay back the money in the wallet. After more arguing with whoever decided to publicly humiliate me in front of a large crowd of people, his superior walked up and said, "oh yeah that's not him, sorry." As if we're finished, and when I try and talk to management, I'm offered a lunch coupon? It's absolutely disgusting. You people, are absolutely disgusting.

Very friendly bar staff! The bar has casual bites if you aren't wanting a proper meal. Lots of slots machines with less game tables. Casino definitely needs more people doing check-ins as the lineup was too long for only one staff checking in.

In my opinion, this casino is one of the best in lower mainland. It is located in the perfect location with loads of parking and friendly people. They have excellent customer service. More slots than you can imagine. Tons of table games with very knowledgable dealers. It's a great place for beginners and professionals. They also have poker rooms as well as high stakes slot machines. Not to mention that it's covid safe. On top of everything, you can use your Encore Rewards points there at the Cascades casino as well. They also include a delicious restaurant. In my experience at the cascades casino, I have never had any issues or problems there and I have been to this casino over 100 times. If I were to pick the top 2 casinos in Vancouver and the surrounding areas, I would choose the Hard Rock Casino in Coquitlam and of course the Cascades Casino in Langley. So if you are going to go out for a good time with some friends or with your lover, then I recommend going to the Cascades casino in langley. You Won't Be disappointed if you do. This is one of my fav casinos because they have both table games and slots. It's a huge casino, they have to outdoor heated smoking areas, which is nice since I smoke. There is a large bar in the center of the casino, lots of people getting really loaded then kicked out. Free entertainment. Lol. They have restrooms scattered throughout the casino so there is always one close by which is good cuz it's a huge place with just about every slot machine there is. They have a hotel attached to the casino and I believe several restaurants as well. The only thing that could have made my visit better would be to have won. No luck this time but there's always next time! ????

Moderate sized Casino/Hotel/Conventio Centre, there's a buffet inside as well. I like the fact there's a Starbucks inside by the Hotel Reception and is why I stop there. It has 5 minute parking and I'll run in and grab my latte. It's usually faster than the other nearby Starbucks because people don't think about it being in there.

A lot of tables as well, including video roulette based on an actual wheel. The buffet is pretty decent for a casino buffet, with hit and misses on dishes. Haven't eaten in the other restaurant in a long time, bit it looks very popular lately.

We went for their Mother's Day buffet, but were rather disappointed with the quality of some of the food. The lettuce in the salad was far from being fresh (brown around the edges). The beef was all rare and appeared to have veins & gristle running through it. The salmon & chicken were good, as were the desserts. The hot food was only warm at best so by the time we were half finished, it was very cold. On a positive note, the staff were all very pleasant and attentive. In summary, we did not feel that it was worth the adult price of $34.

We're not big gamblers, but they have an amazing buffet at a very reasonable price, and weekly draws for cash prizes. I found out last time that you can pick up a casino card to receive an additional 10% off the buffet. I've never had bad food here, nor is there a lack of amazing desserts. Highly suggest checking it out if you're in Langley or the lower mainland.

I’m not much of a gambler but to “change the pace” it’s a decent spot for a night out. A pretty good mix of old and new machines and the layout doesn’t make it so crowded, even on a busy night. The blackjack tables can get pretty busy but that goes with every other local casino around. The attached pub has a decent menu and friendly staff.

It’s an older casino, but it’s large and spread out. A good mix of new and older games. They have the typical Buffet, Match Public House ( try the Pesto Shrimp Deep Dish pan pizza ) They also have Glacier Bar which thankfully had a blender. We were here on New Years Eve, and I had the most amazing frozen double Strawberry Margaritas!! They also had a DJ that night that was pretty good ( it was LOUD ) I had a pretty good time.

Came early on a Sunday to Match. Heard they had really good Chicken and Waffles and they did not disappoint. Oh my goodness, this is an amazing dish. The aioli that it comes with is what puts it over the top for me. Hitting all the flavor profiles and the crisp and juicy chicken was perfect. Both seasoned and cooked. Looking forward to returning.

I had gone once before and it was not worth it. But I then took a friend and daughter to the Sunday night Prime Rib buffet and was so happy I gave it another chance. Like any buffet, you're not going to like everything. But for $21, this was certainly worth it. And the Yorkshire Pudding was pretty good too! I didn't even get a chance to take a pic it was so good.

Sunday's buffet is great...but the setup is not well thought out. The main buffet line is too close to the dessert table and soda machine. At times it can take more than 30 minutes to get through the long line for food. It would be better if patrons could line up on both sides of the buffet line.

