Loved our trolley ride! We didn't "hop on/hop off", but rather stayed on for the entire loop, which was approximately 1:45hr in length. The driver was very knowledgeable and funny at times, and everything we learned about all the destinations on the surprisingly long route was well worth it! If we'd have had more time, we'd have hopped off at some of the stops too, but were unfortunately trying to cram a lot into our last day!

Amazing experience! If we weren’t short for time then we could’ve really gotten on and off each stop to explore more but the tour itself was great and convenient. Our guide was awesome too. Highly recommend!

We went on the evening ghost tour. The ride was really bumpy, we could not hear what was being said during the tour and we arrived half an hour late and almost missed another tour that we had previously scheduled months in advance. Driver was kind and knowledgeable though.

really we dn't lile the Trolley Tours because the driver speak to much and hard... He drive to quickly for taking some pictures... I ask him the headphones for having the explain in french... but we can no listen because he speak all the time to hard.... I c'nt suggest this Trolley if you have the same driver...

Our tour guide Tom was knowledgeable and very friendly, he did an excellent job and we highly recommend taking this trip around Kingston and if you happen to have Tom as your guide, it will be great!! We were a family of 5 who did the tour and we all enjoyed it, even the teens! The guide was super knowledgeable with all kinds of historical tidbits. It was hard to hear at times, not sure if the volume was too high or what but there were many things we couldn't quite make out. Even at that, we still had a great time. For us, it was definitely worth the money and the time to do.

Nice scenery in the 1000 islands national park on saint lawrence river. We we're in the restaurent boat. Food was okay, took the salmon and was clearly overcook and dry, the mainly focus on the boat experience. There was an animator which play cool classic rock music on guitar during the trip. It took about 3-4hours

Just did the Haunted Trolley tonight with my family. We had Selina as our guide. When we arrived we were unsure if we would be able to even do the tour because of our baby's stroller. Selina was so accommodating (our stroller folds up very small mind you) and put the stroller behind the drivers seat so that we were able to do the tour. Lots of cool information about different spots in the city, and spooky in all the good ways. Thanks Kingston Trolley see you guys again soon

Excited to take this tour. Had been planning for a year. So disappointed. Daniel the tour guide was long winded about trivial things( vodka in his water bottle?). Stops at Fort Henry was quick and I un informative . The drive to Rockwood would have been better served with information about the architecture we passed more so than a visit he had with his friend. Long wait in the heat while we looked at his iPad pictures. We were expecting mystery and ghost stories. Got a hot and boring ride instead.

I purchased 5 tickets for the Sunday Tour at 3pm for my visiting relatives.The tour guide was pleasant and polite. However the tour was very disappointing. The microphone was broken and the tour guide had a pronounced accent that it made it hard to understand his comments. Some of the information was inaccurate. Much of the information lacked historical detail except for dates. I have taken the tour several times and this is the first time I have been disappointed.

My wife and I rode the trolley several times during our brief visit to Kingston. The Ghost and Mystery Trolley was time well spent. Our guide Tori, kept our adventure very entertaining and interesting. Tonya, made our ride to K.P., informative! This is the best way to travel Kingston, to see all the attractions!

I had the Trolley at my wedding! What a fun touch, driving the wedding party downtown and posing with the Trolley! The driver entertained the kids and forgave our tardiness without issue. The guests loved the late night shuttle service from the venue to market square too! I HIGHLY recommend booking the Trolley for your event in Kingston!

The tour was very enjoyable. We did both the city tour and the haunted tour and each one was very good. Lots of information on the city and we got to visit a cemetery as well. Id probably go again when I visit Kingston in the future. In terms of Covid precautions, everyone is seated with space in between and masks are required throughout the bus tour which was appreciated. Definitely book in advance as both our tours were sold out.

Our tour guide gave an interesting tour. Bus was comfortable enough for the 90-minute jaunt around Kingston. Probably the quickest way to get an overview of the city to help you decide where to spend more of your time depending on interests.

Our guide, (Jack) had lots of information about Kingston on this tour. Too bad we couldn't hear 1/2 of it because of trolley noise and traffic noise. Most riders wore masks, but some didn't and this was not enforced. Pandemic is still on, folks. Guide's voice was quite monotone, but hopefully will improve as he gets more experience. Saw some very nice parts of old Kingston.

City Kingston gives us an impressive experience until we are on the Trolley. Trolley operator whose name is Roger forced us to give a seat to a French speaker. We speak Chinese ,we also need language transit device avaiable on the seat. We have no choice to give up our seat. Not sure if he is a racist.

Great way to explore Kingston. Pick up your tickets downtown and park at Fort Henry for free. Fort Henry is a great wat to start your visit. Tickets are good for 24 hours, but only runs until 4pm.

LOVE the Trolley!! My family and I always do multiple rides during the summer, and have also done the Haunted Trolley. Tonight we went on the Holly Jolly Trolley looking at lights around the city and up to Fort Henry for Lumina Borealis. If you want to see and experience Kingston, hit up the Trolley!
