This is a great place to take a hike that isn't overly technical which is also less used than many of the other parks in the area. -It isn't covered in garbage like many provincial parks. -There are a lot of downed trees and brush piles in the area, which I suspect have been taken down to get sun down to the forest floor for new growth. -There is lots of evidence of wildlife activity for those who know where to look. -The trail is relatively well marked. -Great place for snowshoeing in the winter. Overall, a great way to spend a few hours in a relatively undisturbed natural environment.

A quick 2.4 kilometers of easy walking and some little hills. Very wooded and an easy walk.

We walked the whole trail and it was amazing. Very nice Forrest with very little brush so you could have good sight lines. Trails were marked well and there's lots to see like rock cliffs and nice big ridges. No sign of wildlife unfortunately but that's how it goes.

Patrick Prince

Such a caring place for our furry friends

Ruby Carolan

Gorgeous leaves! Great trails that are well marked. We saw some trees wrapped with "caution" tape on the red trail so we turned around. But overall so nice and thanks to everyone for making this such a nice place to go for a walk.

Jon Taimla

Nice walking trail. Trail is well marked.

Hayden Wilson

Really a wonderful spot that showcases some of the best features from the Canadian Shield and St. Lawrence Lowlands geology and accompanying habitats. Great spot for birds, herps and large mammals.

Mihir Pai

Very few visit this gem. The scenery is quite different from a normal trail.

Excellent trail. Well marked. Wear your hiking boots as it can get muddy. The longer Black trail is well marked. Short easy loops for young families as well. Parking lot sneaks up on you from the highway

Andrew Cowles

Lovely walk. Nicely up and down, a bit slippery in spots but manageable. Nice character to the forest, good understorey and lots of ferns. Could be wet in the spring.

Irv Salit

Very pleasant place. Not well publicized. Very quiet with few hikers. Easy walking, well-marked and groomed trails.

Marie Sternberg

Great place - I snowshoed there a month ago. However, drove by today and parking lot is not plowed. It is unsafe to park at the side of the highway. Please advise.
