Quiet small beach with new attraction - Hoopla Island - which does requires a certain degree of fitness. There is a new splash pad under construction which will increase the family-friendliness of the area.

Nice enough park with a gazebo and a playground. It is close to a small railway museum and there is an old snow machine there too. Groups of teens do hang out here after school in the warmer months but they are harmless skater kids

Best Public Beach in Kenora, WiBrite waterslides and water park, change rooms, picnic tables and the beautiful Lake of the Woods to swim in, with the surrounding northern pines and crisp clean air to breathe in and recharge! Good spot for everyone!

Great for small kids. Splash Park area is fantastic. Pagoda to picnic in. But no good swimming area for adults / older kids.

This park was really cute and great for kids. Play structure is a little old, but fun for my 2 yrs old. The park and views of the lake were great, saw some geese, and a mom and baby deer walking around in the morning, and the water was very calm. The splash pad looks great and it is quite large to play on. And then we saw Hoopla island too. He is too young for it, but I have heard it is great for older kids and even some adults. This is right behind the railway museum and dairy queen as well, so lots to do.

Great little park, nice beach. But people had left an awful garbage mess everywhere, maybe more garbage containers and some common sense on the part of the public would help.

Great place for kids...teens...and young adults and even adventurous seniors if you are in good shape to handle the rigor of the course.....but be sure to book ahead as there are usually no walk ups.....and great free splash pad park to boot
