Flood Falls is a nice easy paced hike. The scenery is beautiful along the whole trail. Unfortunately there was no water at this time of year, though. But usually there is a waterfall and big pool of water at the bottom.

Beautiful stroll through a mossy forest, which leads to the fall. The waterfall is about a 15 minute walk from where you park your car. I’ve been here every season and I’m always awed by the natural beauty.

Nice, easy hike..slight elevation, some steeper areas but definitely doable for older folk or young kids. Main (direct)Trail has some tripping hazards to watch for (like ankle high stumps in the middle of the trail) but otherwise a nice 15 minute trek to the base of the falls. The other (easterly) Trail is well maintained, not as steep, and takes you through a beautiful, mossy forest. Benches are located near the falls to sit and enjoy the views.

Fantastic waterfall. There is about a 5 to 10 minute hike to see them. But it is a super easy hike with a bit of an ascend. Keep in mind that the trail is not paved or graveled. That said, the hike is gorgeous in itself.

So little effort (5-10 minute walk) for a beautiful waterfall. Ok, all waterfalls are beautiful, but this one is so accessible. And it's a bit different every time. The amount of water varies depending on weather.

Not sure if we just gave up too soon or not, but there's no signs that indicates how far you have to take the trail to get to these falls. After hiking for the better part of 20 minutes, with no visible or audible evidence of falls or water, we returned to the car. It was a pretty hike though.

This is a beautiful place! Falls are 15 minutes from the parking lot. The trail through the woods is the real gem here! Tons of huge moss covered boulders and a few really stunning little caves!

Easy trail for toddlers with some help on the rocky slopes. Not too steep. Water is clean. There's a sturdy bench by the waterfall to rest on. We spent about an hour there including allowing the kids to play around by the creek and falls.

Short hike, falls were frozen and there were ice climbers going up. Crazy but cool. Will definitely come back in the summer as well. Lots of great views of the surrounding area. I have driven by this little park numerous times and had no idea it was here.

Hidden spot just off the highway. Short easy hike and one of the most beautiful places. The pool wasn't very deep. It was about waist high. It was not a busy place but we saw a number of people. Beautiful place to relax.

On our way from Kamloops to Vancouver, we found this fall to visit. Its part of Hope and you can also see it while driving on the highway which is really nice. ????‍♂️I definitely recommend this beautiful trail. It’s almost a 10-min walk from the highway to the fall. In weekdays, you rarely see many people on the way to the fall and back. In our walk, we just saw two families. On the way, you see a beautiful jungle and an even trail which makes it easy for anyone to walk. I recommend the Flood Falls as its short and easy to walk. ⭐️

Visited on Aug 27th, the water fall was almost dry out with tiny stream coming down. There is a sign at the entrance says in winter people may come to climb the frozen water fall.

A very very beautiful place to go, I loved walking up and just seeing all the beauty nature has to offer, much like any place, bit unique in its own beauty. The pretty little buggies in the water are fun to play with and build bridges for. Also, if you're into looking at mushrooms, there are so many varieties here. Very cute will be coming back.

Relatively easy walk up the trail beside a creek to the falls. Parking is on the side of the road and the sign for the trail is tiny, but the view at the falls is excellent. It's best to visit during the Spring when there is a decent amount of flow over the falls.

Flood falls is a short hike and easy enough for all young and old. There's a couple benches at top for those that want to sit a while and take it all in. This time of year the falls are full due to rain and snow melt, so a good time to see if you don't mind getting wet a little. It's a little colder at the base of the fall's due to the wind created by the fall's. It's a great place to stop at and hike if your driving through and want to stop for no more than an hour and even have a short picnic at the falls. The kid's will love it, my grand kid's do and would go back every day if they could lol.

A secret little gem off of exit 165 near Hope, BC, this 500 metre walk from the side of the road offers a really beautiful and slightly creepy walk through some very interesting forest. Look up and you will notice some broken Masks nailed to the trees. Some are human and some are animals...all are weird and artsy. Once you get to the majestic falls, you will see a pool at the bottom and lots of wood debris and smooth rocks. It's a bit breathtaking! A pleasant surprise that we did not expect to see.

Quaint and quick little walk through a mossy forest that takes you to a falls. As others have mentioned, depending on the season, the falls will vary in it's activity. Good for a quick stop off the highway to stretch one's legs. Considering how close to the highway this walk is, it feels surprisingly natural and secluded.

A relatively easy 20 min hike (with a young child) up to high, lovely falls. The walk is next to a dry Creek bed with many old mossy trees. The falls were small but there have been many weeks of no rain.

No more water for now, there was no rain for a long time so the fall is probably dry now. You can see there is usually a river following the trail. The jungle forest is worth it! Beautiful, I felt like I was in Costa Rica again. Im sure its gonna be even more beautiful when the fall will be back
