REVIEWS OF Bobcaygeon Wilderness Park IN Kawartha Lakes

Marcus Brubaker

A great place to go hiking with young kids. Pretty and trails are short, easy terrain and very well marked. One trail is even wheelchair accessible. There are also informational plaques along the trails. Not much of a draw if you don't have kids though.

Keyvan G

Good for families with small children, beautiful sceneries and path.

Harwinder Ahluwalia

The trail are well maked but they're short hikes. Great for fall colors and caution signs everywhere about poison ivy. I would go here again.

Linda

Beautiful and peaceful place. Great place to take family and pets for an easy hike. Free parking too.

LB (LB)

Was a fun spot to hike and explore, short trails and fairly easy walk . The Informative signs made it more interesting

Ania Gozdzik

A short walk through the woods. Good for families with small kids.

Joshua Kubinec

This is a very short trail that can be accomplished very quickly for healthy grown ups. It's wide, flat and you can tackle it with a stroller or possibly a wheel chair (although wheel chair users should verify that). The scenery is really nice and there are interpretative signs along the way which you can read to find out more about the natural features of the park.

Sergey Kotylev

Nice park for some 45-60 minutes hiking and learning some new things about our nature.

Dianne Eickmeier

I was here in the winter. Wish there was water close by without walking through a street to get to the lake because I don't know the area I didn't go find the lake. You don't know if there is a path you can take to go see the beach if there is one.

Erich Fox

nice, simple walking trails - good for an early morning walk to exercise dog (and owners)

Michael Holmes

Nice for what it is, but VERY short hikes.

Chris and Laurie Larochelle

Great place for a quick walk. Trails well marked. No washrooms.

R S

Small walking trail but a nice place to bring young kids to learn about nature.

YUNMEE LEE

Very short trail (less than 1km), so it is good for light walk.

James Powers

Fine place to roam and wander. Bug spray and good shoes needed.

Becky Mills

Very short hiking trail. Good for small children

Billy McCormick

This is not a place for hikers looking for a challenge. This is just a perfect little hiking /outdoor education park the is great for either early morning walks with the dog but more importantly why I like it is because it's the best place to start toddlers and preschoolers off on hiking. Any young child would love this place and the simple navigation system can teach them how to read trail markings. The polination patch is great and early morning there's deer galore in the area. There's also an atv trail that takes you in behind and gives you a deeper perspective of the wooded area beyond the park. But again good for young families and early.morning dog walks or a nice evening stroll or even a perfect jogging course with elevations and beautiful White Pines to look at.

Linda Jeffrey

Great little trail for an outdoor visit. Not long or exhausting. Easy for most abilities. Could use some lights in parking areas.

Terry Rivers

Beautiful snowmobile trails.

B Webster

Too short to be a "hiking trail", not even a km long. Disappointing but would be ideal for younger kids who cannot do long walks. Very clean path though which was nice