Love this Casino! However the small town mentality of the front door staff, despite the fact that Maple Ridge is a City. Has me far more impressed with the Langley Casino, Coquitlam, and Burnaby. In my opinion the staff are not trained for costumer service, it’s almost a better than feeling. Lots of room for improvement. The facility is beautiful.

Went to the buffet after a game of friendly poker. It was a bbq themed dinner. Paid $25 including tip for the buffet. Grabbed a table immediately and lined up to get food. The salad bar was small. Food selection was small. Wasn't too impressed as the food quality was mediocre and it tasted the same.

Our family (of 4) go in to dine at the buffet when we have a "2 for 1" coupon. The overall experience was great with just a few things I noticed that the manager might want to look into: Service - great service with employees doing their duties in a timely manner and with a smile. Cleanliness - generally clean, although saw a couple stuff on the floor on a busy day, which is understandable. Saw a cutlery knife on the seating area floor and nobody picked it up, though. Food - The food served was generally well prepared with the right temperature, with quite a variety (soup, salad, pastries, meat, and tea.) Also enjoyed the desserts, a mix of fruits and cake. Surroundings - placed at a way that makes navigating easy. Although I don't mind waiting in line, I realized some customers don't enjoy the lining up for getting into the buffet and getting the food. Its understandable when they are tired and worn out, but on a busy night, what do you expect, right? And its a great opportunity for one to develop patience skills. I just wish customers could realize that. I also noticed some customers didn't finish their meal and left. One night, a couple left with 3 plates of a meal (but with the blue card facing up), and I hope they come back. I really was saddened to see food being wasted at a large scale, as they really add up. The Super Buffet (in Bellingham, permanently closed) charged customers $5 dollars for a meal wasted, maybe some thing could be done. I suggest having the TVs set at a different channel for each, giving a variety of TV taste for its customers. Would highly recommend customers to come and try the buffet. We will also stop by for more of their delicious food and great service.

Went to the buffet to eat and the theme was Asian buffet. Which I usually love, but today not so much it lacked taste and variety for people who dont eat much meat. 1 incident that got me was the pork and chicken mixed no sign was located above the dish, I proceed to take what I asked the server who was re filling the so called chicken platter , turned out was pork, which I don't eat for personal reasons. I asked to speak with the manager who told me next time ask the patrons In the line. I explained there was no sign indicating what dish I consumed. The the manager said they would speak with the chef. I would suggest that food gets tasted before it is served, as the food did not have any taste because it was not seasoned properly. As a regular customer I was very disappointed that I had to leave and was not able to eat the food.the lovely ladies that pick up the plates are so nice always asking if your done that's part of the reason I loved Dining at this specific casino.

Terrible COLD Thanksgiving buffet! Too many people for a small venue so line ups and waits are too long... just to get in and eat cold turkey dinner! Also o many people using the soft ice cream machine meant it stopped producing "frozen" product and was just liquid in the bowl! Maybe a better buffet on a weekday lunch instead of a holiday?

I have been to all casinos in lower mainland and I think this is the best casino in BC. The setup is great, huge restaurant on the side which other casinos lack. The environment is excellent, when you are in the casino you feel like you are in Vegas because the way it's setup. Tons of good slots and lots of bars within the casino as well. The food at the Match restaurant is tasty.

This casino strategy about just taking people's money and putting them in a bad mood most of the time, it may backfire on this place in the future.

I always had a good time here there was a core group I got to know playing the ultimate texas hold em table and the dealers are super friendly. I play here to have fun never to make money. Only issue is the Food in buffet is very poor tastes like it's made in batches and reheated and for a $20 i expected better and there is no entertainment the Bingo hall looked like it used to be stage for live entertainment. You would make more money selling tickets to shows than Bingo tickets.

Nice casino, lot of variety in games here. Lots of slots but they have table games as well. They have a few bars as well as a match public eatery if you're looking for drinks or food which are both excellent. They definitely need more of their popular machines they are always reserved and people flock to them making them difficult to play but again there's lots of variety so you will more than likely find something you like. All said this is a fun place with a good atmosphere whether you want to go for drinks and a bite or gamble they have it all.

It was great when it opened. Now machines are breaking down, staff are limited so you have to wait. The money from ATM will not work in machines half of the time. Match is excellent for dining but noticed portions are smaller some items not so flavored as they used to be. Have they changed chef's? Mgr of Match is a constant which we like very much. So sometimes things change and need nurturing. We hope that starts soon. As we find the casino entertainment and wish to continue visits.

