Everyone who works is always awesome, they have a decent selection of snacks for the kiddos (and even the grownups!) They have spare socks for when you forget yours...which happens a lot more than I like to admit, always clean, and as a gold star to them, they even have a program for kids who maybe can't afford to go so they can play too.

Wonderful staff. All the parents were also on the same page, encouraging the kids to take turns, play safe, share. It was a beautiful experience for myself and my 2 year old. We loved it and met some great people yesterday. We will be back!

Super awesome place to bring kids under six. didn't try the food. the couple kids about 6-7 years old were there having fun with their younger siblings. couple slides including a really big one. The small kids area would benefit greatly with more padding so kids could be left more to themselves. Cool touch video game thing on the floor. $15 for two kids unlimited time. $4 lattes weren't expertly made but tasty regardless.

My kids have been going here for years. They've loved it since they were old enough to play at 1 and now at 4 and 6 still have a good time. I love letting them play while I read or socialize. The staff is super nice also! We bought a year pass, it's a great place to go let the kids run when it's super hot or freezing cold.

Absolutely an amazing time with the kids!! So many parents were sitting on their phones... Was very disappointing. However they were all laughing at the three adults including myself were rocking the place with the kids! If you go...JOIN IN!!! They support family fun and its free for the parents to join in!!!

BEST PLACE ! Most amazing place to go in town, I would suggest this place to anyone with kids under the age of 10!! The staff their are so friendly and helpful, my kids love them! Their is so much to do for both the parents and kids , free wifi and amazing coffee. We love this place and get get enough !

My family is from out of town. The indoor playgrounds in my city are much bigger. This location was unimpressive in comparison to the locations in my city. If you are visiting Kamloops I wouldn't bother making Lil' Monkeys Treehouse a part of your itinerary.

My daughter can not get enough of this place. It is by far one of her favorite places to go and run around like a small crazy person. Quite often there is a large number of small crazy people running to and fro. Your kids will soon be part of the chaos, there is no question as to that. Kids like to scream, run and climb this business offers all of those options to the little monsters at a very reasonable cost. There is even an in-house eatery that provided parents with the sustenance that is needed to control the little terrors. If you are looking for a place to let the little monsters run around, make noise, laugh, cry, play, jump, fall and scream look no further this is your answer.

We took the kids this morning for the first and it was extremely busy. But they still had lots of fun so much to do. Great coffee for the moms! And I’ve never been to a place with better customer service! Especially at a kids place the lady today was so friendly and welcoming !

Had my son's Birthday party here, it was a little crowded, the Birthday room was on the smaller side and it was so hot in there. The kids had a fun time playing, which was great. During the planning stages of the party I had some question that I needed answered. Unfortunately, nobody answered the phone, or returned my messages. I ended up having to drive to the location twice to get some information before the day of the party. Other than all of that, the kids had a good time, which was the silver lining.

We always have a great time here. The staff are kind and patient with the kids. They have some great snacks and reasonable food choices so you can stay for lunch. They always have a craft or colouring out so if kids get tired of climbing they have something else to do. This is a clean facility and you can tell they pride themselves on that fact. Our kids have participated in many camps and birthday parties and they never tired of going!

Great facility, love the socks only idea to keep things clean! The ladies working here today were amazing , on top of cleaning, super friendly and nice. Even though the place was packed they were able to make our food and drinks in what felt like 10min! Great job on this business. I will be telling all my friends about this place !

It's fun but 2 stars is for overall cleanliness. It seems that the bathrooms are clean but kids play area and the tree house are full of dust, hair, dirt some random wrappers. It appears It's not cleaned daily.

Great fun for kids of all ages. There's a nice 'under 3' play area for the little ones and an awesome climbing gym with tunnels and long slides. The ceiling-floor projector game is a big hit.
