I've only been here once for a short walk, but I will definitely be back! I really appreciate that there were lifeguards on the beach. The rose and rock gardens were wonderful even though they were small. The carved rocks were super cool! The place seemed to be actively cleaned and maintained. The bathrooms by the tennis courts were great.

Nice park, it was june 20 and the water was pretty cold but you got used to it fast, especially with like 30c outside lol we didnt explore to much of the park but there is a water park there as well, that the kids enjoyed and the boats going by made waves that where quite fun. Definitely enjoyed the visit and if we are ever back this way, I would visit this park again.

This park sees many local events throughout the year be it the ribfest, Canada Day or any such fun events. It is also a good place to spend time with family and friends by the water.

Beautiful and full of interesting characters. This is a park by the river in Kamloops. It's has a nice walking path, gorgeous old maple trees and a nice beach area. It's not big but not too small. If in Kamloops, it's worth a visit.

Thoroughly enjoyed this park. My wife and I were staying at the Delta hotel downtown and it was a short walk to this park. It was a hot day and we came here at about 10 pm for a nice walk around the park. There are washroom facilities available here. There is a spray park, riverside beach, walking trails, playground and tennis courts. If you’re looking for a great park in Kamloops this is the place for you.

The city really need to add grass or something where the old pool used to be, at least remove or lower the pipe into the ground, remove the snow fence that only blocks 1.3 sides of the dirt, maybe finish the job you lazy city workers.

The park looked very well maintained, the beachs were also clean. The park is very big with large trees. A nice escape from the city. The only thing I didn't like was how many bums were in the park, occupying dark corners of the park making it uneasy to walk in certain areas. Its part of society, but very unfortunate to see.

Serene & lovely. Great family spaces! Needs food trucks, more strategically placed seating areas & bright night time lighting, so that we can feel good about walking in the evenings. Make it so we can spend all afternoon into evening, just being there. ANY time of the year! Its would sparkle with positive evening activites. Just like in Europe. That would be pretty great.

Great park. Playground, water park for the kids, lots of tall trees for shade if you want it and an open field if you are looking for some sun! Tennis courts, beach access, and food vendors from time to time. Perfect place to relax, just remember that there are no dogs permitted in the park... there are signs - just not that many of them. Lots of space to kick back and relax, bring your picnic basket and a large blanket and enjoy the peace and quiet (just don't set up too close to the Playground, those kids are having a blast and you'll not find a quiet one among them)

It's by the river. There's a water park for kids - the kids always look so happy running around there. Fun events happen there. There are benches to sit and grass as well if you prefer that. It's just perfect for all park purposes.