If I could give a zero I would, I went to the buffet and after paying realized that there was really no options last night for vegetarians other than potatoes which I'm allergic too. So I asked for a refund and after trying to refund my card 8 times it wasn't working so they had to radio the manager to approve giving me cash back instead... I told them I was in a hurry and they said the manager was just dealing with something and would be right down.... I waited 15 min and when the manger finally showed up she made me try my card again and it still didn't work and when I asked why she couldn't just approve my refund over the radio instead of making me wait 15 minutes she gave me attitude and literally cut me off mid sentence and wouldn't talk to me anymore... Super unprofessional and I won't be going there anymore...

I go to other casinos around the lower mainland. My win loss at this casino is worse than any other. I dont belive games are rigged with magnets and stuff like they're designed to have the odds i know... However ive lost in unbelievable ways time and time again at this location. Plus for a casino with 3 kitchens an two resturants why isnt there any food after 11pm. Tryin to keep your patrons drunk and unfead.... I dont like you cascades. An i only gave the second star because your staff is quite friendly.

I went with a group of friends to celebrate a birthday. I wasn't really satisfied with the meal and there wasn't much of a selection on the menu. On the gambling side it wasn't easy to find anyone if you needed help. I don't drink and they had no non-alcoholic beer or anything else to offer. I did win a few coins at a couple of machines so that was really nice and exciting. It's a good place to go, just eat beforehand.

Late last night early morning 2am July 18th I was in the mens washroom about to walk out and noticed a east Indian male trying to grab a young women and enter the ladies washroom. He asked her if she wanted to have sex and drugs and the young lady looked terrified and yelled. She managed to get away and I saw her speaking to security about it. She ended up leaving with her friends but the disgusting man was still in the facility. I was appalled to see him still allowed to stay in the casino. I didn't feel comfortable and I would not recommend this place.

Sept. 2021 - first time back since re-opening - highly disappointed. NO atmosphere, boring piped in music with CONSTANT ANNOYING ANNOUNCEMENTS about openings at different card tables, by staff who should NOT be making ANY announcements over ANY intercom. When will businesses realize that SOME accents are NOT pleasant AT ALL (over an intercom or on the phone) for the folks at the other end!!! Heard 2 other players complain about the same thing - won't repeat what one guy said. Dropped $500 in less than 2 hours - nothing significant back, not once. Free spins are less often and the pay backs are smaller. Over heard several others complaining too. Won't be back for a very long time - maybe never, especially once we can go back to the USA to some FUN Casinos. Good Luck Cascades!

Renovations have/are improving this Fraser Valley (Langley City) located facility. I visited on a Wednesday evening and found it to be "medium" busy. Slot attendants were helpful, though a bit slow to notice service lights on machines. There were decent food choices (an all-you-can-eat buffet plus the Match Pub & Eatery), alcohol beverages were a bit pricey if not purchased during Happy Hour.

After waiting in the lineup to get in, the staff member at the door made up a complete lie and wouldn’t let me in claiming I was too “intoxicated”. That would be fair if that were true. However the several people in line with me as well as myself could not get a reason or example from this man as to how I was too intoxicated.There were no altercations in the lineup, I was perfectly okay and standing there waiting like a normal patron. Avoid this discriminatory place at all costs. I learned afterward that another staff member apologized to my friends that remained in the line up for the power tripping, discriminatory actions of his co worker. Should probably hire doormen that don't turn away business due to their own false biases. Also learned the same "gentleman" that turned me away, was then glaring at my friends throughout the night when they would come across each other. Probably the best night out for adults in the Fraser valley. Speaking of the restaurant, Lounge and bar. Add for the casino itself....Table games in the casino are nice and the live poker room is always busy. As I entered the casino, luck was in the air... just not for me this time... :( luckily it was a quick loss but a bit painful.... roulette!!! The end of me... and they have electronic betting stations tied to the actual wheels... dangerous but fun... the casino is expanding and has a great buffet... if you want to get fatter this is the place... sometimes I eat 6 plates and they got all sorts of food...and it is cooked unless it's not.... also they have contests regularly and I have never won... I'm not bitter... I'm just not a lucky person... in fact I don't think I should keep going to casinos at all... but if I do it will be cascades because there is a machine at the front that you swipe your card through and can get things like 2 for one buffets and stuff...they have these at other casinos but I like cascades cause it is on the Fraser hwy in Langley which is a good place for a casino... I think this is a good place to have fun... if by have fun you mean lose money... or win if you're lucky unlike me today...and most days now that I think of it...I still give it 5 stars cause most of what I said is just filler information...at the end of the day it is a very clean place...always busy but has lots of machines available...has a bar/lounge and a buffet...friendly people...and if you just need to use a bathroom...they got those too...
