Probably the best and most unique landscape in Banff National Park. Its a very long day from Paradise Creek Parking Lot: about 17km. But DO IT!!!

Paradise to Giant Steps is my new favorite hike in Banff National Park. A decent 20km round hike although not too much elevation change so doable by anyone who is reasonably fit, with stunning views of Mount Temple along the way

20km round trip was pretty long but easy. Beautiful wildflowers along the trail. Once you get to Giant Steps, it makes you totally relaxed. If the Moraine Lake Road is closed because the park lot is full you should tell the guys who monitoring cars that you are not going to Moraine Lake, you are going to Paradise Valley then they will let you in.

Such a lovely hike with so much to see!!! The Giant Steps themselves are impressing, would have spent hours and hours there if the weather had allowed.
